From the second I walked into the store, I was greeted by the most friendly soul, Rick who was very helpful in pointing me in the direction of TSA Precheck service. Christina at TSA was very friendly and helpful, process completed without any issues. I then made a purchase and again Rick assisted me. Couldnt have asked for a better way to start my Tuesday :)

Helpful Copy&Print Center staff helped printing good business cards

My experience was with the print shop in this store. I went there on a Friday afternoon and spoke with a very pleasant young woman who seemed to really know what she was talking about. She offered to have my business card laser scanned so that the design would come out perfect. This was promised to me by the very next day in the form of an email so that I could approve the design and have the cards the same day. Saturday came and went with no Email and no phone call. I phoned the store the next day and questioned the progress on my order. The young woman I spoke to was curt to say the least but promised that she would check on the progress and call me back within the hour. That call never came. On Monday, I phoned the store again. I spoke to a woman who told me that the outside source they use to laser scan the logo is closed over the weekend so there was no way I was getting the cards when promised. She said they usually have about a 48 hour turnaround. She said she would call them and find out when the design would be done. Finally on Tuesday afternoon after multiple phone calls to the store I received the design of the card. There were errors and adjustments that needed to be taken care of. I spoke to a manager and felt that it would probably be done right. We spoke in great detail about what needed to be done to the card and I sent him exactly how I wanted the card to look. The card was printed out and picked up that evening. It was wrong. The young lady at the counter wanted to fix the problem which she attempted to do. The 2nd printing was also wrong. I now have a 1000 cards that are completely unusable. Today, Friday, 1 week after this all started I phoned the store and left a message for the general manager, I was told he would call me back within the hour, the call never came. Bottom line, dont bother with this print shop. It is absolutely not worth the time, the effort, the aggravation, or the money.

Rick the Store manager always goes out of his way the help customers. I have been in the store many cant say enough good stuff about him. Our last visit he was multitasking we were looking to buy 2 office chairs he dropped everything to make sure he could help us find the best chairs and make sure they were assembled. Best office store manager ever

Excellent customer service! I had to return an item and didnt have my receipt. They found the receipt in their computer, but the code on the receipt didnt match the product. Instead of sending me on my way, they took the time to research it and found out is wasnt entered into the computer correctly and refunded my purchase. Thank you Staples!

Terrible costumer service. I dont care how much I have to pay I just need to tipe a letter that is all. And was impossible. If you need to do something easy and quick this is not the place.

Kevin Sanchez helped my company out with making signs for our first auction. It was last minute and we needed them ASAP. This guy was extremely helpful. What a great attitude Kevin. Such a pleasant guy to work with! 10 stars if I could!

Rick was simply amazing at the copy and print center he help me with my needs and we had great conversation! He got me in and out as quickly as I needed to be and didnt even tell him I was in a rush its like he just knew. Just a great place and I will be returning for all of my Printing and marketing needs for sure hundred percent!

DONT EVER PURCHASE THE PROTECTION PLAN (ASURION) . ITS AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD. THEY WILL NOT REPAIR , REPLACE OR EVEN ASK FOR THE PRODUCT EXCHANGE. It Is a complete nightmare. Please turn to officemax, Globalindustrial or even AMAZON which you can return your items when defective.

I was in this store, which was kind of empty, Sunday around 3:00 pm to print 3 drawings. The gentlemen behind the counter was on a at least 10 minute telephone conversation. After that he attended a customer in front of me for more than 10 minutes. A second gentlemen finally came to help. He took my USB flash drive and after about 10 minutes he realized that he doesnt know how to print the drawings. He called for help and he arrived he told that he is at lunch and it would take two hours to print the 3 drawings. For an additional $7.00 he can do it as an emergency, but he is on lunch now. Needless to say I left without the drawings and other products we wanted to buy. We have an account with you for a very long time ad you managed terminate it.

I also had a bad experience at this staples.I went in to buy a universal laptop power supply. ...as I was cashing out I noticed the unit they pointed me too was 65w and my laptop said it required 90w. I mentioned this to the clerk she said oh no this his one will work theyre all the same. But IF IT DOESNT WORK BRING IT BACK WELL GIVE YOU A REFUND......Thus begins my 45 minute return process.I bring it back to the store to the same cashier less than an hour later...she says the receipt is not coming up in the system and has to get a managerThe manager says yep....that receipt # is not coming up in our system....mind you I HAVE the receipt in my hand....the cashier tells him she remembered me...he still said your receipt # is not coming up in our system so Im going to have to check with corporate you can give me your phone number and Ill call you when I find anything out. .....I said Id rather just have my refund since I have my receipt AND the cashier remembers me.He said I have to call corporate and disappeared into the office for 25 minutes.When he came back he questions the cashier for 5 minutes about it for some reason.He grudgingly gives me my $49.00 back and basically tosses the receipt at me and says have a nice day.....But wait...theres more.Halfway to my truck I hear. Sir I need that receipt back for my paperwork...I jokingly said to bad I keeping it because you kept me here 45 minutes and were rude to me.....he takes two big steps towards me and pretty much scream it again.I threw the receipt at him and informed him that staples will never get anymore business from Palm Beach Grill Repair or any one I know.Meanwhile....you sold me the wrong part....I recited the last words the cashier said to me...IF IT DOESNT WORK YOU CAN BRING IT BACK. ....At this the mgr goes to the office for 20 minutes..

All in all good. Ive had copies and laminates done this year that turned out good.Unless you have your own template for business cards, I would get those else where.Today had to exchange thumb drives, the one I picked was plastic end male USB, I was worried it would break off in computer. They were nice and able to help even though I lost the packaging.

Terrible location, incompetently managed. They are unable to staff their store to keep appointments. They are an IdentoGo location. I made an appointment with them, drove an hour, waited around for 15 minutes before tracking down the manager just to find out they didnt have anyone to run the service, customers be damned. I would never trust this location for anything, and will never return here.

I had a very bad experience at the Staples in Boynton Beach. I needed to get paper work printed and mailed by 6:00 at night in order to pass papers on a new house. No one was able to help me with e-mailing my document to Staples so that they could print them.I ended up at a UPS store where the owner printed,notarized and mailed the documents with in an hour.I will not go to a Staples for help again.

The location is convinient but many things are overpriced. Its retail.

I went to the store because they supposedly were the only ones that had certain calendars and then I went inside there was no one to help me look for it and they were so terrible with their service I did not like it at all.
