Great community, open to beginners, instructors are experienced and willing to work with you, will demonstrate the technique as many time as needed. The gym was clean, and after class everyone wiped down the mats and mitts. During my first session multiple if the students took time out if their class to show me the technique when I was lost.

Fantastic gym. The instructors are extremely gifted, with real world experience, and great teaching talent. The other students are super friendly and helpful. Great place to start out, or fix bad habits learned from previous training. My favorite place to be.
