This course was very helpful, insightful, and practical per the current CoVid precautions. Derik Pomaville was a great instructor for me. The online practice study material/tests needs to be reviewed by an English professional as there is plenty of errors in the grammar used that affects proper understanding/conveyance of thought needed to answer questions given for tests or scenarios leading to test questions and the likes. Overall aside from the grammatical issues I believe my time and effort have been well spent with ATI. The office staff has overall been encouraging as well as eager to assist in my success by being ready to answer questions/concerns. ATI has provided many tools and resources to make success a reality. Ill be posting another review as soon as my parallels and state licensing in Az is complete.

Great training from my instructor , his knowledge was well appreciated. The outline of the course is instructor led, however its chapters of material that needs to be read and used daily . The interaction among the students that had experience in construction, made it easy for the entire class to prepare for the challenging career field.

ATI has been a tremendous resource. I have been in the home inspection business for three years and needed to take the course for a future state requirement. I have gained a ton of information. Derik has really provided an excellent example of step by step tried and true processes in the class and the feild. His thorough and thoughtful approach has been really helpful as well as answer any and all questions. Im looking forward to using their study resources and passing the national exam and state exam with flying colors. Thanks again to Katie and Scott for making this an excellent program!

The instructor was very knowledgeable, drawing from many years of home inspection experience. Washington has a more rigorous requirement for their classes and ATI uses that time wisely to make sure each student has what they need. I chose ATI because of how well they were favored above their competition. This is a good investment and will pay for itself before you know it.

Halfway through the course and learning a lot. Very educational, and well put together. Derik is a wealth of knowledge!

My instructor Derik, was fantastic! However, the resources ATI provided were nothing but problems. Their final exam had spelling errors riddled throughout it. Access to the book was all online and their website would restrict access from time to time making it impossible to study from their course. The exam prep guide they gave me was tough to learn from as they had an outline of what to study, but didnt include the study material (that was in you online book that wouldnt open occasionally). Granted, I took this course online due to Covid, I felt like they didnt have the course organized well. Pay attention to your instructor, because that is the best resource offered.
