Without a second thought I would recommend this daycare to anyone looking to enroll their children. My son has been there since he turned one and he is now three. I was hesitant about enrolling him in a school that did not have cameras, as I was once a preschool teacher and I know how it works. But I am glad that I did not follow my gut and I am glad that I gave First Impressions a chance because this school and the staff are amazing! Every teacher my son has ever had there has been great. He loves them all. They are very attentive to his needs and he is always in a good mood when I drop him off and pick him up. The teachers go above and beyond for the kids there and truly do care for them like their own. The front office staff are always friendly and helpful when needed. My son loves coming in and seeing Mrs. April every morning and loves chatting it up with Mrs. Arabia in the evenings. My son will continue his care at this school for as long as he can. Thank you so much for all you guys do!

My daughter attends this location and she loves this place! I know shes safe and they have a great summer camp program! They go on field trips everyday with everything included. If my child is happy then Im happy..and the staff is so friendly and professional. The moment you walk through the front door you know that you are in the right place. Keep up the good work!

I can’t say thank you enough for all you guys do for our children! Especially Ms.April every time I walk in the door she has such a positive attitude and my kids tell me how much they love her. It is a great comfort for me to know that my children are happy and have formed a bond with their teachers, as well as their classmates. Every week I am amazed by the development changes in both children! I’m happy to say that each day I can worry less because I know they are well loved and cared for by the staff at First Impressions Academy!

Literally as they’re named the first impression of this school is absolutely fantastic. Had my two little ones transferred here from another facility and the service is absolutely wonderful. All of the staff is very warm and welcoming. I feel that my children have both grown substantially in the last few months with the excellent curriculum provided. Thank you to the staff, I appreciate you all!

My daughter attends this school , they get daily reports , i notice how well her knowledge advanced here. The teachers and staff are kind and trustworthy. The director Ms.April Is A True Gem; she goes above and beyond for all children! highly recommended your kid will be very safe , happy , and educated .

My girls have been going to the location on Old Boynton for the 3 years and they love it. Never have had any issue that were not taken care off accordingly.Awesome teachers and staff. Proud Mom here!!

So far out of all the First Impressions day care this is the best one. I am very impressed with the school. My kids are learning a lot and I am very pleased with the teachers.

As a current employee here, I can say that this is such an professional job to be able to work at. I’ve been here for over a year and the kids and staff are amazing. Ms.Arebia comes in everyday with positive energy and is always on top of things here. Ms.Apryl is always here for us and looking out for us when needed. The kids here are so sweet and fun to be around. I’ve never had a hard time with any of the kids, parents or other employees.

Love working with the manager, asst. director, and staff. Everyone is so caring, helpful and positive. So glad to work with such nice people. That makes all the difference when you go to work!!!

Love this center, Ms. Apryl the director always cares for the well being of the children and parents. Despite all the covid19 the center is always clean, sanitized and handle precautions well. I definitely feel confident and at ease to leave my children under the staffs care and know they will be safe and learn. My children love this place. Excellent staff and center.

My girls and I love this Daycare/School. My oldest daughter started school there at 24mths old about to be 7yrs old, and still attends their Camp and Off School Days Programs. The Adminstrative and Teachers are always readily available when needed.

On wanting to take good care of your child I advise you to put at first impression academy,because it is better to leave school can make them take good care of children and teach them well, my child is 1 year old thanks to the school he knows when he comes out to say goodbye and to this morning she knows how to say hi thank you so much😘😘😘

My two year old has gone here since she was 1 year old. I love all the teachers! The toddler teachers are so loving and friendly. I love the care she gets from the teachers, always making sure she comes home clean, they even give us a daily report letting us know about her day! The communication between teachers and parents is excellent and something I truly appreciate. I know when I drop her off that she is in a safe environment and taken care of just as if it was me watching her. I am so grateful to have found this school!

My niece went here until she couldnt come anymore! I knew I had to put my son here when he was a toddler. The staff is so professional and the rooms are very clean, I couldnt be happier. He loves his teachers and loves coming to school everyday, that helps make mornings so much easier for me! :) The teachers here treat each child like their own kids and that gives me peace to get through my day.

My son has been going here since he was a toddler. He is now in the VPK program and we have loved every room. He loves going in and seeing his teachers, new and old, and loves spending time here! We feel very comfortable with all the staff here, everyone is so friendly! We tell everyone we know to go here!

My 15 month old son was here for 4 days. In that time he fell and busted his lip outside, and he caught hand mouth foot disease. Although I did take him to the soft play at the Wellington mall that week, but I’ve taken him there before and nothing happened to him. I’m 95% sure it was the unsanitary room and toys that they probably never clean, while sick toddlers walk around with snot in their nose putting toys in their mouth. The outside playground is definitely not safe for 1 year olds. My son couldn’t walk very well, so it was just a matter of time before he tripped on one of the two steps, which are concrete with a green turf cover, and he busted his lip. The teachers let the kids outside and let them roam free. Both times I happen to be there and a kid was playing with a stick, I’m lucky my son didn’t get his eye poked. They don’t engage with the kids , their constantly crying. A very bad experience, I can keep going on but I’ll stop here. Don’t take your kids here!!!

I waited about 2 years now to share my experience. It was so bad,that I didn’t want to relive it. I will go to the board with my complaint,but like I said I needed time to somewhat heal. First impression is the worse preschool choice you could do for your child. I pray to God,parents do their research. My son stared there,he was just one year old baby. He’s first year was fine,thanks to the only great teacher they have their. My son started to endure abuse in the 3’s with one lady name miss Tatiana. I will never forget her name. I can never forget my long nights awake trying to understand what my son was going though. They all are fake. They don’t teach the kids. I have friends that told me,they are not a good school,but I waited way too long somehow. If you have a feeling something ain’t right,listen to your instincts parents. Most of the time,it’s right. But I’m a woman of God. God took care of my son,no doubt. When he went to a different school(Bright Horizon),within 2 to 3 days I started to see major changes. I started to cry and thanking God at the same time. Because first impressions didn’t finish my son,it was still early to get help. My son did so great at Bright Horizon. He graduated VPK and now he’s kindergarten at Lake Worth Christian in Boynton Beach. God been great to us. Happy to say my son is doing awesome. No complaints what so ever. This is not the end I’m going to the board soon. They need to know what my son went through. And I always tell other people who’s looking for a daycare. They the worse. Don’t do it parents. May God watch over our children🙏🏾

As a former employee I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone to send their children here. The owner is racist and the director Arebia is Loud , rude and very unprofessional. If you don’t want you or your child’s businesses around the school don’t let her or Shawn know about it. The way they treat the kids I would never send my own here. They will literally hit and slang your child around and if your child gets hurt they are going to make it look self inflicted. The lunch is absolutely disgusting everyday over spring break we had one piece of turkey wrapped in bread and a apple. Trust me when I say it’s not worth the 160 a week. The toilets overflow every week , the teachers leave the children in wet diapers all day and wait to change them just before dismissal. If you want a good quality daycare first impressions on old Boynton road IS NOT THE PLACE ‼️‼️‼️

I had to take my little cousin to First Impressions Academy and he really loves it. The staff is really nice and friendly and super helpful. They answer all of my questions and never gave me any problems. My little cousin seems to really enjoy going to daycare and he seems to be learning a lot and having lots of fun.

We absolutely love the school and staff. They are always inviting and making our children and family feel welcomed. It would be nice of the hours of operation would be extended to include weekends.

I give it a 5 only because of the current teachers my daughter has. I have had my child in this school since she was 3 and i have NEVER had an issue. There is a new director there and her attitude just stinks. She has no manners and doesnt know the proper way of communication with parents. There has been a lot of turn around since this summer and im just glad my daughter is still with the teachers she has known since shes been enrolled. Just kills me that my daughter will have to start somewhere new now because I can not and will not tolerate the disrespect from this new director they have at this school. It is just unacceptable!!!!! My husband tried to submit a check for $60 and told her the remainder $40 will be paid by Friday, she refused my husbands check and advised him and myself that my daughter can not come back to school...first of all he was trying to submit payment in which she refused , granted it wasnt full payment but that was not the proper way to handle to situation especially since payment technically would have been current at that time !!!!! whats even more frustrating is right before my husband there was a parent who had a balance and was only able to pay $80 and she took that with no problem!!!!! I CANNOT WAIT TO REMOVE MY CHILD FROM THIS SCHOOL AND SHE IS TO BLAME!

This school kicked my child out they found out we knew what they were doing to the children including my child in the classroom the way they were treating the kid yelling at them putting their hand on the kid mouth even saying they will hit a kid with a shoe if they dont be quiet once we told them we were talking to an attorney about the situation they kicked him out and terminated his enrollment so cover their own butt. So in other word they rather us file a lawsuit agaist them then to sit down with us to discuss the problem like adults .this is their response since they contacted an attorney two can play that game. Its unbelievable that this were the people we trusted to watch my kid

My little sister is very shy and was a little unsure about going to a day care. When I picked her up from the day care center, She had a smile on her face and was happy as can be. I recommend First Impressions Preschool for anybody with little ones.

First Impressions is the best academy for pre-school & camp students. The teachers so nice, all schedule very organized, the communication 100% & the quality of service excellent.

The WORST daycare possible. My one year old son went there for exactly 4 days and I would give anything to get those 4 days back. The classrooms are prison-like. Very little natural light, dark concrete rooms. Austin was walking with assistance only when he was there. On the 3rd day I picked him up he had a raspberry on his head, a black and blue and a gash in the side of his head, which they referred to as a scratch. A scratch, mind you, that had a scar for 7 months afterwards. Apparently it was from a kid who was playing innocently with Austin and accidentally scratched him. The children are not to blame for a scratch, I get it. They are kids, they are not malicious. However someone was digging into my sons head repeatedly so who was watching them? No one? No one knew the real story and seemed annoyed by my questions. Then when I inquired about his head the teacher told me he fell on the concrete. The CONCRETE?! My son cant walk so why was he on concrete. No apology, no incident report, no nothing. The teachers are garbage and the director is even worse. She knew nothing about what happened to Austin, promised to find out and we never heard a word. Pathetic. You get what you pay for. These people are lazy and disgusting. Keep your kids away from this daycare

Always had great experience with this school

Went to visit this daycare and was not impressed AT ALL. Disgusting looking place. No organization or structure. There was a teacher in the 2s class that I knew from a past place and she is not fit to be with children. I am surprised they do not do a background checks on their employees.

I used to go there when I was a little kid I missed those days😊
