I feel an obligation to share my personal experience with the public to basically help moms and dads who are looking for a safe and loving environment for their preschool aged kiddos/children to learn. I am very picky with entrusting my children with anyone... go figure, it doesnt come easy to me; they must meet my unreasonable high standards and Sunshine House Loma Vista meets my very high standards.Every single teacher at this Location is so pleasant, so easy to talk to and collaborate with, very attentive to details concerning the kids, and you can tell they truly enjoy being there and what they do. They are very organized and resourceful also.Curriculum is stellar, designed to develop the child all round. Focusing on handwriting, the alphabets, numbers, phonics, arts and different science projects.My son attends 4 days per week for 7 hours and in all honesty coming here is like a second home for him. He learns a ton, hes made life long friends, and he loves their nicely equipped playground.Location is also within a short distance to the Street of Brentwood, Home Goods..., so every now and then I like to squeeze in a little Retail Therapy, when time permits 😀. See, going to Sunshine House Loma Vista is a Win Win, for both the child and the parents. We are very thrilled to have our son here.Keep up the great work, Sunshine House Loma Vista!!

My son loves this school! He loves his teachers and he is always coming home telling me everything he’s learned. He asks me every morning if he’s going to school today. The staff is amazing and awesome with the children. My youngest is still to small for preschool but when he’s ready we will definitely be sighing him up for Sunshine House!

Wonderful school! Warm and friendly environment. The teachers are amazing. My son and daughter went through Sunshine house before starting kindergarten/TK and I am beyond impressed with how well they prepared them. You cant go wrong choosing this school!!!

I chose Sunshine House because they have a great atmosphere. My favorite thing about Sunshine House is it is next to the school and they have great staff that cares for my son. My son love to play games with all the other kids and staff. We have been going here for 3 years and couldnt ask for more. If you are looking for a great place for you kids. This is the one for you.

Caring teachers bring back the community feel to raising children. Even on days my son does not go to Sunshine House and we are running late to pick him up, the staff has always been accommodating allowing him to use their phone to contact us. They are his go to people even after reminding him to go to the office, I get the sense that he feels more comfortable with his teachers at Sunshine House. Great program and wonderful staff makes Sunshine House a great fit for our family.

Our family has been with Sunshine House for 5 years now, and weve been so incredibly pleased with our experience there. The staff is warm, welcoming, accommodating, very sweet and loving to our children. I know they are cared for, theyre having fun, and making memories with fellow school mates while they are there. I especially love the creative projects they arrange for the children to do, helping to make each day different and exciting. Pizza nights have always been a hit in our kids eyes, and allows for Mom and Dad to have a date night too, so its a win all around. Id highly suggest Sunshine House to anyone at Loma Vista looking for before/after school care for their child. Im sure youll be just as impressed as I have been.

We love Sunshine House because they care about our daughter. She loves being there and loves all the teachers. I love that they do homework after school and also provide very healthy snacks. My daughter has a snack before I pick her up just after 5pm and it holds her over long enough for me to make dinner! Sunshine house has great activities for the kids. My daughter loves playing on the playground and also when they do experiments/science activities. Sunshine House gives me peace of mind. I know my daughter is well taken care of there and supported in whatever she is doing. They are priceless and very much appreciated. Best thing Ive ever done is enrolled my daughter at Sunshine House.

I have twin daughters currently attending Sunshine House and they couldnt be happier! On the way home from school, they like to talk about what they did that day at school. They talk about science experiments, math, art, playing at the playground, making new friends, how much they love their teachers and much more! Sending my children to the Sunshine House was the best decision I could have made. On top of all that, they are both Kindergarten ready! I would recommend Sunshine House in a heartbeat!

We started our experience with Sunshine House on Walnut Blvd and absolutely fell in love with the teachers and program. When it came time for our girls to start transitional kindergarten, we were thrilled to see Sunshine House offered a before and after school program right there on campus. There is so much activity and variety, the children are never bored. The teachers take time to sit with the kids to help with homework and really strive to make the environment a fun and playful one. Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Keri are two of the most patient women I have ever met and we are lucky to have them helping to guide our children while at the Sunshine House. Thank you to all of the teachers at Sunshine House for your never ending dedication.

As an educator working with children of all ages, Sunshine House kid zone has a friendly, warm and loving environment for children and families to feel safe about attending the center. The teachers at Sunshine house are very educated and work well together as a great team to provide for the children of Loma Vista. During the school year, Sunshine House teachers sit down with all children to do their homework and further teach them in that subject they have questions about. Every day at this center, there is a group time where children come together and do an activity that the teacher has planned. These activities usually consist of science experiments, arts and crafts (fine motor) and cooking (math.) While the children are on school breaks Sunshine house plans many field trips locally and in walking distance to learn outside of the classroom. I believe Sunshine house is a very fun and engaging place for children of all ages. The children who attend never seem to get bored because there is so much to do at all times. I highly recommend Sunshine house for any family who needs after school care.

My 3rd grade son attends Sunshine House 4 days a week after school, and I cannot say enough great things about the program and staff! As a new student this year, everyone made my son feel so welcome that he actually enjoyed going to SH more than being in class! The program gets the kids outside to play, which my son loves, and the staff is so attentive and friendly. I feel like I get a heartfelt hello and goodbye everyday. We love this place! And I apologize for the posting name! Somehow I logged into Google with my older sons Instagram account!

My older daughter went to Sunshine House and my younger daughter now goes to Sunshine House, they both love it there! The teachers are very friedly, they help with homework, they play outside, they have great healthy snacks and breakfast. I love how they come up with some very creative projects to keep the kids entertainer all while learning art and science!

We love it here! The teachers are amazing, the facility is well staffed, organized and cared for. Our son often wants to go there early or leave late just to have more time.

My daughter started at Sunshine House when she entered Kindergarten 6 years ago. Mrs. Keri, Ms. Danielle and the rest of the staff were instrumental during her transition from pre-school to elementary school. They gave her all the love and support she needed. She loved the games, experiments, clubs, and group activities they plan daily. Now my son attends and when we come to pick him up he doesn’t want to leave. Sunshine House Loma Vista is the top after school program and now they even offer pre-school!
