My 4yo son LOVES Hwy7 KinderCare. He truly loves his teachers, esp Mr Tim & Miss Alex. He talks about them all the time. I’ve enjoyed having the app and getting pictures throughout the day. I would recommend this location to others.

I had a scheduled appointment here. They had to set it up for 6:45pm because I couldnt be in the building during business hours. I drove 50 minutes only to pull into the parking lot and see no other cars. Finding this odd, I called twice with no response. I got out and tried to open the door just in case and it was locked. I sent an e-mail, then tried to call a 3rd time. I waited around until 7:20pm just thinking maybe she had to leave and come back, and I wasnt trying to completely waste the 50 min drive I just made. I finally left very disappointed and drove another 50 min back home.I was really hoping for good things from this daycare, as all the reviews are great. The staff seemed friendly, they sent me photos and a virtual tour. I was satisfied with what I saw, so I called and Sabrina set me up with an in person tour. I had a confirmation e-mail and everything. I never received any sort of notification about not coming. I live in Concordia, so this was a 50 min drive for me and in 6pm traffic. I was willing to make the drive based on such amazing reviews and how friendly the staff was.Completely standing me up for a tour was a huge red flag to me and a total waste of more than 2 hours of my time. The message she sent me this morning was also not impressive. She should have called me and apologized personally (I put my phone number in the e-mail I sent last night). Instead, I receive an impersonal e-mail that honestly didnt seem that apologetically convincing to me. If they truly cared, they would have actually called me and done everything they could do to make it right.How am I supposed to trust this establishment with my 2 month old infant when I cant even rely on them to show up for a tour? I will definitely be looking elsewhere now.

When my daughter & I moved to the area, my mother had been the only caregiver really for her when I went back to work. It was very scary to go looking for a daycare for my daughter as a FTM. We had an after hours visit with the director, Sabrina, and within minutes I felt at ease! She was so sweet and informative. I like that a majority of the staff has been there at least 6 years, some up to 13! It says a lot to me when you can retain staff that long. High turnover can signify problems in a facility. Their COVID safety measures are above and beyond BUT also account for the facts of life that littles tend to have other things going on sometimes. IMO, they have found the perfect balance between caution and reality. They are serious about child safety! Not just COVID either; drop off/pick up procedures and communication as well as emergency planning. I love that I get to check in as I need and they send pictures daily through an app! Within days, the teachers knew me by name and who my daughter was. They even spelled and pronounced her name correctly right away (its a little tricky and while that may seem small it was important to me because it showed they cared & payed attention). They update me with stories of my daughters adventures almost daily too. Most recently, my mother has become very ill and our schedule has been erratic. Kindercare has been SO kind and understanding! They are also quick to respond to emails and I dont think Ive ever called and them miss a pick up. The kids get nutritional meals, do monthly spirit weeks, and they do occasional things like a holiday party or teacher appreciation. The learning environment is amazing! We worked with my daughter a lot with shapes, colors, words, etc and here they continue to teach and nurture her knowledge. They are also pretty routine which is what my girl likes, a nice schedule. They are amazing! I think thats enough information haha! Bottom line, I never want to leave! They are Family now.

Friendly and professional. I am always greeted at the door with a smile and a hello. My son loves to go to school every day to see his friends and teachers. All the teachers are on top of caring for your child and communicate any concerns they have. Daily reports are given along with a description of what your child did that day. Daily pictures are also a huge deal for me and I get them daily. Wonderful place and people!!!

Sabrina and Kim do a great job running this daycare. Ms. Ala and Mr. Tim are my kids teachers and they just adore them. You know the school is great when your kids talk about wanting to go on the weekends. They learn so much that sometimes my kids are teaching me things! If there’s one place you want your child to learn, succeed, thrive, be shown love, patience, and understanding all while having fun then this is definitely the place for your kiddos!

My son has been going to this daycare since he was only a few months old. He is now over a year and a half old. I can’t say express enough how wonderful this daycare is. He had already been in another daycare and that experience left me a little jaded, and I had to tour several before finding this one. When I called the voice on the other end was so friendly and inviting. So even though this daycare was farther an hour away from the town I live in and the opposite direction from my job I had to check it out. The staff is amazing and they treat you like family. If you are looking for childcare for your children I highly suggest you come check it out. It’s been the best experience I’ve had by far. Thank you to all the staff, you all Go above and beyond and for that I’m forever grateful❤️

The staff at KinderCare is always so warm, caring and friendly. My grandson loves going here! The staff knows how to get him involved in the classroom and the amount of knowledge he has acquired there is above what I expected for his age.

My oldest son finally enjoys going to daycare again! My youngest always seems super happy! And everyone is extremely friendly to me!

This facility has an amazing staff. Their teachers are dedicated and go out of their way to make sure each kid gets the attention they need. The facility is clean and the toys are kept in good condition. Differentiated learning opportunities and daily lesson feedback is given. My child has shown amazing improvement in his behavior and social skills since starting in a June 2016.

This place has been such a joy! We have been with kindercare since my daughter was 3 and she is about to start kindergarten and kindercare has helped prepare her to the absolute best! The curriculum matches up with what shes going to be learning in kindergarten. The staff are so welcoming and have helped so much along the way, they really make learning so much fun for the kiddos and have such fun summer activities as well. This place and people really are the best!!

I am absolutely in love with everyone that works at this location, I’ve never felt more comfortable about leaving my children in care except with my own mother. 💛💛 100% recommend Sabrina and her staff!

My child has been going here for 9 months now, and I love this place. The teachers are amazing. Sabrina the director takes the time to get to know us, and our family. My child has learned so much since going here. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Thank you Kinder Care for being my childs home away from home. You dont know how much that means to us....A year later and still the best childcare center ever. Friendly staff that becomes your family. My daughter cant wait to go everyday. She learns something new everyday. My daughter has been going since she was nine months old, shes now 3. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you KinderCare!! 🎆🎇🎊🎉

We love this Kindercare! We transferred from the facility on Woods Chapel. The director, Sabrina, made the transition as smooth as possible and even drove over to the other facility to pick up our paperwork so we didnt have to. Sabrina makes it a point to get to know every family member and child that comes through the door. She has even fed my daughter a bottle, which tells you how involved she is in each of the classrooms! The infant room is clean, and the teachers are friendly and professional. They do learning activities with the infants each day, so its not just a babysitting service like some daycares. They use the Remind app to keep parents informed.

I felt my child received excellent care .... new management is amazing and lots of fun filled activities were available for my child during summer .... thanks so much

Love the whole team! Miss. Sabrina and her teachers are absolutley fantastic and genuinely care. Miss taylor is so sweet, Mr. Tim is a CELEBRITY with the kids (my four year old lives by anything he says). Miss shavaun is hilarious and works hard to make sure everything is taken care of for my kids even though none of them are in her class anymore!
