I recently left this dance studio. I felt like I got nothing out of it and all my dance skills went downhill. The teachers are super sweet, but only one of them pushes you to be better. Ever since I left this dance studio, I’ve been told by MULTIPLE kids and adults, that the owner of this studio has said some terrible things about me. Accusing me of lying and thinking I’m a terrible person for trying to better my dancing. Just because I decided to go somewhere better. I’ve had multiple people text me wanting to dance there, and it hurt me to tell them grown adults were bringing me down instead of supporting me. While I was dancing and her daughter had a knee injury, the owner said, “Wow you dance like Rachel now.” That was the moment I knew I was in a toxic environment and I was extremely hurt. Thank you for all the good memories and all the fun things I’ve gotten to do at your studio. I had the time of my life with all those kindhearted kids. The owners could definitely learn a thing or two from them ;)

We moved our children from another studio to Thrive and it’s been the best decision we could have made. To see the transformation in our daughters attitude and to see her love to dance again showed us this was the right choice. Thrive allows the kids to express who they are with no fear of judgment. I can’t express how happy we are to be a part of this dance family that accepts and loves these kids no matter what.
