Key school of dance is a small business, with big heart. You will enjoy a very personal dance experience even if you have never danced before. There are adult dance classes to teach you fundamentals, health and fitness strength and stretch (zumba, chair aerobics, yoga Pilates based classes) to meet your personal goals. There are three very different instructors, to motivate you, challenge you and accept you and whatever level your beginning or continuing at. Ive personally attend every class they offer randomly at one point or another, because of my work schedule, so I just come and join right in, even if I may not be back to that particular class for a few weeks. Nobody judging your skill and ability, doesnt matter your shoes or attire. My personal goals are to age gracefully, to be fit, and tone. And attending a variety off classes throughout the week allows me to learn lots of things I can even do at home. Some of the classes incorporate weights and bands. Overall Ive enjoyed my experience and have attended for a few years, and have no desire to stop!
