Ethos is a wonderful place to send your child. Our daughter has been attending since she was 5 months old, now almost two she is very happy to go to school everyday. The teachers are very nurturing and really help with development - she’s been learning so much. I would 100% recommend ethos to families looking for daycare!

Ethos is a safe, educational and fun environment for my children. The teachers are beyond incredible and they love my daughter just as I do. The fact that my daughter lights up when I say “time to go to school” and runs into the classroom the second we enter the center is a testament to the kind of place Ethos is. It was the best decision we could have made for our daughter and family.

So first I have to say when I first had my daughter I was 100% convinced she would never be at daycare upon my return to work. That was until one of my friends I met in my moms group mentioned to me about a school near by called Ethos that her daughter was a student at.After we started getting into the rhythm of being new parents our ideas of what things willBe changed as they do for many first time parents and all of sudden we were open to an alternative plan for our daughters childcare and i gave in decided to check out Ethos since my mom friend spoke incredibly highly of the program. Wow how lucky was i that my friend told me about this amazing gem that i am convinced there is NO other program in the Boston Cory limits offering anything close to the curriculum and environment the Ethos staff/leadership have cultivated here. The biggest selling point for me was the Foundational core values of the school that focused on diversity, inclusion, mindfulness, and embedding a since of local community for the children. The school works extremely hard to maintain all of those core values not only for the environment for the children but also amongst the teaching staff. I love that my daughter can be at a school that embraces differences. Most importantly the thing I love the very most is how much the teachers, staff, and leadership truly love each and every single child and put the children’s well being first. This school has continue to impress me with their willingness to constantly be open to feedback, continued focus on rigorous improvement, and building a community amongst all the parents of the school. To this day the hardest thing I’ve had to do as a mom was go back to work and leave my daughter, but I can honestly say our family at Ethos has made that decision something I can be proud of because of the incredible development I’ve seen in my child vs. Her peer set not in the program.Additionally I wanted to also mention I have never had an issue being in touch with any of the staff or teachers and have been impressed actually with how they have always been, even off hours.Education is one of the greatest gifts you can give your child and I can give my full whole hearted approval from myself and my husband of the brilliantly designed program that Ethos has built.

Our experience with Ethos has exceeded our expectations. Our daughter absolutely loves going in everyday to spend time with the teachers and students. We were hesitant to take her anywhere outside of our home, especially during COVID but, we could not be happier with the variety of daily activities, socializing, and safety provided. We receive updates and photos during the day for all that she does. Its a tremendous help to have our daughter in trusted care and a treat to see it! Our whole family benefits from Ethos and we are very glad to be members.

I had to return to work when my daughter was 3-months and after reviewing our options in and around South Boston, including nannies and several daycare centers, Ethos is, hands down, where we feel most comfortable bringing our daughter. The staff is warm and friendly - they took time not only getting to know my daughter, but my entire family. The director was so accommodating during the enrollment process; encouraging baby and I to come visit several times before starting and allowing my daughter to spend time with her teacher and in the nursery.Ultimately, I have such peace of mind at Ethos. I know my baby is safe and well cared for and that her days are full of enriching activities. She is happy during drop off each day and just as happy when I peek in at the end of the day to pick her up - and that makes my momma heart very happy. She has had the same teacher since she began and all of the teachers at the center are so dedicated to loving and caring for the children as if they are their own.We are very happy with our decision to join Ethos and would highly recommend to other families.

We enrolled our daughter at Ethos several months ago after trying two more corporate daycare centers in the South Boston/Seaport area. The quality of care at Ethos is unlike any other. Her teacher cares for her as if she is her own and has taken the time to get to know our family personally. The curriculum is enriching and encourages exploration beginning at infancy. She is exposed to interactive music, art, reading, yoga, the outdoors..(the list goes on!) on a daily basis. The facility is peaceful, welcoming and pristine. The director and CEO invest in each family and are thoughtfully building an enriching community. She is such a happy baby at Ethos. We love seeing her develop and thrive there.

Took a tour and was impressed by the attention to detail. The space has a calming yet energetic feel. The focus on learning and the depth of the curriculum is impressive.

I wish we had researched Ethos further before enrolling our son – we had to pull him out before he started based on some extremely serious concerns we had with management and the teachers during our son’s three transition visits.Advice we would give to parents thinking about enrolling their child in Ethos:• Do your research on the CEO and his experience – it is extremely limited and doesn’t include any child care (he graduated from college in 2014)• Meet with the center Director and fully vet her – we were extremely unimpressed with her demeanor (in our interactions she was very condescending and lacked empathy) and she showed poor understanding of our infant.•We were at multiple times unable to get in touch with anyone at the center during business hours – even when our child was there. A few times, unable to even access the floor of the building. Ensure you are comfortable with less access to the Center than you may want.We truly didn’t feel comfortable leaving our son with Ethos, and hope that other parents will look beyond the superficial features and evaluate whether they are comfortable with the management and the shortcomings of what they call a “startup”.
