I cant speak for the rest of the locations. But the staff here is amazing, My son has been attending this location since he was 6 weeks old and we couldnt be happier with them. Mr.s Elizabeth (The Supervisor) is an amazing person and the entire staff is friendly and genuinely care about the children.

Smart start is an awesome place! The kiddos are always ready to go and the teachers and staff are amazing. I absolutely love the attention the kids get and the knowledge they come away with. I am very impressed with this place! :)

This is a great place to take your kids!! Super inviting and has a wonderful staff of teachers that will take the best care of your kiddos along with teach them important skills such as everyday living along with helping them reach educational milestones!! The owners and director are pretty awesome too!!!

Not only was it disgusting and every one stayed sick from the lack of basic hygiene from children and staff. . after my wreck I was accused of being on drugs and was fired I personally paid and took a test immediately proving the declamation of my character to be false but it didnt matter. Regulations were never met and what they promote to have such a high tuition does not occur EVER. sadly I couldnt even retrieve my personal items I purchased that valued over 100 dollars. Wouldnt recommend the facility to anyone

My son has been going to Smart Start for a little under a year and the amount of things he has learned in the short amount of time is beyond me. It makes the price all worth it at the end of the day. He has loved all of his teachers but Ms. Ally has stood out to him so much. He’s learning to read - as a fresh 5 year old, I am so proud of him for that. He’s learned discipline, corrective action, patience and so much more. I look forward to the continued rewarding relationship with Smart Start. So thank u to the teachers and directors, Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Jade (although she transferred locations which Im still sad but I’ll be ok lol). Thank u guys for all the work u put into our children - it doesn’t go unnoticed!

Noticed 6+ one year old children in rooms with 1 teacher in our walk through. They are supposed to be family oriented, yet we heard talk between the supervisors that the owner was sleeping with a co-worker. My wife in tears from thinking our child could end up in a place like that is making daycare an even bigger deal than it already is. Thank You Smart Start. What a wreck.

If I could give a zero start I would.This place is terribly ran and the higher ups only care about the money you pay them not the children that go there. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN GO THERE. You will regret it.My child was injured with no report the rules for things change from week to week. It is absolutely Atrocious and ridiculous there.

Smart Start has been a fantastic choice for my daughter and family. Very affordable, and my daughter now 2 has been receiving a great jumpstart on her education. Would highly recommend to anyone

I would not send my children there again if it was the only place open. My children were injured with out report, unattainted to, and were fed inatiquit food and diapers were not changed often enough. Not only all of this, but the facility itself, though seemingly clean, is not sanitized regularly making my children extremely sick, extremely often. They say they are “teachers” but they are really a minimum wage paid uneducated adult with no training. The owners, though the wife is kind, the husband is completely crooked making remarks towards me in innapritiate ways, and sending payment statements asking for more than I owe, Ever since switching day cares, my children have been less injured, less sick, happier and healthier kids, and I will NEVER advise any one to take their child to this place again.

The lady I talked to on the phone was the most disrespectful thing Ive ever seen working at a daycare. All I wanted to know was the most hours they kept children as we do 12 hour shifts and we had already went in to visit one of their facilities I had just not gotten that information as we changed hours since then. After she wanted to be rude I asked to talk to someone else and she said she was over all of the smart starts in BG. I said ok I want to talk to who is over you and she again tells me its her. I said so you own all 3 smart starts in BG and she said yea. Ok for one if you own all 3 of them Im pretty sure your not going to be answering the phones making appointments. I wouldnt take my kids there if they paid me! Rude as can be!

The staff make it so easy to leave my boys while I go to work all day!! Hard to find people you can trust that well!

Staff and owner are horribly rude and incosiderate. Not worth dealing with.

The people here and the facility are amazing love this place!!
