Store was clean. Staff were pleasant. It was 50% off of all red tag items. I think in the hour I was there looking around I only saw two red tags. Prices are a little high but it is all for a very good cause. Thank you.

I like Goodwill, and I understand the staff has to be paid, but with thousand of items being donated everyday, why are your prices so dang high. Everything you get is a profit. And I am sure trash stuff is rare, since you have guide lines as to what you can donate.

I arrived at 1:35pm to a line and a closed donation area. I was told they would reopen after lunch at 1:30pm. They finally reopened at 1:47pm with about 10 cars in line. I understand its volunteering but almost 20 minutes for a company that sells what they get from us for free is ridiculous.

I used to love this place, but it has really gone downhill in the past few years. Its not necessarily this particular Goodwill, its just the company in general. Theyre pricing everything too high these days, high enough that its not even worth it anymore to go hunting for treasures except on Mondays; even then, theyve raised it from $1.79 to $1.99 for that weeks chosen color tags. Overall, Im disappointed every time I go. Sucks.

They keep upping the price tags on these Used items and the prices Im talking about are on things that should be half if not less than what theyve marked it for. Its a Goodwill for Goodness sake! And the colored tag sales the have, should definitely be more than once a week or whatever it is now and days, it should be one like every other day at least! Especially with how High they price the items Now! OH I almost forgot.... Next time you feel the need to Follow a Paying Regular throughout the store, I will drop all my items I want to purchase, and Never bring MYSELF or ANY of my peoples back too this specific location for shopping or donations and I will kindly ask yall ONCE politely quite following and most likely profiling me. Hi you wonderful people in Brem. WAHope. You had a good time at the goodwill storeI just wanted to say something that you might not agree with but. I think the prices are much to high. Especially when everything is donated to you! I can say the people. Who work there are very nice and hard working and helpful so you see I cant give you a 5 star rateRating🙁

They have a lot of choices to pick from. But I think they charge a bit to much for most of it. Considering most of what they get is donated to them for free. I dont go there very often for that fact alone. But I will go there every once in a great while just to check out what they have. And I usually spend way to much on what I take home. But its cool of you dont mind paying a little extra for preowned items that have already been well used. Just try not to remember everything in there was donated to their store at no cost to them. Or that they are making so much money off of items that were intended to go to people that dont have much money. Which most people that dont have much money cant even afford to go there because its to expensive. And also that this company is basically making 100% profit for nothing more than selling other peoples generosity and good intentions. I digress.

This is the cleanest most well organized Goodwill I’ve ever been to. So easy to shop at and just impressive in terms of organization. All the other Goodwills I’ve been to you have to dig and dig at this one it’s all laid out beautifully

Nice clean store, but I have a few things that I would like to mention.1. PLEASE STOP WRAPPING YOUR FABRIC IN TAPE!!!I bought fabric from the store, which I was kinda on the fence about, but I thought I should give it a shot. I found the exact fabric I needed, they had a pretty large selection, so that was great! I spent around $20 on about 6 yards, which I thought was a bit too expensive (being that it is a second hand store and they get stuff for free), but it would have been nearly double if I got the fabric brand new, so not complaining too much there. Plus it didn’t smell like smoke! :) This is where stuff goes south... I arrive home and unravel the fabric. They had the fabric wrapped in heavy duty packing tape, which was ok to take off, but I noticed that it left a white, sticky residue on my fabric (that was very obvious from a distance and caught all sorts of different fuzzes) Now I have this white stripe going all the way down the center of my fabric. I washed it a few times in the wash on normal and it didn’t come off, unfortunately. Right now I am having to pain stakingly take it off of the fabric, one almost microscopic piece at a time, which has taken me about an hour or so. So I would like to say STOP WRAPPING YOUR FABRIC WITH TAPE!!! Please. Choose rubber bands or something of the sort. Once they stop doing that I will happily buy more fabric from them again.2. Lower the prices.I was looking through the clothes and movies. I saw a pair of pants labeled $15, which I personally feel like that is too much to spend for a second hand pair of pants. Also the cds/dvds are about $3 each. I also feel like that is a bit much, I don’t think one store can just change the prices, so this one really just goes out to the company itself.

The staff here are always super nice to me. The store itself is quite large, so theres a fairly good collection of items to go through. The prices are a bit higher than other thrift stores, but I think it must be to support their training programs. The drive-thru donation center is at the back of the building, and the staff there are also very nice and super helpful.

This location isnt very good. I came in today and the staff didnt even try to be friendly or helpful. One gal with short gray hair was stocking and just rolled her eyes when she saw me.Store selection is ok. Ive found some great deals here, but here are much better options like St. Vincents or the Goodwill in Silverdale.Its good if you want work clothes or just to spend time looking for deals that appear every now and then.

No one said anything to me three of them where having so much fun at the cashiers station ignoring all of us.Was not a good visit and I will travel to Port Orchard instead!

Organized and clean. Good selection on womens and baby items. Not so great selection on youth boys clothing.

I feel the prices here are a bit too high. Especially if I can go to Ross or Marshalls and get NEW never worn clothes for the same price.

I had to return an item and they were very helpful. Whether Im dropping stuff off or getting something new I always enjoy my visit.

Store is clean but the donation center is unreliable. They cherry pick what they want to take, if the donation center is actually open. Went at 10:30a on a Tuesday morning and they are not accepting donations.

The card readers were down so therefore could not make any purchase.

It is an OK store. I feel a little uncomfortable shopping there. Nothing wrong it is just the way I felt.

Low prices. If u look hard you might find a good value. The store was busy, the aisles are pretty narrow. The merchandise looks cluttered. The place seemed like disorganized chaos. If your looking for one of those As seen on T.V. shake weights, they have one here for $6.99! (pictured below)

I actually really liked this place but the last time I was there the cashier purposely damaged a rare book I politely asked her to be careful with. I reported this to the the manager and the cashier unprofessionally tried to interject calling me a liar.

Its a good place but this time the fitting rooms were closed so I couldnt try anything on. And they tell me now that theyre not taking returns. Which pisses me off now I have 3 pairs of Jeans that dont fit me right.

Over priced for free broken stuff. I also have bought two hair straighteners from there at two different times and both times I got shocked when using them. and when I went to return them the supervisor was mad. Someone is going to get hurt real bad from them selling things like this.

The drop off site apparently takes a lunch break from 1-1:30pm instead of rotating shifts like any other business would. Just a heads up before you drive to this location and sit in line for 20 minutes just to be sent away like I just did.

Its a seattle area goodwill so a little pricey but not as busy as the other two stores in Kitsap County so better for finding those overlooked gems.

Always have what your not looking for, never what you need. I always go for nothing, find somethings, and put back half of what I didnt need in the 1st place.

Its the adventure! Great finds. .mostly good value. Theyve gotten greedy. When I was a poor single mom I would have been pretty bummed at what they charge for the basics. Not really helping anyone for those. Strong suggestion. Basics need to be bargains. Kids clothing shoes, kitchen items, that sort of thing. Go ahead and charge .ore for home decor, art that sort of thing. Anyway glad to shop there anyway.

Hands down one of the best thrift stores I’ve been to. The layout is fantastic and I always feel like the folks who work there enjoy their jobs. Thank you Goodwill, keep up the good work!

Found a great Christmas present for our son the first time we walked in for a very inexpensive price. Nice staff. Great location. Too big of a selection on clothes and not enough other stuff.

Mitzee is the sweetest Goodwill employee I have ever encountered. All the staff there are so kind and helpful. I wouldnt expect Goodwill to be the place that cheers me up and makes me feel better about my day, but the staff there today surely did that. The space is much more organized as well, and easier to manuever than other thrift stores/Goodwills I have been to. I hope they give there staff a raise, and keep this trajectory they are on because it is awesome!

I go to both Goodwill’s in the area nearly 4 times a week, so I know the prices well (the items that are not tagged). As the cashier was ringing me up, I saw the prices and they were wrong. I was ALMOST overcharged by $8 because I was being rung up for Adult Books (large paperback and a large hardback) when. I only had small children’s books that should’ve only been $1.29 a piece. I only give myself $20 everytime I go to Goodwill because I’ll end up spending far too much if I don’t. Because of his mistake, my total was $22 & some change when it should’ve been only $15 & my card was obviously declined. He decided to yell that it was declined extremely loud & it was pretty embarrassing. Then I asked to put the bag to the side and give me a minute to see what was going on with my card. I realized he just overcharged me and I asked for my bag back and went to a different line and was correctly charged. Moral of the story, train your employees to give you the right price and watch the computer to know they’re ringing you up correctly. I’ve had this employee ring me up on previous occasions so who knows if I was overcharged then too.

Fairly large, lots of clothes for everyone, good sized book and media area. Some furniture. Many prices are inappropriately high for the items age and condition. St. Vincent (across the Warren bridge) is much better for furniture, household items. Goodwill Silverdale has even more clothing.

Every time I visit the Goodwill Store On Wheaton Way, I walk out with fantastic deals on things I can use... From electronics to clothes to bikes... They have it all, at great prices... I picked up a functional BMX bike the other day for $6... Added 2 wool sweaters for another $8... Truly love it...

This location is always clean & organized. They have a large selection of quality womens plus size.

Thrift store with a variety of new and used merchandise. stores are clean. Merchandise is contiously changing. new items added daily. Good return policy.

Has more stuff than silverdale location, cashiers are usually very slow. Often has decent artwork to browse. Good parking. Most of the furniture in stock is usually broken. You know what youre getting into.

Mask wearing is a choice! I will NOT shop with your policy in place to be REQUIRED to wear a mask to shop!!

Tag said $4.99. They said the printer printed it wrong and the one was hidden on the edge. So tried to charge me $14.99. I work in retail and we honor what the tag says.

This Goodwill (and all in Western Washington) grossly raided its prices by 400-500% on many items several years ago and they remain high. Recommend St Vincent de Paul or other less expensive thrift stores.

I think their service is pretty good they have good attitudes and very helpful I used to work there they have restrooms for customers they have variety of things to buy its always like going on a treasure hunt

The employees were all very friendly and helpful! However, the prices seemed to be all over the place. I suggest knowing ur brands before making any purchases.. including clothing/apparel, shoes and toys! Otherwise Its 50/50 chance U could score a really good deal, or u could get burned big time.Also.... my opinon is a lot of the seasonal items I thought were overpriced and lots of theses over priced items were incomplete or just not in great condition! 💁However, that being said, I do believe we found some great deals and I was satisfied with how much we paid for what all we got!

The workers are awesome, some of the customers on Mondays, not so awesome..but I havent met any one who works there that do s not go out of their way to help and make us customers have a good shopping experience

I wish I could give this location no stars. Where do I begin, first their customer service is VERY unprofessional. My husband and I came to this location for 2 weeks straight because of drawers that we were interested in. This drawer was red tag and marked at about $70 we were told to come back on different days from their manager cause we could get it for 15% off. We come on the day the manager tells us to come only to be told no by another manager that the price is firm and there is no additional discount. Well we waited for the 50% off red tag sale only to find that they hid the drawers in a completely different location away from all the furniture and turned around so no one could see the tag. We asked about the furniture and we were TOLD it had been sold. As we looked around we found that it was NOT sold but hidden so they wouldnt have to sell it for the 50% off and could get more money off of it. When we pointed it out to an associate the young lady sucked her teeth and sighed. Im very disappointed that this location teaches their employees to lie to their customers and try to rip them off. LET ME REMIND YOU YOUR THINGS ARE DONATED AND OBTAINED FREE OF COST TO YOU. The fact that you lie to your customers and then have the audacity to give them attitude shows a poor reflection on the managers that are suppose to be training these employees and shows poor morals and values to the company of GOODWILL. The team and staff at this location needs to be retrained or fired for their unprofessionalism as well as under supervision from higher ups so they do not try to take advantage of their customers again.

This location is okay. I am frequently disappointed in the prices and they just seem to keep climbing. In addition the return policy is terrible. I thought Goodwill was supposed to help people not take advantage of them.

This Goodwill is not as well organized as Silverdale, but the staff is helpful and friendly. They have a large selection of clothes and prices are reasonable, especially if you hit the colored tag sales.

Nearly tripped several times over products on the floor in the aisles. And as I was attempting to make a purchase, at just before 1pm on march 8th, my items were momentarily held hostage as the older female cashier requested I affirm belief in God. This is wholly unacceptable for a public business in the 21st century. I was absolutely appalled, but somehow I maintaned my composure and simply motioned her to continue with the transaction. As she continued, she spoke of how no one could argue that God is in control of everything and that we have only God to thank for our lives. She said this to attack my apparent disagreement. I only wanted to be a customer of the Goodwill. I was verbally attacked for being silent on the topic of God because while I believe everyone has the right to believe what they want, I personally feel believing in something that cannot be logically reasoned using facts and science is the greatest disservice one can commit to themselves.To deny a mind its greatest potential is the gravest of sins.A fantasy is still a fantasy even if millions of people love it.

This store is always filthy clothing is always on the floor and the shelves are always cluttered and over filled. Went there looking for a purse there were more on the floor then the hanging bar. The staff ie cashiers are fairly friendly but management is very standoffish. The wait for a cashier can be extra long. I wont shop here again, if I wouldnt work here, I wont shop here either. And if you drive around back you can almost always see staff breaking up donated furniture with an axe. Nope its over priced, filthy, and they are unappreciative of donations! This goodwill needs to CLOSE!
