They are super nice here. I laughed at myself when I was hanging from that pole for dear life and they were so kind. My friend was bold to bring me here, and I probably look silly. But once you get the hang of it, you will get great exercise. And learn some new moves!

I love this place. Its small but very intimate. The instructor as well as her staff are very sweet and encouraging. The girls in my classes were amazing. And boy was the work outs intense. Well worth the money and time. I cant wait until she expands the classroom.

Classes are great and the ladies are very nice. Ive learned a lot in the last year.
