Absolute garbage. I have been messing with them for almost a year and was just informed that to be able to get my sons road test, I will need to complete a full drivers ed course somewhere else. This is not an exaggeration or misinformation. I went up there several times to try and figure out exactly what was needed to schedule his road test, finally got all of the requirements, just to be told that if you do not do the instructor behind the wheel portion - which I paid for but they were unable to ever schedule him more than one hour in four months - (not refundable) that to do the parent taught behind the wheel only even after he has his permit - that he needs to take a COMPLETE drivers ed course elsewhere. Please read this and please do not allow this business to steal your money.

I had a best Instructor her name is Sonny, she was so nice and explain everything about driving, I learn a lot to her. Highly recommended Sonny Alexa for y’all Driving instructor❤️It went good and got my License now .

They are rude, and unprofessional. They do not return phone calls. Save your money and the frustration. Go somewhere else!!

Worst driving school there is. No one in burleson can drive. Doesn’t teach what a damn gas pedal is or a shoulder.

This may be my first bad review. These people are EXTREMELY unorganized. You pay $350.00. You are not even explained everything. You have to ask a million questions and different people will give you different answers. Then, after the class portion, they dont explain that in order to get your kid actual behind the wheel training, you have to pay more money to a 3rd party website. Where once a week, they go in and put limited amounts of driving courses with the instructors and if you dont login and go fight for it quickly....theyre all gone and your kid has to wait a whole another week to get some drive time in......very disappointed with lack of organization and communication with this business. For the money, I expected more.

We were able to schedule a road test on a Sunday morning.

The driving instructor (male) that did my son’s driving test was extremely rude to me and my son. He made my son so nervous he failed his test. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!

I highly recommend the Burleson Driving Academy! Both the mother and daughter made such a positive impact on my signs driving test experience. Very knowledgeable and informative! Their availability was so much better than the others nearby and price was affordable. From the moment we entered the building until we walked out with his results, they were so incredibly kind and helpful! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know as well as bring my other children there!

SCAM!!!! DO NOT waste your money here, which is all they want. I have caught them in several lies trying to swindle people out of money. I have filed a formal complaint with the State of Texas. If you have been taken by this company, I recommend for you to file a complaint with the State as well.

Excellent course, highly recommend! Instructors are friendly and helpful, questions are encouraged and answered quickly and in a way that can be understood. I learned easily and quickly and got to meet great new people!

I had a positive experience at this driving academy. Our teacher was very passionate about her job at teaching us. She had many down to earth stories encouraging us to be wary and safe. She was very caring and kind.

Warning! If your child is at the age of going through driving school avoid Burleson driving school! On 8.2 we booked and paid in full our daughters course. The class was to start 8.26 at 6pm, they called 37 minutes, yes, 37 minutes before class was to start to cancel the entire booking and to reschedule until 9/23. Reason was not enough kids (3). I get that, don’t like it, but I understand.What I don’t understand is how anyone thinks it’s appropriate to cancel a class 37 minutes prior to a student starting! You knew this 5 hours ago, you knew yesterday, you knew it last week, you knew it two weeks ago!Their own contract said if I don’t give them 24-hour notice of missed appointment they’re going to charge me $40, glad to see the contract works both ways!!THANK YOU Judy at Alliance driving school for saving the day!! For a bit more money they are allowing our daughter to join their class tomorrow and do the catch up from missed class today.I requested to speak with the owner, apparently, that isnt possible... So I was given a general inbox number. I emailed the inbox and requested they call. No response! so when they opened the next day I called again, the employee was not willing to help and hung up, so I went there, she then called the police. (I was very chill simply stated I need the phone number for the owner if you cant help me.) So the police came, I explained my situation, and after hitting the same walls I ran into the police quickly figured out my issue. They requested a phone number, was denied, they requested proof of refund, no such paperwork exists. Police told her we need something, told him the refund process takes 4 weeks and wrote a message on the top of my contract (which they breached) Refund process started 8.27. Update 7.27.21 Still no refund even with a court judgment.

I took their class and it was fine. The class was very structured. After the 3 week class was over, I did driving times with the instructors. The first one went fine and the second one, I had a different instructor which was fine. I was driving and then I thought it was strange when the instructor started asking personal questions but I didnt overthink it. I was scared when the instructor directed me to their house and around the back of the house. We stopped for a minute and they asked if I wanted to come out but I declined and wanted to stay in the car, so I did. After that, I had about 45 more minutes left in my drive time and I was very uneasy about the instructor. When it was over I bolted and waited for my ride. I dont think that driving instructors should take 15 year old teenagers to their house.

Excellent driving school! Great for teen and adult drivers. Took an adult driving course and had an amazingly patient instructor. Smooth communication with receptionist and overall great value for driving lessons.

Such a great place. I went here to take my driving road test and I was so nervous and scared but Mrs. Winn reassured me that everything was going to be okay. I also thought that I would fail my parallel park because I didnt practice and I only watched videos, but I did great. Ms.C was such a great person to drive alongside. I highly recommend this place, its the cheapest you can get besides the DMV. You also get to use their car for the test.

Watch out if you take a test here. They make you pay up front then tell you that you paper work not fill out correct and then charge you mor e money. I watch them to this to 9 kids this morning girls and teens were crying we all went some where else

I do not recommend the Burleson Driving Academy. We did the parent taught drivingeducation. I made an appointment with the Burleson Driving Academy and paid the $50 fee for my son to take the driving test through them. However, when we arrived for our appt, they refused to do the test because they said we were lacking a DPS certification and an extra 14 hour log. I took the same paperwork to DPS. They said they did not know what certification or 14 hour log Burleson Driving Academy was referring to and that everything I had was all that was needed to take the driving test. We then went to another driving school, with the exact same paperwork taken to Burleson Academy and DPS, and they administered the test. Burleson Academy will not refund my money!

The class is made easy for you to pass. The instructors are good at explaining the parts of the handbook that are not clear. They want you succeed and try their best to help you learn how to drive.

This place is amazing it not only taught me the safest way to drive it also taught us valuable life lessons. I would highly recommend!!!

This driving school was so helpful and the teacher knows how to teach in a fun way to make you definitely learn. The environment is a good learning environment and would recommend to anyone no matter what age.

The lady in the front is rude to parents and the children. If I would have known this before hand I wouldnt have picked Burleson driving academy. My son did like his teacher he was very nice and a great teacher. I was told that the lady in front and her daughter and husband work there so I dont see a change. I guess if you hire the family you cant fire one unless you want to lose the whole family no matter how rude and disrespectful they are. I wouldnt do it again even if it was free. So if you want your child to be disrespect by the lady in front offices along with your self go there. If not look for a different place.

Was a funny time in this Class. Bus driver and Teachers were really nice. They have always explained things several times.

My Experience as student at burleson driving academy has been fantastic! Ive been putting ofd driving for a couple of years now. The instructor showed me that putting off the driving from fear is actually not warrted. Ms .c my teacher was kind and yet honest about how the road really is! I recommend burleson driving academy to any young or aspirating driver!

I learned ALOT at Burleson Driving Academy Mrs.C is the nicest person i’ve met she has taught me everything i needed to know to get my permit i really like the people here as well they are super nice and answers all the questions you have.

It is very convient to not have to wait on long lines at DPS, and I believe a little less stressful for the test. Things ran smoothly. There is one issue that I feel is very important! The parallel parking markers for the curb are way off of being straight, I wish I could post the pic I took. When I mentioned the issue the girl wanted to argue with me and said its really only 1 pole, one of 4 that are supose to be a straight curb. So I said to my student driver then I guess if you hit only 1 your good, the girl said oh no she wont pass. Really Easy fix. Make it right!

Worst Customer Service!!! Do not do business here! I chose this company because they advertised they could pick my child up from school to take the course. I should have known from the beginning this was going to be a bad idea teaming up with this place. I attempted to call several times to get my daughter signed up and no one ever called me back. So one day I stopped by there and after hollering out in the building someone came up to help me. I told her I needed to get my daughter signed up and of course at that time she was a nice as she could be. Now its several months later and its time for her to do her drive time. So again I start calling and calling and I get no return calls. I sent multiple emails with no response. So of course I drive down there again to see what is going on. The lady at the desk was extremely rude. I told her I have been try to call repeatedly and her response was We always return calls. Seriously...if that were the case I wouldnt have had to come up there. I explained Im trying to get my daughter registered for the drive time and it said it would only take 24 hours. Its been a week now and still nothing. She said well its not our fault that you waited till the last minute. Seriously...I wasnt asking for special favors, I wasnt complaining that we are down to the wire...I simply wanted to get her registered to do her drive times. So she begins to tell me they are now going to have to charge me since my contract is almost up. They said the $299 price was good for one year. After that I have to pay all over again. I didnt argue...I simply said ok so how do I get her signed up. She then said Well if you will give me a minute Im trying to look it up. By this time Im irritated so I said I didnt come in here for rude remarks I just need to get my daughter signed up for drive times! So she said she was the only one that could help me get signed up. She said the owner wont help me and other workers wont help me....is she kidding me? I was shocked. Then she said she could fit her in the following week at 1-3 time slot. I said she is in highschool and doesnt get out of school until 4. She said Oh then in that case we have Thursday from 1-3. I said, Are you even listening to me? I just said she doesnt get out of school until 4! She then said, You dont have to be rude about it. Needless to say this story doesnt get better. I then called Maverick Driving Academy and they were amazing on the phone and walked me through what to do to transfer her from this horrible place! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The school was good, but its very difficult to schedule drive times. They apparently dont have enough instructors for driving. they send a text alert when a drive time is available but it is gone within seconds.

Negative review for an employee not the place itself just had a terribly rude encounter with the driver of their bus that takes the high school students to the school he was very rude and inconsiderate of the situation at hand this is also not the first occasion he has acted this way either and I believe that an employee is a reflection of the place they work at definitely do NOT recommend the bus for your kids
