I had a really challenging time with scheduling the test through PSI, and the staff at Freedom Trail were incredibly supportive and helpful to me. I had the privilege of comparing two different curriculums and by far this schools curriculum is structured so you absorb the information in an efficient fashion. The way they overlap the Massachusetts law within the federal law sections makes it very easy to comprehend it all in one context. Needless to say I aced my test first time I took it. Also, I went through an interesting Journey with getting my test scheduled and the errors had nothing to do with Freedom Trail Realty School. However, they corresponded with me until everything was solved and even gave me a courtesy credit because of the inconvenience. Customer service like that is very rare! 5 stars!!

I really think that there are so many better ways to learn what you need to. I studied for almost a year and took all the classes here and still failed multiple times. The reason being is that the classes are so boring they physically hurt, and are not engaging at all. They ramble for HOURS answering random chat questions and giving unnecessary scenarios. I had to read the study guide every day just to learn anything. Taking classes here makes it harder to pass the exam. I signed up for PrepAgent and learned SO MUCH in only a few days and they even have so many techniques for remembering. A huge weight off my chest once i signed up for PrepAgent and watched youtube videos.

These guys are top notch. Took classes in the Winter of 2020 but was not able to take the test until just recently because of Covid. The school accommodated my need to extend my access to the site by a month so I could re-take my classes on demand prior to the test. They certainly didnt have to do that. Happy to say I passed the test on the first try! The instructors and study materials were exceptional. If you are looking to get into MA RE License, I highly recommend checking these guys out.

I passed my exam at the first go because I joined this call. The class instructors are amazing- they explain the concepts rlly well and don’t move ahead unless they answer evry relevant question, the staff is awesome.. I don’t think I ever popped a question in that chat box and they didn’t answer .. they clearly love their job and it shows (Jason, huge shout out to you!) the practice questions prepare you well for the exam in terms of what to kinda expect.. but really it’s the overall support system and true partnership this school provides which really really sets them apart. I had a great experience with Freedom Trail. I took their online course during Covid. The instructors are very engaging and its obvious they truly care if you understand the material. Customer support was always very prompt in their responses and went above and beyond to provide helpful information. Freedom Trail offers an immense amount of resources for all learning styles, which allowed me to pass on the first try. The whole course is GREAT value for what you get. Their study guide is condensed and easy to understand. I recently took their course and passed the MA test on my first try. They offered a comprehensive guidebook on all the topics and they have the flexibility of watching pre-recorded classes anytime or watching online live classes. So you can do it all from the comfort of your home. The testing centers were shut down during the pandemic and once they opened, they were busy with a backload for weeks so I ended up taking the test a couple of months after I took the class. Luckily, Freedom Trail allows you to come back and re-watch former classes or watch the pre-recorded ones that they have on file. That was really helpful to me to brush up before the test. I think the most advantageous is their practice tests. You can do your own tests online with them anytime and they are different every time so you keep learning more each time. They also have live classes where you can do a test and then a teacher walks you through the answers which again is very helpful. They really offer a wonderful and comprehensive service and also have a variety of fantastic teachers.

I had such an amazing experience at Freedom Trail Realty School! I took the four day class in Boston which flew by and I got to meet some really fascinating and sweet people. By the last day a group of us got lunch together. William, our teacher was incredible. He explained everything clearly and made learning fun and interesting. He was patient with our questions and was awfully helpful with not only how to study for the test but with real life situations we may come across. After the class he opened up the online program for us so we could continue our studying with the aid of on-demand classes which I found incredibly helpful! It was a lot to take in 40 hours all at once but after 20 hours of outside the classroom studying, I was able to pass my exam first try. I was confident going in because Will had prepared me for everything I needed to know. Also now I have Freedom Trail Realty School as a reference for helping me find a real estate brokerage that is perfect for me with all their online resources and help. I was looking for flexibility with taking classes part-time from home, this was a great choice. The team is responsive to questions regarding the program and the information/course content was definitely relevant.

I took the online classes and I loved it. I was working full time and it gave my the flexibility to take the classes when I could. Will did an amazing job making sure you really understood the material and you could review segments later if you needed. i LOVED the practice test. I would recommend this 120% as I believe this is why I passed the first time. The practice test really prepared me for the real test.

I hardly ever write reviews but I seriously cannot recommend Freedom Trail Realty School enough. Obviously being able to take a course online is super convenient, especially as a mom with 2 small kids, but being able to go back into my archives and review what I may have missed was beyond helpful. Will, Gloria, and Jenny were amazing instructors who went the extra mile to answer every question and explain concepts even if it meant the class ran long. I passed my exam with relative ease and will definitely being coming back to Freedom Trail when its time for me to take my continuing ed courses for renewal!

I didnt really know what to expect going in to my first class... Was it gonna be some stuffy old dude reciting a bunch of boring facts? Will is a super chill youngish guy, something that made me instantly feel comfortable. He was very knowledgeable in the field explained things really well, and made sure we all understood the concept before moving on to the next. I liked the way he taught, he explained concepts through stories, drew visual pictures, and even cracked jokes lol all of which were super helpful in retaining the crazy amount of info. Most people say that their real estate classes were just something they had to get through as part of the process of getting a real estate license. Wills classes are not like that at all! Will goes above and beyond to help students truly learn and understand the material (not just cram for an exam), and better yet, classes are a lot of fun! I loved my classes and were sad when they were over. Thankfully Will puts together Alumni meetup networking events so we can always get together with former students (and Will) to chat about the real estate industry.

The 40 hours of classroom time was all I needed to pass the exam; no outside studying.The instructor is knowledgable, amicable, thorough, focused, professional, and most importantly, teaches to the exam. I highly recommend The Freedom Trail Realty School salesperson course. I was worried that this course would be a long, boring 40 hours of someone talking at me. Instead, Will was very engaging and interesting. The 4 days flew by and I left feeling like I had a full understanding of the material and was totally prepared for the exam. There were no surprises on the test and I credit that top great course material.

If you wanna be in the top 43% of people who pass the realestate test the 1st time Then use this school. And study.

I paid the full amount of just over $350 so I could study at my own pace. The instruction was great and I did most classes with Ed - who was fantastic. They provide a guarantee to refund if you dont pass but once inside you see that you have to pass 6 of the 120 practice tests to get that guarantee - which is tough. I did pass the test first time but was horrified in the first 90 questions to see that only two questions were ones I knew from the practice tests... I did those 120 question tests about 30 times which took forever and memorized every one. There were questions on the exam that I had not seen before, had not studied and definitely had not learned. It was a tough test and was very stressful - first 75 questions there were only two that I really knew from my course. The rest I had to just try process of elimination and try and guess. The last questions - 45 - there were many of the practice test so was relieved off those. I am not sure if the exam questions have been updated but someone definitely needs to look at the questions on the real exam and make sure students are taught those topics and questions.

This is the 3rd reality school I attended in the past 12 years not that the others were bad but I just never felt confident in taking the state exam and allowed my certificates to expire. I knew it was time to finally finish what I started and found Freedom Trail Reality School. I was happy that they had an online program that allowed me to complete at my own pace. It took me less than 3 weeks instead of 10 weeks. I received my certificate the day after it was mailed on the 16th studied all my materials over the weekend and decided I was ready schedule my test on Sunday and took it on Monday the 19th. I am happy to say I passed the 1st time. I think learning at your own pace definitely help in my confidence. Doing this once a week over 10 weeks left me with to much room to doubt myself. Will and his team at Freedom Trail were great. I took most of my classes with Ed due to my schedule and goal to complete. I recommend the 50 hour course as it gives you extra time to practice. I had 4 hours left on the platform when I was finished. I purposely saved them in case I didnt pass so I would have more study time but I didnt need it. Thank you Freedom Trail I finally finished what I started 12 years ago. 😊🎉

When things started to get a little hairy at the company I had been working for for 20+ years at the beginning of this year, I *knew* I had to figure something out. It was a big step for me as I am over 50 and attempting to transition careers into real estate.
