Very affordable household item and cleaning products that work just as well as regular brands. Staff was very polite

The cashier on checkout #3 on September 30, 2021 between the hours of 7-8 p.m. was very rude and if I had time that night, I would have complained to a manager. He seemed upset because we were buying 10 coffee cups and wanted to know what we were going to do with all of them, which was actually none of his business. He then asked how we wanted them bagged and we said wrapped in newspapers and bagged, which he suggested, he was upset he had no newspaper to wrap them in, so he used 1 or 2 paper towels to wrap them. The person that was with me, since the cashier seemed put out to wrap the coffee cups, helped him. I felt like he was just trying to earn some money by working there but his customer service was lacking common courtesy and had disrespect for the customers. If he was employed by me I would give him either a serious talk or let him go. The cashier in this case had it a horrible experience.

Got told the store is closed 10 minutes before the store announced its closing at 9 pm. I said its 8:50 pm I still have 10 minutes and Im just grabbing drinks. To which I was just repeated were closed. Yet 3 people were allowed to go in as I walked out the front door.

I like this store. Good selection of products and cheap energy drinks.

The Dollar Tree has some amazing items out for the Holiday season. Cant beat the $1 price either. They had items that other stores had in Black Friday ads for $5 and up. Very happy with the selection. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is it could have been a little more tidy.

I am going to confess that I went to this store in October, and there was no order in the products, everything was mixed up, many things thrown away and a very strong smell of Marijuana, today I was not so sure in stopping to buy oh but As I needed some things and was relatively close, I decided to buy them, oh, what was my surprise when I entered and looked at everything clean and perfectly organized, for my step from 1 star to give it five, I dont know who the manager is, what a great job and what great team you have, congratulations.

Normally love this store. Organized and normally always friendly employees. Except the night of 6/14/19. I think the self check out at Walmart has more personality and customer service skills than the young pregnant women at the register! She didnt say a word except to mumble out our totals (both around 30$ each) She was glued to her phone before, during and immeadatly after checking us out. She wouldnt even hand me my bags!! I had to reach over the counter to her side to get them myself. Very disappointed that management allows this as she seemed very comfortable doing it. ☹

I enjoy this store!! I hope it stays nice and as clean, as it is now. The staff is great, too!

Brooklyn Center MN store# 7598 manager Misty is very rude I dont know how she even got her job as a manager! She have poor customer service! My kids and I went to the store today and she came up to us asking my kids to put thing back where they found it! First off, my kids was putting things/toys back where they got it. When I confronted her for being rude she have the nervous to lie to my face claiming that my kids where putting toy all over the floor and after that she roll her eye at me and walk away! This is unexpectable! Even the cashier told me that its there job to put things back away not the customer! The cashier should be the manager instead even she know how to do her job and know how to provide good customer service.
