It just stopped the gram iced tea was a pleasant didnt see anything abnormal or wrong enjoying myself and getting me a nice tea that was it

I showed up to the door at 9:48 pm to go in the store to buy medicine for my daughter that was sick and the employees inside seen me and locked the doors. When I asked them to let me go in to just grab the medicine and leave they looked at me and just said they would come back and let me in but they never did. I’ll never support this store again. I hope you guys update your store hours to 9:45 pm instead of the 10 you have listed

Great selection really cheap prices but unfortunately I would recommend running away from this store its always overstocked looks like a bomb went off in the place they only have one cashier and even if they open a second because of the way the store is designed youre in each others way theres always a line sneaking through the aisles go in to buy one $5 item and youll spend 35 minutes there

Its family dollar what more can you say lol but thank god for them lol

This place smelt so bad. I couldnt even stand to shop. I aske one of the employees what the smell was, and his response was What smell?.....ugh!

Extremely long lines every single time I go there then when u finally get to the register the workers r rude always have attitude and act like they dont want to b there... not just 1 time every time Ive gone in there...its horrible!!! Oh and the shelf that has all the bags of chips had mouse or rat poop all over the bottom of it one day.. disgusting!!!

I Been Calling This Store Since 1/17/2020I Bought 2 Glade Candles 2pk (4 all together) But When I Get Home My Candles R Not Here3Days I Been Calling

They domt follow their hours to busy to leave literally locked the door in my face at 939 when they close at 10 an stood on other side saying we close I said its not 10 she just shrugged shoulders

Place is filthy, staff is slow and rude, employees feel like they can just walk outside during there shifts to chat with customers, the employees have no customer service skills, they barely understand English. this place might as well be a zoo.

Deserves 0 stars. Ugh, if you have to go to this family dollar , put aside 30 minutes at least, cause you’ll probably be running behind. Was in line today and an employee with his slides and no socks cut in front of me to buy something. Mind you, there’s only one register. And he didn’t even ask if he could. I would add that to colorism but this is just a google review. I hoped that he was buying diarrhea pills

They have things that you need the problem is to get it. Box everywhere like is no management in there, they do what they want and Customers does not come first. I tried to get something but was a lot of box in front of it when I ask one of the staff he said “ I will find someone to take it out” but nobody show up and he despair, so I couldn’t get what I need because all those box then I went to Walmart to get it and that’s what I will start do for now on because the time I spend in this store is not worth it. I was a manager in one of the family Dollar store in ND and my staff always make sure the store is clean and is no box laying around and everything was stocked.This store needs a manager not a guy who does whatever he wants and when he wants to do it. When that is fixed that store will be great. New manager ASAP

Friendly staff usually has what Im looking for.

They tend to give false information to customers, does not honor receipt (a customer LITERALLY threw glass items, destroyed end caps and displays, and screamed profanities thru the store, didnt blame her), some cashiers are rude, maybe one or two that are great with customers. Its an adventure.

No so good

Long lines in store. Merchandise is on trolleys blocking multiple aisles for not only those who are able bodied but those who have difficulty walking. My family members can not even go into the store because there mobility chairs can not safely access aisles in the store. Some staff members do not speak English.

I always shop at Family Dollar...especially for my cleaning products and air freshners and incense...today I picked up a few things to finish my 🎄... It was a good trip....💯

Its just your typical family dollar. Its just a place where you can get stuff like soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes. They even sell candy its like a little store the only thing is that it is big. If you ever need stuff like batteries and you need to print pictures you could stop and shop there.

Im not gonna lie this place is pretty filthy but they have a good selection and good prices so it’s worth it tbh
