I love this location so much! The staff is so helpful! A wonderful lady in the print department always helps with my very specific copy and print needs. she is so patient with me.Also came to pick up some prints curbside and called them to see if i could pay for a drink while i wait for the prints to finish! They did! so nice and flexible! and always great products!

This morning 09/10/2021 it was pouring raining when your store opened. I waited outside prior to your open so that I could get Curbside Assistance solely due to physical disabilities.With the rain I was scared of falling especially with my unstable walking. Right at 8:00Am there was a Upbeat gentleman who appeared to be opening the store. He opened all the doors and proceeded to greet and acknowledge me with eye contact. Very nice because with the rain and bum rush most average employees tend to dodge and run but you didn’t. At 8:00Am the store opened and I put In my request for pickup. At 8:01Am this employee came to my car with my item and provided great customer service with hard rain!!Verification process and extremely friendly. Awesome job to the key holder on 09/10/2021. Stellar!!

Just have the most satisfying experience in customer service at office depot store in Brandon, FL. So thankful to Ashley, and Tiffany. They were right on top of their customer service skills, first I did feel very much welcome to have a conversation with both ladies. Second they listen, and pay attention to my need that brought me to the store, and the help to get my paperwork work finished was a perfect 100%. Terrible customer service, they said cant help me have to be online...After a little back and foward theyre said it will cost me 25.00 I ask for the price on the service and the print out said It cost 19.99 the service. So they tried to avoid me not helping me and then they tried to steal a couple dollars.... Dont go there...

Went to Office Depot for some laminated paper. The wait was short as they were well staffed. Great place to go when you need supplies. :)

Great staff and very attentive to customers needs.

Waited 20 minutes for assistance and no one came to help. Even asked the people behind the register to radio someone. Their ink section for printers was a mess and not organized. I highly recommend trying Staples or Best Buy before heading to Office Depot as a last resort.

I recommend you see Steve for all your print jobs. He completed my large print job quickly, effectively, efficiently, and pleasantly. He was extremely professional . I had a large print job with a required quick turnaround. I worked with Steve, the print manager. He has a lot of experience in printing and duplicating, and it showed! He provided me options, and suggestions to make the print job better. The job was done perfectly. I would absolutely recommend Office Depot printing services to everyone. Their customer service is exemplary.

Absolute worst experience Ive encountered in a retail business. In Oct 2019 I purchased over 3k in computers for my new business I was opening. Since then, Ive returned to the location 9 times bringing both desktops back with issues, being patient and understanding each time. Every time Ive left the store, I was told my computers were fixed. In every case, they were not.Last week I brought them in to get a screen replaced and was told it would take 30 minutes, 1.5 hrs later, still waiting I was told that when they opened the shipped box with the new screen it was cracked (why wasnt the box opened before I made the 45 min drive to the store). When I asked to take the computer back with me to work, not fixed, I was told I couldnt leave with it until it was repaired. Ive called 3 times in the last 5 days asking for the Manger to call me back, I then emailed the Manager, no response still. When I called again today I was told that the person fixing my computer is on vacation and the new screen hasnt arrived yet. So Im down to one still broken computer at my business.

I ordered an office chair which I was told would be ready to picked 2 days time. Late afternoon on the second day, I did not receive any call so I called and waited more than 43 minutes and NO ONE picked up my called but rather was hung on.As I am writing this review, I am still on a third call attempt.This is horrible and horrible. Why have a contact phone for customers to call when you well know that nobody is going to answer the call?This is a terrible terrible customer service strategy. I will go in the store tomorrow if they présent me with any excuse, I will just cancel the order altogether.Extremely frustrating this poor customer service

I was told yesterday that I would be working from home today and had never purchased office equipment from Office Depot before. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and upbeat! He met every requirement I needed for my ergonomic chair and stayed within my budget with an amazing price point. He helped me with a stand for my monitors and decreased the stress I was already feeling! I need 30 more like him at my job, thanks to him I will be referring all 20 of my coworkers to this location who were also volun-told. Office Depot you nkw have my business for years to come!!

Unscrupulous tech support. Cracked my tablet screen then claimed it was cracked when they received it though the tech opened, ran 20 min diagnostic, gave estimate and pick up date. Wanted to get Windows update. Never mentioned cracked screen or even mentioned repair of it when I brought it in. Only when I got home did I notice the crack. Wouldnt recommend these rip off artists for anything. Deal with at your own risk.

Steve was great! I was in on Thursday to post my important documents which were handled terribly by previous staff on Thursday. that day as both them were back and forth with helping me and other customers so i guess they got confused . My documents were incorrectly sent to myself again the next day and not address i wanted.. So i was very upset and returned today sat 2nd may 9am to inquire why. Steve with very proffessional and courteous manner found out why this happened and got my documents sent off quickly and answered all my queries and concerns.

Robert Love is top notch at Office Depot! We had an issue with our paper delivery because of our open hours time and Robert personally took care of our delivery so that we would have the supplies we needed! Thank you Robert for excellent customer service. We appreciate you! 😀

I was there to fax a letter, but only had cash, I told one of the employee to help because the machine only took credit card. He said Ill be over there to help, left me waiting for 20 minutes and kept attending other customers, very rude, unprofessional customer service. I rather go to STAPLES .

Amazing customer service! As a business owner of a small store I value my limited time when shopping. I came in to the store looking for a binder with dividers. Something, as simple as a binder introduced me to the amazing customer service received from Robert Love the business mgr. He took the time to show me all the binders and they didnt have the color I needed. So, Robert told me not to worry that he would find it for me. To my surprise the NEXT day he called and he had it. When I asked him how did he get it so soon he told me he drove to the Pasco store and picked it up for me! Now, that is incredible service. Robert you have a new loyal customer that will always come to you first. A big store like this with a personal relationship were u know who to call when you need something for a business is essential and makes a community! thank u

I really like this Office Depot. There arent many office supply/stationary/card shop, book store type places I dont like but this a bit different.Not as mega-endless as many office suppliers seem to be, its bright and easy to maneuver. The signage is vivid and well placed. I found what I was looking for and what I wanted to look at next.I came in to use their print and mail service originally. Staff was quick, professional and not at all corporate robot.I ended up ordering business cards, bought a cart full of binders and more I had been putting off taking care of.The prices and selection are competitive, the vibe is high tech/low key.

Ric over in the Copy Center was wonderful! I had over 3,600 sheets that needed to be printed for work purposes. I expected that I would have to pick up my order in a business day or two. NOPE! He was a champ when he told me he will do it ALL today! Thank you so much for being patient. Sally, is very kind too. Thank you for ALL that you do.

Okay so I previously signed up my email address with a business when I was doing RL Productions flyers. Why did my bill just go from $44 to $28 at Office Depot? So love it! They just pulled it up with my cell phone number that I had on the account. Got major love for the discounts appearing when Im not looking for them!

I recently purchases a Landon desk here. I had incredible custermer service however Im missing a few pieces of the desk. I still maneged to put it all together however the Landon desk with hutch never came with 2 sets of numbers 19 and 20 for both filing draw on the right hand side.

I actually bought the wrong ink item and they replaced it. No problem. Everyone was friendly.

The employees and management were attentive to me and asked a couple times if they could help. And they did. Great experience!

Awful service. My husband needed to print a form off of his phone. The employee Steve pointed him in the direction of the printer and told him to follow the directions. He saw my husband struggling and never bothered coming to help. When my husband went to the counter to ask him for help he asked my husband what kind of phone he had. Isnt that a question he should have asked before dismissing my husband to the printers??? I had to leave the store so as not to cause a scene but my husband, being a patient man, stood behind to figure it out. Next time we go to Staples!!!!

Prices are insane here. I bought a binder here for $11 and that was the cheapest 3 in binder they had and that I needed. I could have easily bought that from target for half the price but Office Depot was the closest place to me. A pack of pens $10 and I went to another store with the exact same pens and number count for literally half the price. This place rips people off. Not only do they do that, but customer service is awful. I asked where the agendas were and the guy said On the other side of the store. Not pleased with this place at all. Living in Brandon Florida my entire life, I will never be going there again.

What a terrible experience doing my school supply shopping. The staff seemed bothered the couple times I asked for help finding things on my list. Then at the register Im told the composition books i need are limited to 3, well I needed 10 as per the list supplied by the school. I offered to pay the full price in order to get the ten. They were on sale for 1 cent but i was willing to pay the full price of a dollar just to get my shopping over. They would not do it. They had a full pallet of these books, well over a thousand. I spent almost 200 dollars on school supplies here and now have to hit other stores to finish my list. Thanks for nothing office depot.

I care here one day after work just to get a notebook and paper for school, I was in the store for about 10 minutes and the same guy kept following me around asking me if I need help about 5 times. I was browsing so he followed me from the front of the store to the back and than back to the front. He also ended up checking me out. Mind you this was after work I was wearing heals so I couldn’t try to drill anything if I wanted to. I’ve never been in this store before but I immediately felt racially profiled and will not return.

Had my toners in Stock and the print center took care of my printing while I shopped. It was nice being able to get to know the print manager as he made sure I had all my printing complete

Just had an office depot manager at this location tell me that it was law that she could not give me cash for my return of an unopened item and purchased 14 days ago with my debit card. I called her on that immediately because that is 100% false- and proceeded to read her the receipt terms and conditions. She called up another manager who also gave me a hard time by telling me that he didnt have the $160 cash to give me for the return. Before I could read him the terms and conditions on the receipt which also included the words 100% satisfaction guarantee he said he had to go check the safe to see if he could find the money. Needless to say he came out with the cash. Terrible to put a customer in that position AND LIE TO THEM DIRECTLY! Awful really that manager should be fired for lying to a customer.

When you go to this Office Depot you better know what your looking for and where to find it. My 10yr. Old daughter asked the assistant manager to help her find a folder and he said its in that area over there and sent her to find it on her own when she came back empty handed then I had to help her myself. When my husband confronted him he said thats not what he said he said he told her right where to find the folder she was looking for and told her it was on that back wall. He is not a very good manager. Not helping a 10yr old little girl and then basically calling her a liar. We spend a lot of money in this store and this is how we are treated. Shameful

Sent an employee down to pick up time cards, next thing I know she is calling me to ask ME where they were in the store..... Of course I said ask an employee she in turn said she did and that he looked at her and kept walking. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. No problem Staples is just a few blocks down the road.

Especially with the remodel, they have a lot of services and great Customer Service to help you. I think their prices on office supplies are inflated. Yet, last time I was there an employee offered to price ck Walmart when I mentioned how much lower Walmart was. Well he and cashier with management approval gave me the price match plus one of those was a BOGO. Happy that trip.

Bought a simple office desk from the Basyx Collection. They dont carry anything in house so the desk had to be delivered and they wouldnt permit it being delivered to the store so I wouldnt have to give up a days work waiting. Day of delivery got a call that the order would be delivered two days later because a driver had a family emergency; understandable. Turns out they just meant half the order because the desk legs showed up anyways; luckily I was still home. On the second delivery date for the desk top I waited and waited finally calling customer service around 2:30. They told me the top was only just received yesterday which meant the family emergency on the original delivery date was a lie. The customer service rep said he would make sure it was received today but when I called back again around 6 they told me it wasnt going to be delivered until Monday. They now expect me to give up three days of work waiting because they wont deliver it to the store where I can pick it up without wasting time.

I set up an online order for printing. The website was easy to use, but their delivery on product and service was horrible. It was not ready as promised and they lost 2/3 of my order. I was late on my delivery because they could not deliver.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had with office depot, or any print shop for that matter. I dread the fact that my company has a corperate account with them, I now just use the location in Tampa after three seperate terrible experiences. I placed an order for two posters on monday, the typical turn around time on posters Ive order in the past at other locations (st pete, tampa) takes 1-2 days. So I called ahead on weds, and they told me that they has started my posters would be done weds night. I showed up weds night and was told that the images I sent werent usable and had to be sent in a different format and that they didnt know why someone said that they could use them or that they would be ready or usable. So I said ok resent them in a the required format and they said it would be ready for me the next day as I needed them for a weekend event. The next day I called up there and was told my posters would be ready at 2 pm that evening I showed up and they werent even started yet! At this point I was gettting frustrated. I was then told they would start on them immediatly and they would be ready in a few hours. Well guess what a few hours went by I came back and was told that they had lost the original email and didnt have the order -_- so I showed them the copy of the email I sent to them asked why they didnt reach out to me and have me resend instead of making an additional trip to the store to only find out they still werent ready, then heres the kicker after 4 days I was told they werent able to print a poster the size that I needed anyways and I would need to go somewhere else if i wanted a poster that size......uhhhhh dont you think thats something you should have lead with? After freaking out for about five minutes I called the tampa branch, they printed the poster same day and they were right i could not get the size I needed it was a 1/2 inch small and I told them it wasnt a big deal.follow up second experince I called ahead to see if I could get a same day small print/laminate job done same day then I was placed on hold for 14 mins ( It was timed on the phone log) while I was being transfered to the department then was told to call back laterthird time I sent in an email for a print job, went to pick it up wasnt done, again wehn I got there and thats when I gave up on them and went back to the tampa location and got it done same day again.

Printing department lacks any sense of customer service. If you try to call the store they let the phone ring and ring and never answer. Then when you go in the printing department, the staff seems like they want to be anywhere but at work. They also are never in any hurry to help the next customer. I will be driving out of my way to go to another location.
