I like this store location but the store is often messy and the shelves are disorganized (not the employees fault of course)Can you guys try facing the products and cleaning the aisles in between tasks, just a little bit more?Would love to see new products in the bath/beauty aisle too.Thanks for the hard work and keep it up.

I went to shop there, AND MY PHONE DIED . It was already dark outside and it was raining. I needed to call a taxi and I asked if I could plug in my phone so I can get some charge and be able to call a taxi. The manager said No. He was a Hispanic guy, I dont know his name but he was very rude about it. Besides this the store is always very messy all the store items are always on the floor and most of the shelves are never stocked

Do people even work here doing stock inventory the store its empty they dont have anything Ive never seen a dollar tree as empty as this one they need to hire more people for inventory

This specific Dollar Tree is a disgrace. The entire store is always a mess, the shelves are never stocked and all the items are usually thrown on the floor. The aisle are cluttered with boxes so there isnt a shortage of supplies its the lack of supervision or management. The hispanic manager there now is very rude especially when one of the young cashiers calls for help up front. I live in Brentwood and would rather drive to the store on Route 111 in Smithtown its a world of difference.

Horrible they absolutely had nothing on the shows everything was dirty the employees were nice and fast but thats because they have nothing there

The Male Cashier Was Very Respectful, Courteous And Super Friendly. (I Guess The Female Grumpy One Is Gone Now?) The Store Is Clean And Very Well Stocked. As I Was Shopping, I Witness The Manager Walking Up And Down The Aisles Making Sure Everything Was Neat And Stocked. Unlike Certain Other Dollar Trees, There Were No Boxes Blocking The Aisles, No items On The Floors, No Disheveled Displayed. I Will Definitely Shop There Again.

Unfortunately its a nice store , the manager is somewhat cool, but I literally walked out of there because the Cashier Jessica is the nastiest cashier Ive ever ran into. Literally no customer service experience and miserable at its best . From my own experience, wouldnt recommend anyone to go in there if you have to deal with a cashier like her . If you do go there, DONT ask her a question because obviously she cant handle being asked a question while shes on the register. She cant multitask. From my own experience as a cashier you should make a customer feel welcomed and help them no matter what. Good customer service should be something to always remember as a cashier.

Always stocked up with good items. Employees are nice and helpful. Manager is helpful and always stocking and cleaning store. I lost my phone there and he found it and put it in office until I claimed it.
