Absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. First, to be fair, they win competitions. A lot of them. If you care about trophies (for the studio not the girls) then go here.My daughter started here when she was 3 and stayed competing at 5. The prices were always high, for everything. Monthly tuition, cousins, competition fees, accessories, and on and on. The customer service was never good, it was obvious that the kids and parents were just a paycheck. We kept justifying that out daughter was getting better so we kept moving forward. The fees kept rising, service kept dropping. And to make it worse, there was an obvious difference between the Ogden and Brigham Latin. Ogden regularly went to special events, sporting events, had famous guest instructors come in and so on while the Brigham kids were largely forgotten by the owners.The last straw came when we received the most recent competition fee schedule. $1850, per kid, not counting costumes, convention fees, accessories, etc. Add to that travel expenses and we simply couldnt afford it anymore so went in to ask about our options. After discussion the fees, costs for the remainder of the year, and the potential of pulling our daughter out, we told them wed have to think about it. When we came back later that night to pick up our daughter, we found out they had already decided to space her out which is dance nomenclature for cutting her from the team. The had the audacity to tell her this in front of her best friends in the middle of class. The also told her not to come back next week. I cant imagine how that felt for an 8 year old girl that had busted her butt to be there. They then proceeded to tell us that we still had to pay for costumes, the rest of the tuition for the year, and a $500 fee.Of course we can pay that, after telling them we couldnt afford the competition fees...As a company this is business as usual. Weve spoken to many parents that have similar stories. Its so bad that the owner has informed all the staff that she will not speak with customers. Red flag much? All in all, its absolutely ridiculous what they put people through. But they do win trophies, even if we never get to see them.

The school is good dance school. But it is not a place that is affordable for most families. The required purchase of certain things is a bridge too far. We had to pay for shirts and bags that my wife could make herself at the fraction of the cost.
