Came in to print some menus. They said sorry we cannot do it, said there is lack of resources etc etc, and we said okay and went our way, not talking about the bad customer service. However, went to office depot down the road and got exactly what I wanted. Should’ve skipped right past this place.

A little frustrated tonight with this location. We arrived right at 8:30. Knowing they closed at 9, and being in hospitality, we didnt want to keep them from having to stay late on our account. We walked right to the laptops, which is what we were needing. Quickly found one we liked, but it wasnt on. I picked it up to try and see where the power button was and the alarm system went off. About a minute later two employees walk up from the back. Without saying a word to us standing beside them, they got to the alarm inside the counter and turned it off, and simply walked off. Now I understand not talking at first. The alarm was very loud. However, after they turned it off they never asked if they could help in any way. We had to go up front and yell across the shelving to the guy at the register if we could purchase it. He called on the radio, one of the two who came to turn the alarm off comes up, says he thinks theyre out, and goes to check. Comes back. Says they are out, and walks off. I will not be returning to this store. Besides having a really weird smell, the store was clean and the gentleman at the front welcomed us when we came in.

Needed help making business cards and Laura was working in the copy& print center. She went way above and beyond for me and made it such a joyful experience for me!!! Laura is the kind of person that companies pray to get because I would send anyone I know specifically to her and I’ll go see her anytime I need business cards or print for work! STAPLES better be paying her good! Thanks Laura

I work with a company that has a large corporate account with Staples. We went to this location to have a fairly simple and inexpensive Copy job completed for a project. A task that we complete at Staples all over the country with no issue whatsoever. However, we were instructed by the manager at this location that they couldnt make a simple color copy of a blueprint we brought in. He claimed some issue with it causing damage to his printer. When we showed him the receipt from the Staples only 30 min away that completed the same task for $12, he argued that they could only use heavier stock, which changed the price to $64! We decided to go to Office Depot just down the road and James at their Copy Center was fantastic! Completed the job quickly and with no issue, only charging us the $12 it should have.What we did not tell the Staples Manager was that several of us have also been Staples Store Managers in our past careers, and he was making up excuses to raise the price in our opinion. Terrible service.

Great experience! I needed Polaroid instant camera film. I was surprised that they had something like this. But they had a huge selection of instant cameras and films in stock! Fujifilm Instax, Polaroid, and others. I got what I needed, and I was very happy. Other stores did not have film in stock (although their websites said they did). But Staples did have it. And Staples delivered. Not to mention that they were open on January 1.Thank you, Staples!

Been here only a few times and I usually find what I need pretty quickly.

Came in to purchase a chair - when I finally flagged down someone who worked there I specifically asked for a chair with no arms. I was walked over to chairs with arms and the person helping me insisted this chair was the one I wanted even though I specifically said no arms. After finally finding the actual chair I was inquiring about, he informs me they don’t have it in stock even though the website said they have two. Didn’t bother looking it up even though 2 minutes ago he couldn’t differentiate between arms and no arms. I even showed him a picture, too. He then says I could buy the floor model which was stained and looked worn - for the sale price but if I wanted one in a box (which remember he claims they don’t have) for $20 more. Even though I could buy one for the sale price on the website and that is new and comes in the box. Huh??? Needless to say, I won’t return to this store again. Bought the chair elsewhere with much less hassle. Clearly in looking at other reviews there is a customer service issue at this store. Wish I had read those before I sat in 20 minutes of traffic to drive over there!

This store has alread had friendly associates and good customer service.Today though, Brenda in the print/copy department was absolutely phenomenal! She went above and beyond for me! She printed something for me that I had forgotten. She was super courteous about it. She was multitasking with other customers. Very friendly with everyone !Then as I was waiting, I started to stuff my envelopes with the cards they printed for me. She saw I was struggling as they barely fit in the envelope. She came over and asked if she could trim them down for me just a little so they would fit easier for me!THAT (on top of everything else she was already doing for me) is how you go above and beyond with customer service!She was fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

They have maybe a tenth of the products shown on staples.com, the workers are constantly morose and never smile, no matter the time of day. Good luck trying to get even one color page printed, they will tell you it will have to wait an hour if you are lucky (again to print ONE page in color). Save yourself the effort and go to the Office Depot down the street.

Went here to have a few papers printed out, they are open during Covid-19 and to print cost 15 cent per paper! Great deal and fast service!

Staples is the supreme business depot! There is nothing I have needed for my home office needs this location did not have. The quality of service is supreme to the products they provide. Very nice location full of smiles and expertise in product selection.

Placed a order online to pickup in the store. Ordered 2 items to get over the free shipping threshold. Still didnt get the free shipping. I needed it anyway so I ordered it. Not the stores fault. But what was is the stores fault is that my order came separately. Someone inadvertently reported that both the orders had arrived at the store, but the order came in separately. Then someone at the store showed that I pickup up both. So I had to track the package and call the store. Of course they dont have a record of it because its showing you picked it up already. When this happens you a completely on your own. Fortunately I kept the tracking number so I could see that it arrived at the store. Still trouble getting my other order. Also both orders arrived with the packages smashed like something heavy was sat on it, the products worked. This may be on the shipping company. I live a kind of far away from the store, so wasted time. Would have been so bad if they had acknowledge they made a mistake, but they acted like its no big deal.

I can always look forward to great customer service. Curt is usually the person who helps us, so its nice to have a familiar face when shopping for our office needs.

Cant get anyone to answer the phone. Tried several different departments and the machine claims that the store cant take any calls. Bad way to do business. Guess well use FedEx instead.

Large store. Variety of office, school, cleaning, home, banner supplies, etc... staff was helpful, though I feel they could have a few more people there to help out. Has a UPS drop off location but be aware its drop off only; meaning what your shipping must already be labeled because they cannot print it out.

They have everything if not you can order online free express shipping . The sale person 1897950 is very knowledgeable and courteous. He is a great salesman.

Customer service is the worst l have ever experienced. Looking at several reviews, it’s seems this Staples location has an issue with its staff. I won’t go into details but l did sent a complaint to Cooperate, hope they will do something about it.

Printing dept sux. Thrs never enough help for the amount of services needed and you end up standing around for 10 mins waiting for 1 of the 2 ppl working in that section.

Im giving 3 stars because the self service printer wasnt printing my documents correctly. I kept reviewing duplicates of 1 attachment instead of my 5 separate attachments. The email option also would not let me edit the email body being sent. I was upset and your csa helped me out. If I was Completely dependent on the self service machine I wouldve been late to work. It took 3 minutes to print one document. The concept sounds great but the speed of the machine needs to be faster and the accuracy of prints needs to be more precise.

The associates are always friendly, helpfuland well informed.

Don’t waste your time trying to get anything printed here. The staff don’t know what they’re doing, it takes forever and the result isn’t what you asked for.

The store is understaffed and horribly managed. I needed to buy a single pack of pens for the office and here I am standing seventh in line with one cashier going. I look to tech and theyre busy with one person and the poor sod working on the floor cant sit still for the flood of customers that need help. The store, and the company as a whole, needs to understand that having one person on each floor is about as smart as driving while texting.

I went to make copies in their copy center. The lady asked if I was here to pick up on said no and continued to wait as she worked with a customer. She later asked me if I was dropping off an order and moaned under her breath and continued to look annoyed. I was not rushing or annoying her. She then gave me an email to submit with no time frame or anything. Being understaffed is understandable, but lack of information and being annoyed with customers is not acceptable.

Worst service I have ever had! Do not use the Copy and Print in this store. I went to pick an online print order that was printed incorrectly and I had to go back to get a new printing. I asked the manager how to keep from this happening again and he told me to put Actual Size in the Special Instructions section. I did that for my last order but they still printed the order wrong. I called the store to find out how to correct the order and the Copy and Print Associate said she would transfer me to he boss. I waited for 15 minutes on hold and called Copy and Print again and was on hold for 5 minutes before I decided I would go back and get my order reprinted and never, I repeat never set foot in this store again. You have been warned dont waste your time with this Copy and Print ship of fools.

As always everything in this store is overpriced as far as the office goes. The only thing reasonable is the copy machine prices. The service and staff are always great I have to say.

Dont expect any assistance. We went to purchase an office chair and floor mat, and we were met with attitude when we asked for help. Decided to take our $300 purchase elsewhere.

Warning: Do not use the print and copy center unless you want to have a bad day. I politely sent one of my staff members to staples to make prints.. Shes a nice young lady and the two staff members that were there made her wait literally 50 minutes for absolutely no reason and they kept telling her to hold on just a second even though she was the only one in the store. Finally when they decided to take her request they lied to her and told her that they dont do prints on color paper, which they do because Ive been getting them done there for the past 5 years. They are bullies and overall bad human beings. Dont let your negative emotions carry into your work ethic or you dont deserve a job. These two female staff members were on the clock at 2pm and todays date is April 7th 2016. Staples is going to continue to lose business from consumers and businesses like us if this arrogance isnt fixed.Update: my staff member called me and said they intentionally sent her to a self printer that has no ink and went on lunch break. Now our operations are running behind.

This business apparently doesnt value hiring people that understand that the customers are human beings. Ive been her several times and the staff members especially the girls always literally ruin peoples day. Its fine though because theres no need to go to staples in 2016 except for prints. everyone knows that in store electronics are alllways overpriced. Whats the incentive to come to staples and not just buy from amazon?? So if the only redeeming quality is the print section and the print section is bad because of the staff members, then what value do you have for us as customers, staples?? This is why big businesses often close down.

Wouldnt except my car after trying multiple times, tried with Google Pay, still didnt go thru, went to the Starbucks near by used the card it went thru, came back tried a smaller purchase, that went thru, but tried to buy the chair, still not going thru and the manager said my bank might have a spending limit, called the bank, said there isnt a spending limit, not mad at the employees of the store just that there wasnt a way to resolve this issue when it obviously the stores issue

Employees are worthless, they are very quick at getting rid of you. Useless place overall.

Understaffed, lack of project knowledge, slow checkout registers. I wouldnt shop here again. They just lost $300 to $500 worth of sales on a network switch, a SSD, a power cord and a UPS/Battery Backup.

Went in for rubber bands, they had a skimpy selection.

I had a book that frequently use unbounded there and they cut it unevenly. When asked about it, the lady at the printing area said it was a problem with the machine and immediately called the manger. As I was explaining the situation to the manager, the lady had the audacity to give me attitude! The manager said nothing other than tell her hell handle it. Handle what ?? I merely told him the situation, told him my book is already ruined and nothing else could be done about it and walked away. The customer care at the store was infuriating! And the fact that she talked to me like that in front of the manager and the manager allowing it baffles me. Smh.
