I gotta say I have been to this office only about 4 times. The first time was a very nice experience, ladies helped me get my daughter registered. With that said this year I have had to come back a few times this last time was to pick up a laptop. Some lady came out to help us and I’m sure she’s very nice in general but the way she talked to myself and another lady, I felt was very rude. You can say she was blunt and to the point but you are working with people and their kids. Said that I had to Make an appointment to pick up the laptop, I told her I didn’t know that. I was confused because in the email it stated to just come by on Monday or Tuesday. She then stated, “well it’s not my department”. Ok so if it’s not your department then why the attitude and why even say I needed to make an appointment? Like I’ve stated. She must be nice in general but sometimes you have to take a step back and see how your might come across to others. I had to do the same in my retail years and it was very hard to hear that I came across as very b@$!/&. Maybe the schools should do upward reviews or peer reviews and maybe we can all learn to speak to each other with much more respect. I also want to say that Ms. Fernandez is so helpful and such a sweet person! Thank you for all your help everyone at BUSD! I really do appreciate it.

Horrible, beat up an autistic kid.not the students. teachers. they did nothing about it.

My family has been in this school district for 7 plus years and its terrible! So many instances of neglect and the superintendent is the worst Ive ever dealt with. They hide and make excuses but never seem to correct the issues at the expense of the children. Money is their main motivation and it shows.

They simply don’t care. I send my child information months ago in 2020 almost a year ago because his doctor recommend for him to get an evaluation and the lady just called me yesterday saying “I know you submitted your application awhile ago but we can still provide your child the help he needs” After we move to livemore not too long ago and he’s getting the help he needs that says a lot .

They threw a chair at me and so i called my parents, the principal verbally harassed my parents in front of me saying i was lying, worst school ever!

All I have to say is I love Bristow Middle School expect for run non elementary I was sick and they try to take me to court

MY CHILD WAS KICKED OUT OF THE DISTRICT BECAUSE I WAS SICK!Last year I had a medical issue that made getting out of bed each day feel impossible however I got my child to school every day. Many times we ended up just a minute or two late. I made verbal comments or wrote in the late book about my medical state. The only time the tardies were ever address, I apologized and repeated my situation. Never did I hear about the subject again until this summer when I recieved a letter from the district saying that the elementary school doesnt want us back due to the tardies and that the district decided they dont want us either and to find a new place to take my child.I have tried calling many times, left many messages and have recieved no response.

IRRESPONSIBLE and too expensive.dont look for this transportation company to have your childs safety in mind first . . . my child is disabled from a broken foot. they let him ride the bus (which I pay for) in the morning and TURNED HIM AWAY after school without any warning or plan for a parent or ANYONE to pick him up - - his parents commute and theres only so much I (mom) can do from 40 miles away.Very irresponsible. SHady.
