Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store...very friendly, I ended up talking to them for a while after I checked out, lol.We had some good laughs!

Had no coffee, pool closed, terrible service, price goes up on weekends, and biscuit and muffin for breakfast. Nice rooms, but the littlest pillows I have ever seen.

Always helpful to when you don’t want to go far or stand in a huge grocery store I really do appreciate Family dollar it’s like families really Matter to them

Horrible service! As I waited in line (one cashier) behind this gentleman two ladies got in line behind me. The cashier that wasnt doing anything decided to get on her register and check out the people behind me that just walked up and didnt bother saying anything to me. Then as I turned to go to her another lady walked up and asked where was the line I told her I didnt know because apparently you have to be at the end on the line to get checked out first

Cant get to shelves for the carts if mechanise. The registers are always stacked full of junk and one tight squeeze to get a gallon of milk through. The line to the register is full of old, bent displays of honeybuns and such until you have to squeeze your way up there. This store had 4 people working and no one going a thing to clear the isles. This store is always a mess. I dont know where these pictures came from, but had to be the only 8 foot section that was straight. When you walk in the door, there are stacks of junk that you really dont know which way to walk. They cant or dont straighten the shelves.Done with this store!

Family Dollar on Texas St in Bossier City Louisiana is my store always have the things I need and the employees are the best always ready to help you

The cashier was so rude to me i simply left my items and walked out. This store really needs a overhaul with their employees they act like its a burden to wait on you. Never coming back

Neighborhood store with lots of foot traffic and hectic parking. Not generally known for its cleanliness or selection. Dedicated staff but frequently too busy curbing shoplifters to assist customers.Better options close by.

They have the best tasting eggs like fresh eggs, you can find a large variety of grocery and non perishable items here and the staff has always went the extra mile for me. Thank you

Store has good merchandise but very messy. Needs to stock shelves better. They say its truck day. But it must come everyday cause they always have big boxes wvwrywhers

The ONLY reason anyone ever really goes to Family Dollar stores is because of cheap prices, am I right? Its definitely NOT the atmosphere or the AMAZING customer service. I will say that the young lady that was working the other night was nice enough, but was too caught up in conversing with her manager about why she wasnt going to be opening the following day, while assisting customers. It is what it is though...

This is the worst family Dollar Ive ever shopped at. I will never step foot in this establishment again. I went to this store for supplies for my job and I thought I would pick me up a snack as well. First of all the cashier would not cash out my items because i wanted to pay with $100 bill, she claimed they did not have change which I found hard to believe but that was ok. The problem arose when I opened my snack it tasted funny so I turned it over to look at the back of it and it had expired. The expiration date was 09/2016 and I made this purchase on 03/14/2017. So I was disgusted I had ate food that was over 6 months out of the expiration date. Of course I wanted my money back so I went back to the store to return it. I explained my situation and I was met with I dont know what you want us to do because we dont except food back I was under the impression that this was the manager I was speaking with and her attitude was beyond ugly. She then told me I could exchange it for something of equal value, but get this, most of their food is expired and when I told her that her attitude got worse so I ended up just leaving empty handed so heres my tip to you all if you want expired food shop here I promise you wont be disappointed.

I Hate going into this store not only is it Never organized. The managers are horrible and unprofessional Im a avid Couponer and the fact that I was told that I was only allowed to use ONE coupon for that day was crazy to me! When the corporate website clearly says that you are able to use one store and one manufactured coupon. Also they will follow you around the store and not ask if you need any help just follow you because you are a person of color. long story short they are in need of new management and also a new general manager because this is Ridiculous!

Ghetto doesnt help at all, that old ghetto white lady always sitting on her butt and wants to ask if I was the one opening socks I told her why dont you run the tape back and let me know. Then on top of that gave my PAID item to another costumer behind me after she didnt give me my bags. I rather drive 15mins away to another family dollar they will never get my money from me again.

I enter this store with my dog and one of the employees asked if she was a service animal I told her yes and she asked me for my papers for my dog being a device animal which is illegall by the way but I went to my car to get my folder to and tried to locate my card for my dog i went a gathered 1 item and went back to the register the employee refused to allow me to purchase my item being that my dog was still in the store she stated that when I take my dog to the car I could purchase the item and placed the item under the register.. this is discrimination not only to me but to my service animal and it should not be allowed I will be taking farther steps this is not the end
