Chef Lisa was so knowledgeable and professional. Her expertise, however, did not prevent her from being able to help a total beginner like my 11 year old to create these notoriously difficult macarons. She answered questions clearly and patiently and even answered questions we didnt realize we had. I would sign up for a class with Chef Lisa again without hesitation. I cant speak highly enough for Chef Tanya. We hired her to cook for a special engagement dinner for 6 guests. The night was so fun and special. She showed us how to cook a delicious full course meal including a salad, gnocchi, sausages & and desert. She was the perfect balance of being informative but also letting us converse and socialize. She was a pleasure to be around not to mention the food was absolutely delicious. She brought all of her own cooking tools and cleaned the entire kitchen before leaving. The only thing we needed to provide was wine and serving plates. Such a relaxing treat! I highly recommend hiring her and I would so much rather spend my money on an experience like this vs. a restaurant.

We had chef Antonio teach us pasta at our condo and everything was amazing. The pasta was delicious and he did a great job of explaining the intricacies of each dish. Well definitely be doing this again.

Chef Harolds sushi spectacular was phenomenal! We all enjoyed eating and making fantastic sushi. He was also great with our 9 and 11 year old boys and involved them in the fun. We learned a ton and hope to practice our new skills soon. It was also a huge amount of food for 4 people. No one will go hungry, even if youre big eaters! Dont hesitate - it was such a unique experience!

Chef Lisa took us through macarons tonight, and I feel like I really moved forward with my understanding of the process. The value is AMAZING. Chef was enthusiastic and gave us ample time to ask questions. I look forward to perfecting my macaron game during my coronacation!

Chef Tanya was absolutely amazing! She was so well prepared, personable and made the experience so comfortable and personal. We did the Gnocchi for two and it was delicious and so easy to make! She seamlessly involved my husband and me in important steps (making the Gnocchi was so much fun!) while simultaneously cleaning and preparing other parts of the meal so we could sit down and enjoy an intimate dinner. I would highly recommend her!

Had a great Italian cooking class with Chef Mo! We went to celebrate our anniversary, and had a fantastic time. Chef Mo made the evening so entertaining, taught us how to cook a delicious meal and shared a lot of useful cooking tips with us. The meal was amazing and we cant wait to go back for another class!

Chef Harolds Sushi Spectacular was fantastic! Chef Harold was on time, easy to communicate with and very polite. My boyfriend and I had so much fun learning about his history and how to make all the different types of sushi. The food tasted great and we would be more than happy to do this again!!!! We had a great experience learning to make Nepalese food. I think our group was too large with 16 people, but it would be perfect for a group of 6.

Chef April was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to cook with and we had a lovely group for our Italian dinner. Her home was warm and comfortable and she made the space work for our small group. My husband and I loved learning how to make fresh pasta, and I was relieved to not have too much chopping to do--although we did all get some tips and a chance to mince some onions. His class was informative and he was kind enough to leave my fiancé (it was for his birthday) with a few small gifts. The food was as spectacular as the presentation. My wife and I had a great time with a Cozymeal cooking class. With a few other couples, the chef led us through a fun night where we made personal size lasagnas and a caesar salad from scratch. It was a lot of fun! The chef was fun and engaging, and also had a lot of simple tips that make cooking easier. Would be a great way for a group to spend a fun evening together. Chef Tanya arrived early and cooked a delicious 3-course meal for my husband and I in our home. She tweaked the original menu to adapt to our lactose-intolerant diet restriction. She also brought plenty of ingredients that we had leftover after the dinner. Chef Tanya was professional, efficient, fun to talk to, provided a lot of cooking tips, and allowed us to enjoy each course by ourselves. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful date night evening with Chef Tanya. She arrived early, set everything up, and was extremely personable throughout the entire evening making sure we were involved in and enjoying the cooking process while having a really fun conversation. when it came down to actually eating dinner, she gave us some space and continued cleaning to minimize distraction. The food was fantastic and an easy enough meal that I feel I could replicate it with reasonable success. I would highly recommend Tanya to anyone looking for a fun, semi-active dining event.

The class itself was terrific with Chef Lars (5 stars!), but the communication led by Cozymeal, between myself, Cozymeal and the folks at the venue, could have been better. We had a team of 7 and used the class as our holiday team event and it worked out great! However, I was told by Cozymeal that we could bring wine/beer to go with our meal, but after getting to the class, I was given a firm NO by the folks at the venue. This was a pretty big disappointment for our team and caused a lot of confusion before class start. Overall, the booking experience was great, but the communication on what to expect for the menu, name of the class, and whether we could bring wine/beer could have been much better.

We had a wonderful time at the Handmade Pasta Trio cooking class with Chef Sawsan. Chef Sawsan is a great teacher, explaining and showing us how to make pasta and also sharing cooking tips. We had fun making and eating our pasta. Looking forward to making pasta at home!Thank you!

I did not know what to expect. But the evening passed all possible expectations. Chef Lisa was a delight: respectful, knowledgeable, interesting, and patient. Her home was perfect, the kitchen clean, sparse, a perfect venue for comfort and learning. And the end result, excellent if I must say so. We could not have asked for a finer evening and experience.

I tried out Cozymeal with a group of friends a few weeks ago and we had a blast. The chef came to my apartment and taught us all how to make a 3 course meal from scratch. The class was very hands on and the chef was incredibly knowledgeable. She taught us helpful cooking tricks, shared hilarious stories from her time in the restaurant industry and also gave us some insider recommendations on where to buy the best meat in Boston. Id definitely recommend this for a date night, girls night in or small birthday/bachelorette party.

While my team had fun, this was not a great experience, overall. The kitchen was in a home that had residents coming in and out as we were participating in our activity. The bathrooms were downstairs, near a bedroom that was clearly occupied and it did not feel clean at all. We made, what felt like hundreds of dumplings, however the filling was exactly the same for every single one. The cooking method and the folds were different. For what we paid, it was not worth it and we all left hungry and found a nearby restaurant to go have dinner

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Chef Lisa. We learned some new techniques/recipes, put them to work and ate a great meal. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely evening at Chef Radhikas home learning to cook vegetarian Indian dishes. My husband arranged this as a birthday gift to me, and we brought a bottle of wine with us and were joined by two other participants, whom we really enjoyed getting to know. The recipes were engaging but simple and easy to follow - I think we all felt that we could try them independently - and the food was perfect - flavorful, not overpowering. Every single ingredient could be tasted (and that, as Chef Radhika noted, is the idea) and I had never had Indian food like that or seen it prepared. I would recommend an evening with Chef Radhika to anyone who would like to learn more about Indian cuisine!

We had a great time! Chef Harold was engaging and fun. We selected Asian cuisine for the evening. Miso soup, Edamame salad and lots of Suchi. His presentation was beautiful, and the food was delicious. As part of his lesson, Chef Harold taught us pronunciation, preparation and a little history with the meal 😊. We loved it and will invite him again...along with a few more friends!

Chef Lisa prepared a birthday dinner for my wife that was outstanding. When I told Lisa that we would bring several bottles of wine from a recent trip to Napa Valley, she developed a special menu that would complement them. Lisa suggested foods we normally not have selected in a restaurant and we were so glad we went with her judgement. The food was incredible and when we got to her lovely apartment in Brighton, we learned she had spent 3 days preparing everything. There were delicious appetizers waiting for us and she even helped me to have flowers delivered for my wife, so they were waiting when we arrived. She was very engaging and personable and struck the perfect blend between being hostess and also giving us plenty of time to talk among ourselves. It was an incredible experience and I would recommend her without reservation.

I had an extremely wonderful experience with Cozymeal when I attended a class with my close friends and girlfriend. Chef Patrick made a memorable night, we brought extra wine and we learned how to prep, cook and serve. We were in a group class with 3 other people. The chef explained in full detail everything hes doing. He made an appetizer, main meal and unbelievable dessert. The experience was unique to its truest sense. Having a french chef, with a french accent making and teaching how to prepare french food was Tres Bien! I would highly highly suggest this to anyone even remotely interested in eating and having fun. You wont regret it! Another night we booked a couples cooking class with my girlfriend on Cozymeal.
