Terrible customer service. I’ve been here 3 times with my tax exempt documentation. They never faxed my paperwork to corporate for exemption status, but honored it the 1st two times. I come in to purchase items again, assuming everything is all set, but realized they still haven’t sent in my information. This time, they don’t honor my exemption status. The cashier and manager both gave me an attitude and looked at me like I was lying. I don’t understand what’s the point of filling out the paperwork if they’re not going to do anything with it.

The hiring manager is NOT nice and I dont ever want to be going back there and I hope the manager loses his job. We went in there for a printer ink for MG2522 cannon and he asked us to leave because he thought we were being catiougous and we were waiting for the Covid-19 results andwe are NOT going up there anymore

Worse customer service. I asked a simple question for the bathroom and was given a rude response and made me feel like I had ask for the biggest favor ever. The workers are a reflection of the city. Went in to buy a monitor and walked out with no monitor or bathroom stop. Quality department really needs to make an improvement on the customer service.

Out of 10 time i shop there for shipping tubes A L L the area stores are out of the medium sized containers-why is this such a hard concept to comprehend especially when there is a computer inventory management system in place-The 10 times i have gone there-4 of the times they have had tubes. Very poor inventory control-

Great store. Store manager tiffany was very down to earth and helped me find the printer that best fit my line of work as well as some other office supplies. Will definitely be back when I need more supplies!

This is more a review toward the higher ups making the pricing than an actual store review. I went in here to get a few photos printed out. With express service it was a bit over 10 dollars. I asked the employees to trim the excess off the photos, thinking nothing of it... Silly me, the price DOUBLED. Who in their right mind charges double for trimming a bit of excess paper off a print already paid for. I will not walk into a Staples ever again.

Every time I go in here, the section where you fax and email is always busy and the staff is stressed! They do a great job though!!Meanwhile the managers are just standing at the door greating people, never doing anything. Every time I come in here it’s the same. Managers just standing around. In fact I had a problem printing and directly asked the manager for help. He just told the staff to do it. The staff was already assiting two other people. Clearly he didn’t know how to do it.Watch the managers next time you go in. You will tell them apart, they pretending to be busy or standing there or just telling people what to do.The only reason I gave 3 Stars was for the hardworking staff behind counters actually doing work and a good job 👍

I am writing to complain about what has to be one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever received in any business. I ordered a print job from the Staples store in Brockton, MA on Belmont Street on 8/4. The job was to be rushed. Upon arriving at the store on 8/4 in the late evening, I was told the job would not be ready. (This would set back my business project and cause unnecessary stress.) I asked the associate to have the rush fee taken off my bill. Assured that it would be, I scheduled the pickup for the following Tuesday, 8/8. On 8/8, I called the store directly and was again told the order was not ready for pickup. ( I find this to be completely ridiculous, mind you it was a simple flyer print out. In addition, the rush charge had not been removed. ) I immediately canceled the order and was told I would have a refund by a manager within 24-48 hours. As of Tuesday, 8/15/17 I still had not received an refund on my credit statement. Again, I called and spoke with Tino. Was told that he would process the refund and send a confirmation email. As of today, I have still not received an email or a refund on my credit card statement. I called the store again and was now told that I would have to come in the store because of my credit card to receive my refund. I am a small business owner and this entire situation has been a HUGE inconvenience to me and my business. I have ordered many print jobs for my business at Staples over the years. Rest assured this will be my last order. This location needs to get its act together.

Went there today to buy receipt paper since the company I work for is almost out. They couldnt swipe the company credit card and would not put it in manually. I will never go back to Staples again. Not only did they waste mine and the companys time, Amazon is also way less expensive. F U Staples.

Awful customer service from several of their employees. The copy and print section usually has extremely long lines. I find it easier to go to Avon or Mansfield than to go to this location.

Broken faxes and printers pushy and rude also not to bright service people... also made some copies the guy said do you want your receipt I said am I going to need it he said probably not for $0.35 for some copies I said okay know when the copies were wrong and I asked for a refund and to be recopied he said he couldnt cuz there was no receipt luck it was only 35 cents
