Horrible experience! I called to get information about opening hours and price and a middle-aged tall lady, hung up on me! I suspect she did that because I have an accent. I didnt know if she did hung up on me on purpose, so I drove by and knock the door. She didnt want to open the door! She seemed very rude and stressed out. Not welcoming or helpful at all.My husband works for the university and I work in a neighbour school district and we both have many friends. I will discourage everybody to leave their kids at this place.

My husband and I were scheduled to tour the facility earlier this week. Our appointment was moved to later in the evening. When we arrived the director was not on site and we were given a tour by another employee while we waited for the director. An hour later we were told she was in the building and to wait longer, then she had to leave and would give us a call to meet with us. We never even met with her.Ive called back three times just to be told they would leave a message for her and she would call us back. We dont even know if they have any openings! We were pretty clear that we needed full time care by Monday (8/22), this isnt something that we can just wait on until last minute.So far nothing. Not a word. We were told she was looking into the availability. I said we needed to know as soon as possible - still nothing. I just dont understand the lack of professionalism going on here. Its infuriating to be strung along and avoided rather than just getting a simple answer of Yes, we openings or No, we dont have any. A center that does that doesnt seem very reassuring to a parent who needs total trust and transparency with people who are watching their babies.We use Discovery Kingdom for our toddler for the last two years. Thankfully they have an immediate full time opening for her. Not once has Celeste (when she was the director) or Misty not returned a call or been on site to answer questions and meet with parents. Never has the facility been hectic and in chaos. We were given a prompt tour.I dont know about the other two centers in BG because they dont have openings, but I guess well just have to hire a nanny to care for our six month old until Discovery Kingdom has openings. I would never recommend a center that cant even return a phone call or pop in to personally say Hey, something came up, sorry for keeping you waiting, let me pull out my appointment book and find a new time to meet with you!So theres that. I hope the other parents who use this facility have better experiences. We were pretty excited to have our kids start there, so its not like we hated what we saw or anything. Its just that if I need to call to speak with the director, the director needs to be on site or return my call.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WENT IN A COUPLE WEEKS AGO AND THE LADY TOOK MY INFO AND SAID SHE WILL CALL ME WITH MORE INFO AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY CALLS OR EMAILS.
