Great service. The associate greeted me and asked me if I needed help finding anything. He walked me to each item and helped me pick out the best products for my needs. Ive had great customer service every time Ive been to this store.

I was hoping to give it more stars, but I cant see. They literally turned the lights off while I was still waiting for them to finish my printing job. I think they pushed my project until the very last minute claiming that was the order of work. Even though I submitted my project at 10, and they guarantee same day finishing by 8:30 if you submit by 2pm. I feel sorry for anyone that submitted by 2, oh wait they probably did theirs first. They are not the only print service in town, I suggest you go somewhere else. They might treat you like a customer that helps keep the lights on. Lets just hope they didnt screw up the print.... yep. They screwed up the alignment. A complete waste.

Sold me a defective set of AirPod Pros, wouldn’t take a return because covid and now I’m fighting with Apple, who first stated that within the first 30 days they make you return to the store you purchased from, Apple sent me two mailers and now screwed up my paperwork and won’t replace the defective product. I will never give Staple another dollar.

Watch what you buy. They won’t return unopened items, even when they currently stock the exact item.

Oh my god. The salesman said the printer was easy to setup. I spent 4 hours and was unsuccessful. Of course they would not take it back due to a rigid return policy. When I brought it in the salesman was helpful but doubt I’ll ever get installed. Recommend not using a store where you buy something that clearly is dysfunctional and you can not return it. Money flushed down the drain.

Do not print here. It is very expensive, the lady did not tell me how much it was going to be untill she had already printed everything. She did not put it in the binder for me she just set it next to it for me to do. And did not help me get the text into a printable format. I had to spend about and hour doing it all myself. For $80 to print 84 single sided black and white pages the service should have been better. Almost a dollar a page is ridiculous. Printing at home is much cheaper

I shop at this Staples pretty much exclusively because theyre friendly and helpful, and because I know my way around well enough that its quick. But today I got service over and above. When I pulled in to park, I apparently caught the bumper of my car on the curb. Didnt know it until I backed out -- and tore the bumper loose. I was looking it over wondering how to fix it, when a Staples employee on his way into work stopped by to help. He managed to get things snapped back into place, and then came up with some duct tape to hold the underneath apron up until I got home. I mean, he was literally on the ground, half under my little car, fixng it. Im still in awe. Im sorry Ive forgotten his name, but thank you so much!!

The Ops manager, Adelle and Kirk in the print shop provided above and beyond customer service helping us with a funeral program that was needed on short notice. Despite being very busy, they took much extra time in printing proofs multiple times for us. Excellent customer service!!!!

The location is convenient. Prices are high, and when ever I have gone into the place, help is hard to come by. Checkout can be fast, but there is not a lot of smiles behind the counter. If I need something and I do not want to drive further for just one item, I will buy from them. But thats about it.

Everytime I have visited this store they have been amazing to me. I dont think their prices are really that high? They have some amazing specials if you keep an eye out for them. The team is friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks.

Call ahead to pick up an online order. The employees are great, but corporate mandates they keep all orders at the back of the store locked up, whereas any other big box store in town has a box up front.So if you arrive unannounced youll have to sit and wait a good 5-10 minutes to get your order, which defeats the purpose of ordering online. Be sure to bring your printout, ID, and add your alternate pick up EACH TIME YOU ORDER if youre not the one picking up.

Excellent and helpful service until you come to checkout. When purchasing a computer we declined the extended warranty. Im sure the warranty is fine and helpful for some however, we did not want to purchase it. Had call a manager for an override where he came and tried everything he could to get us to buy that warranty. Next time we will be purchasing our computers from costco.

Tech/Tyler helped us select a replacement CPU. Due to his clarifying questions he confirmed the best unit for our needs. He was patient, thorough and a pleasure to work with.

I wish there was a zeroI purchased an expensive printer. It died after only about 3 weeks. I went to return it with receipt and they refused. Electronics can only be returned within 14 days and that is if it is unopened. In other words, they do not stand behind what they sell at all. I explained it was defective and that I live 2 hours away so it was not possible to do that within their window. The manager on duty smugly told me that it was my own fault for not purchasing the extended warranty. There is a reason Amazon is gaining market share and this is why.

There was woman I asked help from was amazing and helpful, but then came checking out. The man, Stefano, was simply a rude person. He was pleasant at first, mind you, to me who went up first. Then he saw my husband who is dark skinned and immediately went through our childrens folders. When he first started to ring up, he ran them through without looking. Until my husband came up, then he back tracked and checked them to make sure we werent stealing. We are both professionals, both with good jobs and college degrees, we dont steal and we wont be coming back.

The employee was very helpful when we needed to find supplies.
