Tried charging us the $250 waitlist fee without communication after being on the waitlist for 12 hours. Tried charging us an extra $200, again without communication, for tuition because the rates had went up two days after signing papers with old rate on them. My partner was very clear during the tour she took with the manager that we were looking for a child care center that was strictly enforcing the mask policy, she was assured they were doing that. After day 1 it was very clear that the mask policy was not being enforced, when I voiced my concern to the manager she gave some excuse and kind of brushed it off. The 1st day at treetop was my daughter’s last day there. If you’re concerned about your kids being exposed to covid this place will not make you feel comfortable.

I am telling you the staff there is amazing, I worked there and they try so hard to do the best they can. Strictly about the management! As a parents, I would pick up my kids before I work there and they would be excited to see me a super happy you would run to me. Later on and children will be unexcited itd be unhappy they didnt want to be there they would cry about going to school. I had found out that the management is super unorganized the director specifically is super unorganized. They voluntarily call CPS even though nothing is related to children it is directly related to the staff itself. They are unprofessional they handle things very poorly. Mostly the director herself viviana. About what happens to their children, and they also refuse to write incident reports about what happens to the children. While working there I have noticed the teachers try their hardest they are understaffed as a most daycares but they could shut down more classrooms in order to make room and quit accepting students when they have no room for them. I think that the teachers are trying their hardest but the director themselves are very unprofessional uncoordinated they speak disrespectfully to parents they treat them based off of their feelings and their feelings only they are not caring towards students unless to your face in front of you as a parent. They say they have cameras but have not provided me with video footage with my child which the incident at hand ended up with me taking him to the emergency room. They will take your children out in 100° weather, not making sure that they are hydrated there is no covered area except for a picnic table with a umbrella over it. Which they considered as a covered area.

The staff is amazing! This review has everything to do with management. The owner disrespects me in front of my daughters because she’s friends with their mothers family and refuses to allow my babysitter to pick up my children even after multiple attempts to get the pick up list updated. I havnt spoke to the owner of this place in over a year and today she told me I was the most difficult parent to deal with and I’m always a problem... right in front of my kids.the only problem is her. And now I’m told that I’m not authorized to edit that list? Which makes absolutely no sense. During my custody battle a court official observed the daycare and described it as “chaos” and “unorganized”

I am sad to see that this daycare has been rated poorly by some. I have 4 kids and this is by far the best childcare/early learning facility I have dealt with. The staff is so amazing. Loving and friendly. They are always looking out for your childs best interests developmentally, physically and emotionally! Katie goes above and beyond. I couldnt ask for more. Please open up more facilities! We need amazing people like you. Im thankful for you everyday!

This place far exceeded my expectations. I was terrified to put my daughter in daycare. This was the 3rd place I called, and I immediately felt welcome. April, (the manager) was very kind on the phone and offered me to come take a tour. When I pulled up and saw the building, I was very sceptical but that went away as soon as I walked through the door. The first thing I saw was it was adorable inside! April greeted me and showed me around. I felt good about it right away.It was meant to be. I had my girl go there for just over a year, and Im so thankful we found this place. They genuinely loved my daughter. We were like family. They helped prepare her for Kindergarten, and helped teach her to read. Her teachers were wonderful. We still go back and visit! They are amazing. Look no further. Youve found the right place!

My childre. Have been there since june 15th. My son has had 3 incident reports of him getting hurt not 1 phone call to tell me. Not even Saturday when my son got a busted lip. When I picked him up I got very little details of the incident. Today my daughter fell off of something luckily they called me to tell me but they didnt know what she fell off of and shes 10 months old.Edit: when I spoke to the director she told me she told the teacher not to tell me what she fell off of as to not freak me out MY DAUGHTER FELL OUT OF A HIGH CHAIR

I caution anyone who is looking for childcare do not go here especially if you are a military family using the military fee assistant program. I should have listened to the first red flag they advertise they are approved but they are not nationally accredited which is a requirement so they are not approved. To use them you have to get an exception and jump through hoops. Which to me is false advertising. Second red flag was when they decided to give my exclusively breastmilk fed four month old water from the sink without consulting me at all but again I didn’t listen because they had a nice group of teachers at the time. My family had started there in April of this year it took two months for our military fee assistant program to get approved so I was paying full price in the meantime. Well as soon as I got approved like most military families we moved our last day was July third. When I got approved the program back paid them and in turn they should of paid me back. Which works if you are dealing with a reputable business and this is not. It has been almost five months of waiting and calling and frustration. The owner refuses to right the situation and owes my family a nice chunk of change. I am probably not the only one this business has stolen from. It is a shame they are taking advantage of military programs to help families.

I cannot describe to everyone the amazing care and compassion that the people of Treetop Village provide for the children. Even though my time with them is being cut short due to financing issues I highly recommend anybody and everybody to use them for care for their child. There are always smiles on everybodys faces and it seems that they truly care about the children within their care. The facility is clean and well-kept and the children always look happy and healthy! I cannot thank all of the workers there for everything they have done for myself my family and both of my children over the last couple of months!

I wouldn’t even let them take care of my dogs let alone my children. My other half worked there. She told me everything about treetop. Parents don’t see what really goes on there. All they hear is all the bull they get told. Also lots of back stabbing and lying to the dedicated employees from the owner and management. My other half loved the kids but working there was not a good situation cause of the owner and the director.

I have had my daughter here since they first opened and I wouldnt want her anywhere else! I previously had her at ABC childcare in port orchard, and I liked them too, but Treetop is way better. Beautiful classrooms (i feel like I want to stay there and play), they switch things around a lot, lots of artwork to bring home which I love, they do things for all the holidays, and my kid eats so well for them (she doesnt for me lol)! I feel super comfortable with my daughter being there and have nothing critical to say about this daycare whatsoever. Everyone is very friendly and my daughter loves all her teachers and friends there. Staff is great about updating on whats going on with the facility and with my child. Highly recommend this daycare. I was fortunate enough to be able to stay with my daughter while she was an infant (she started here in the waddler class), but their infant classroom is wonderful and the babies always look happy and well cared for and attended. When I have another kid Id put him in their infant class with no worries.

Deficit focused childcare. Was given 2 days to find new care when we provided feedback that the owner didnt want to hear regarding the way we were spoken to about our child who they felt had deficits. Prior to this I had daily reports saying everything was going great with no concerns. We do not see the deficits at home that they listed. This caused weeks of havoc in our family as we scrambled to make other arrangements and left a sore place in our hearts. Very unfortunate way to treat kids and families.

I was super nervous being a first time mom looking for child care in Kitsap county. I started by contacting daycares around to set up an appointment. Long story short I visited a few, but I instantly knew that treetop village was perfect for us the moment I walked in. We have had such an amazing experience with them and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for childcare!!
