Great place to learn Jiu JItsu for self defense. Great environment, friendly staff and well thought out curriculum. Very family oriented environment. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Professor Mark and his team are great teachers on all levels and they make sure you understand before moving on.

Instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. This gym has very positive and friendly environment to learn the marshal art.

Im revising this for the third time. We were part of the Elite bjj and alternate between Redmond and here. Now we are just coming to the BMAA. While there was some inconsistency during the ownership and leadership change it seems things are settling down and coaches are focused on the coaching and kids are enjoying the training. Couch Vincent is awesome. Hopefully things keep on getting better and better.
