Waste of money completely unorganized, the laguage barrier is unbearable. Lost my money on an appointment that the instructor never showed up for. Refunds are a pain. Save yourself the anger avoid this money pit like the plague.

A very good driving school I took 11 classes and one before road test and it went very well. The driver instructors really helped me with parallel parking , and my turns. They have also help me with my anxiety.

They are just Horrible the whole thing is Horrible. They are always canceling last minutes. The front desk are basically the worst I swear they are just the worse. Please before you book with them read the bad reviews cause they are all true.

The worst driving school in the city. They rates are cheap but it is not worth it. These people are extremely unorganized, they don’t keep track of lesson times! They never pick up their phone! And there’s always people in the office they just don’t care enough they phone goes straight to voicemail. I regret paying for their lessons because the stress that comes with them is terrible! Go somewhere else where you will be taken seriously pls I hate leaving bad reviews but there service is just unexceptionable

I don’t know about other people but I payed to use there car in the driving test and passed yes he doesn’t speak perfect English but if you read along you won’t need to hear him he gives out very helpful tips I’d recommend this just off using the car and having a free lesson with it I forgot how much I payed but it wasn’t much 🤷🏽‍♂️I was happy at the end maybe the people who write bad reviews never passed idk that’s just my opinion

Paloma Driving School is a place that gave me hope for getting into becoming an independent citizen. I have been driving since I was 16, thanks to Mr. Paloma and his associates. I made a review before claiming that my experience was great. I still stand on that, but Paloma is not the same. My little brother has struggled to have his test scheduled for a YEAR, while being told we were being taken care of. Thanks to Paloma we paid for the test TWICE and only took it once. I’m not sure what’s going on there, but I hope they’re able to save their business.

They Scheduled me for a road test without me asking them to, now I cannot schedule other Road tests because Thanks to them I have to pay fees for a a cancellation that was not even my fault. And still they say is not their fault and they won’t pay for the issue.

Big thank you to Paloma and his team . Finally got my license on 10/4. Happy camper.

I called to sign my daughter up for driving school they gave me all the information, put half of the money down. When my daughter started her first day she came home with a packet with all these other things we had to pay. Then on top of that I CAN NOT GET MY MONEY BACK!!! My daughter came home complaining and very upset due to all the disappointment that she felt, the man who was teaching her had told her hes a bus driver and was just doing this for the second time in his life, my daughter later realizes that he cannot write proper English neither can he teach. To completely top this off when she looks down on the floor there were a whole bunch of ants all over the floor.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Gave me an instructor who bearly spoke English. Made an appointment for a class and they didn’t show up. They’re Unorganized and I would not recommend!

Absolutely the worst place to go, it took me almost a year to get my liscene for literally no reason. They take forever to do everything and you have to jump through hoops just to schedule anything with them. I did learn how to drive well, but it was definately not worth the time and head ache. If I could give no stars I would. 100% avoid!

The place is so unorganized, they cancel your appointment without notice and the communication is borderline disrespectful. They scheduled a road test after my wifes permit expiration date after I told them if its after the expiration dont book her, ill take her myself. I was unable to book a personal road test because the school has to cancel it first and the lady is out of town until after my wifes expiration so she had to take her permit test again. Go somewhere else.

This driving school is super unorganized, the owner is rude he will yell at you and try to humilate you infront of people , and they have teachers that dont speak proper english. They are also super expensive and unprofessional.

They are irresponsible, scammers, they scammed me and a friend, we paid for 5 classes and we could not attend the class for personal things and they told us that they can no longer teach us, that we already lost it because we did not go to class, but They never explained to us that if we were absent we would lose the classes, badly educated, soon the secretary is very bad, and speaks badly to people, when I went to the place there were several people complaining and the instructors speak badly to people, do not go , they kept me with $ 245, this school is useless
