I was having trouble with my laptop I was realizing it wasnt near what I thought I had purchased. My laptop was a Qosmio I use it to design my projects I ordered an SSD drive day 1 using Norton anti virus and regularly scanned with SPYBOT search and destroy. Well guess what I obviously had gotten infected anyway. Over 500 viruses and as the result I had 2 internal hard drives and it ruined my second. Well Ron came to the rescued cleaned my laptop up runs better than new now funny thing and made me realize you just cant be to careful you need to have your laptop in for regular service regardless of all of your keeping it in top shape.
