Cashiers are so nice. The store isnt fully stocked, lots of bare spots on the shelves..... but what store is fully stocked right now?

Cashier ×as amazing stopped @tocking and said r u ready said yes went straight to register...I had a unique check out she needed manager to explain who also did not keep anyone waiting...they were swift and extremely friendly...thank you to them very much

All Dollar Tree stores have different priorities. By-Pass Store(next to Ace Hardware)gets a bad rap because Store is quite old, but it is by far my favorite!! IT GETS 5 ⭐️’s!!!!!! Customer service there is outstanding!! Staff all friendly, helpful and if more than 3 people in line they will open another register. They say “hello” when you enter store, if someone is stocking or re-stocking items they ask if they can help you find anything, or simply ask how you are doing. Nashville Road Store; staff does not engage with customers. Last two visits there, same cashier, mask worn under her nose, complaining about job while ringing up my items, said she had OCD and would not put my purchases in my reusable bag. I bagged my own items. Seven people in line Behind me, three people came out of office, no one opened a register. All tried not to make eye contact with anyone. I asked for number of district manager. Cashier rolled her eyes and all she said was, “it’s on your receipt”. This Nashville Road Store is much larger than others in town, so they carry more items. I continue to shop there, (Still hoping for a change), but mostly because my favorite location doesn’t receive same merchandise. Some items my family uses frequently. Unfortunately, every time I leave the Nashville Road Store I am still Disappointed and unhappy.

Friendly staff. Shelves are usually fairly organized. And best of all, everything is only $1! Only down side is that some items are out of stock quite often,or they dont get the same items in all the time.

Love this store. So many things to do with items in store if you are a crafty person. If youre on a budget, this is the store for you.

I only have one word to say about this Dollar Tree, and that word is Wow. Period. If youre looking for a quick stop to find all the ingredients for your latest art installation, this is the place to be. With a wide range from feathered boas, glitter balloons, and ninjas shields, theres plenty of junk here to hang on a tree and call it art. Also everything is super cheap, close in price to that of a one dollar bill. This store is dog friendly, feel free to bring your pup in at any hour of the day. Love it.

Fairly decent store. Some areas were bare or low on stocked items. Nice manager and the cashiers are very friendly.

Good place for party supplies and invitations. More food than last time i came in. Which was a year ago. Couple of aisles are empty and are in need of stocking.

LOVE THIS PLACE. I decorated my entire bathroom for $10 and it looks like a bathroom out of a magazine. You take your items up there expecting the total to be way more than it actually is. I am such a tight wad and everything being a dollar, this is my favorite store EVER!!

Dollar tree doesnt have everything but probably 60-75% of what they have is a good deal you just have to use some old fashioned common sense easy. Love dt!

Laziest group of liberal people ever met could not get a good price check on clearly listed 1/2 price items tried to charge double on Christmas clearance manger was a joke last time I go to the place.

Watched 5 people walk out because they have no buggys the employees are very nice they try but with it being so busy they cant run out every 5 minutes to get one buggy for 10 customers waiting your losing business without the buggys buy the store more buggys
