Horrible customer service in printing department. Had a genuine concern that needed assistance regarding printing my document. Didnt appear that associates were held up or assisting customers at the time and attempted to get their attention for assistance and I was met with a contemptuous glare and attitude. I understand if the store was outrageously busy , and I was patiently waiting on the side, but to be met with demeaning looks and staring at me, with an associate with her mask down mouthing Oh God. Here we go as if me signaling for help and waiting was an inconvenience for their time to talk and chit chat amongst themselves. Will not ever go back to this printing department, especially ask for help. Extremely disappointing.

Every time I’ve had a simple print job - it’s never been done right. The point of self service pick up is to be in/out. After I picked up the order, I got to my car to see my 2 documents and they were wrong. I ordered my print to be in color and on cardstock paper…. Instead I got black and white + standard paper. I had to go back in and wait on a 20 minute line to let them know that it’s wrong and show them the attached receipt that shows “cardstock and color”. The girl at the print desk said “oh yeah my co-worker did this one, she thought she messed up one of the jobs so that must’ve been it”…. Laughing. I was in a rush and frustrated with already wasting 30 minutes of my day for 2 simple printed documents. There was no apology, rather slow moving to get the job printed.I hate writing bad reviews & maybe the employees just don’t take their job seriously…. But it’s safe to say I’ve had enough messed up simple print jobs that I can no longer rely on Office Depot (in Boynton on Congress Avenue) for those services. Stick to Staples or any other printing service!!

Came in absolutely panicked because I had a veryy important last second huge print job. Valencia was an absolute angel. She saw how beyond stressed I was and saved the day for me! She was so so patient, kind and overall went above and beyond to help me through it step by step!! If she reads this I made it to Ft. Lauderdale just in time!!

I was in the store yesterday and was interested in buying the glass desk. I kept asking for someone to help me and a cashier kept telling me to wait by the furniture area after walking back and forth four times finally someone came to help me. When I finally said I wanted the desk the person helping me disappeared. I thought she went to get an order pad instead she came our 2O min later with the glass desk. Was she kidding I needed it delivered and have someone put it together. I was alone, did she expect me to carry it out. Ridiculous!

I was in the store this morning to buy a flashlight. Online you can order them and they can be readied for pickup in an hour. What happened to me when I was at the store? An employee told me you dont carry them. After I got home I placed an online order (I will make this clear. When I first checked for the product, I didnt have my OD credit card handy. Today I stopped by I was in the neighborhood.) and less than 2.5 hours after being told the store didnt have the product, one of them is miraculously waiting for me to pick it up. At least one person at this store dont know what they are doing.

Awesome customer service. Both times Ive gone staff come up and help me find what I need, one ran and grabbed my printer ink. Lots of services offered at print shop, good quality results. The store has great prices, deals, and is stocked well. Notable mention for the gentleman that works behind the print shop that is always outstanding at what he does, courteous, speedy, and very helpful.

Its kind of bizarre how slow this staff is, especially in the copy and print center. I had an order that was paid in advance and just needed to pick up. Even though they had a line of 6 and multiple people at the counter, it was still over an hour wait. Other companies in the area are remarkably faster. They also started taking the line out of order based on what was convenient for them rather than the order people arrived in line.

I would like to give a compliment to John at the copy and print counter. Office Depot online messed up my flyer order for an event, and he was a huge help getting corporate on the phone to resolve it. He made my order happen quickly and even followed up to confirm that I was able to pick it up. Thank you John!

I used to love to shop here but it seems that their inventory has really decreased in the recent years. The store looks empty but you could still find creation items.

Good selection, decent prices but they need to work on the sale item price signs. Not very clear if there are similar items together. I spent 20 minutes choosing a planner only to find out it was 9.00 more than indicated. I had tried to decipher the sale price tag since it was low and I could not see why, but the ticket seemed to match and there were 6 other items on the shelf. Sadly I had to go back and search again.

The place to go for honest computer repair. Staples tech was a no show. Geek squad was like the Motor Vehicles. Customer service was non existent. In line the tech yelled out do you have a reservation:. Acted like I was inconveniencing him to make one. Could not get one until late the next afternoon. A very large fee for a diagnostic check. At Office Depot Lee the tech and Mike the manager took care of me immediately and the diagnostic check. Free. Lee fixed the issue, although it took him 90 minutes only charged me 45.00. Done the same day in a few hours. Otherwise I would not be able to write this review.

I placed an order early today for 100 copies that scheduled to be completed by 5:30pm. I received a call saying that the colored printer was down. When I called to confirm this information, I was told that is correct. I asked if my order could be transferred to another location I was told no it couldnt be transferred. With that said, Michael transferred me to the copy center where I spoke to Carla and she proceeded to tell me that my job would be completed. However, Michael took it upon himself without my consent to CANCEL my order. I will not order a printing job from this location ever again. All the other Office Depot locations I have dealt with in the past from Miami-Dade to the Treasure Coast are fine it was just this one time I decided to have something printed for a friend as a gift that I have receive poor services. Beware of this particular Copy Center (Michael & Carla). They do not deserve 1 star at this point!!!!!!!!!

The print center at this store is the best! I have been here several times and every associate is always very patient and always there to make sure you get the prints! I have never been disappointed with the service or prices, which are most of the time half of what FedEx office wants! If you want cheap, good quality prints with excellent service, you cant go wrong with the Boynton Beach Office Depot!

I get copies made there. Mostly they do a good job handling my art work. Occasionally, not so much and they have to do it over. Today the manager helped me... she is the reason I give them 4 stars

This is billion dollar company with retail stores that look like they should be shut down. This particular location has computers from the 80s and the printing center always has an issue with their equipment. I wonder if the CEO would want to do business in the retail locations there run-down and in need of some serious attention.

Great Office Depot! The staff is very eager here and will meet and greet you to help you with your needs. I have purchased laptops, laser printers, office furniture and supplies here throughout the years and I have never had an issue. This is a great place to shop and I would recommend it over other office supply stores in the area.

Excellent customer service! Their staff is not only efficient behind the counter, but they get out on the floor to personally assist you with your needs. And if something isnt in stock, they will either order it for you or provide you with other means to obtain it. It also has a UPS service and USPS supplies. My go to store for all my office needs!

Good store, always has what I need, service veries depending on time of day but generally good. Go in for some pens, maybe a flash drive because I lost the last one, print out a few pages of a report due next week, and leave. All done in three/five minutes.

Manager couldn’t be bothered to help when purchasing well over $200 of office furniture .And when asked for help bringing out to vehicle , manager walked away leaving us without assistance.Would give a zero if I could, shouldn’t have immature children as a “manager”.

A bit of an attitude when I changed my order for a desk which wasnt appreciated. Also I was receiving help from an associate and he just walked away, I had to be directed to someone new which was rude and inconvenient. On the plus side there was a worker (Mario) who was very helpful and polite in ringing me up. Found some really cute organization boxes for 54 cents each too!

Asked them to do a simple task for a customized pamphlet I needed done for my business. The girl at the printing station had no idea how to do what I was asking and said she would get back to me when somebody who knew how to do this was working. Never got back to me. Called about a week later only to be left on hold for about an hour. Called back and same thing. Called a few days later about the same situation and the same girl picked up and even mentioned that she remembered me. Was on hold for about 10 minutes until another woman picked up and had ABSOLUTELY no idea what I was talking about and directed me to another department. Terrible service and the printing department has no idea what they are doing.

Incompetent staff. Printers never work. Massive lines. Save your time do not go here. Every time I want to print something I get impatient and leave. 1 hour waits and the service is awful. They try to charge you for errors on their end for printing single sided when I requested double sided.

Katie, who is the Assistant Manager is awesome and goes above and beyond for her customers, only reason Ill ever come back to this location.

I went in one day to have photos printed at the copy and print desk, they had a very nice employee named Christian. He helped me with my copies and even helped me sharpen the image before printing.

If i could give it no star, I would. I have been going to this store for years and Ive never been pleased with the service. However, this experience was the last one Ill ever take from them. I approached the copy center, wasnt asked if I needed anything. As I stood there and patiently wait to be approached, a young Caucasian lady approached the desk and was asked if she needed anything immediately. I was furious and said hello I was here first. He then motioned that he would come to me next. Throughout the whole time, he assisted the young lady and was done for me. Adam, was very rude when he approached me. He just dropped my papers on the desk. I absolutely hated the way I was treated but remained clam and nice. Adam needs to be fired, he lacks major professionalism. Just go to a different Office Depot store for your services.

Very busy today, out of paper towels..and The Good Science & Math Caculators for 7th grade and up. A plethora of great priced school supplies, back backs and shoulder binders,&Rolling packs.Assosiates are polite and helpful.

The print and copy service is a mess!!! I stood in line for over 30 minutes just to drop off Shredding at this location. I got to the front of the line, stood there for an additional15 minutes and continued to wait. Then they began taking people who had checked in.When I stated I had been in line for close to 30 minutes, it was suggested that I may want to sign in so that I could be helped. NOWHERE does it say you MUST sign in to be helped. Only that you can sign in, continue to shop, and not lose your place in line. AVOID this Office Depot. Not organized and HORRIBLE customer service.

This is legitimately the worst operated store Ive ever been in in Palm Beach County and that says a lot. you can rarely ever find someone to help you and they will be extremely rude and condescending when you finally do. This is the third and final time I will set foot here... wow. Just unbelievable people can actually behave like that and have a place of employment.

Had a terrible experience. Went there just needing some phone headphones. The first lady, though very nice, couldnt locate them and told me they were out of stock. After finding them in the Next row I asked another employee for assistance in unlocking them for purchase. She told me, I dont have anyone who can help you to which I replied, ok well I can go somewhere else. She replied ok in an almost victorious tone, like she was happy she didnt have to deal with me anymore. As I walked out she said everyone needs help. I will never buy anything from Office Depot ever again. This was unacceptable disrespect and lack of professionalism over the simple act of unlocking a shelf item. For the record, everyone else besides this person at least had an essence of courtesy and professionalism.

I set up an interview with Katie and when I got there, she wasnt here and I had to do my interview with someone else. When I called back, Mark answered me aggressively and told me that he heard I didnt show up. Ive applied here many times but still didnt get the job. I even went to the job fair. (What a waste of my precious time) SMH I called Katie (the manager) back and asked her about the status of my interview since the job fair and she was like shell call me back and later in that day she sent me an email saying that the position I applied for wasnt currently open but when I asked her in the store she told me it was available. Overall, the experience was horrible. I dont ever wanna go there ever again.

Rude guy at service desk. He gets angry and is short tempered with customers. This is the 4th visit that I have seen this.

While in office depot I wanted my ticket laminated. And they did so, but they ended up burning the front side of the sport ticket with the machine that laminated it. The store manager did not even care to pay for the price of the ticket. Very un professional if you ask me, and on top of that the ticket itself is worth a substantial amount.

Print was finished in 20 mins. Not bad.
