Wow! What a great clean store! Customer service top notch! Never seen a Dollartree like thisGood job

Had what I needed, in & out in no time. They were busy but friendly service. Thanksgiving & Christmas items in stock. Clean and well stocked. We are talking Burleson store. And oh yow, did I mention 26 items; $26/ Yes, I even asked cashier for price on the phone charger for my truck but just like tv; she said its a Dollar. Lovin My Dollar Tree! By the way, same shopping center had my Awesome fish at Captain Ds; sure wish Cleburne would bring back Captain Ds. Had to be in Ft Worth & Burleson for Doctors so made trip more pleasant with lunch and Dollar Tree.

Hit the mother load! Havent been to $ tree in a minute. Great employees wonderful selection and clean. Go visit, lots of great fall stuff♥️♥️♥️

Used to be a decent place to shop. I don’t know if it has to do with new employees, or management etc but was super excited to find items I had looked everywhere else for in there. Low and behold as I and about 10 other customers waited on line 4 employees (including manager) proceed to have a conversation on front of us about how much of a PIA customers can be when we take items from where they are stocking them. (This is also after I had done just that, items that were already marked and on the shelf but apparently they wanted to take pictures for Instagram) Excuse me? Call me crazy but I thought the purpose of a STORE was to SELL merchandise.I wasn’t the only customer who was paying attention to the conversation. It would have been impossible not to, they made zero attempt to keep it quiet or between themselves. I have NEVER felt more personally offended and do not plan on returning.

Boo! This place would not allow a child to use the bathroom. Kids dont always know to warn us that they need the bathroom prior to a long shopping trips. They dont pre plan.I asked for the key and one worker said someone may be using it. Then I rush my kid to the bathroom only to find out there isnt anyone in either bathroom. I ask again and the one employee smirks that they are all locked because some customer locked them so they wont be unlocked till Monday. A customer locked both bathrooms? Where do the employees go utilize the restroom?We had a basket full of items we had to leave and find my child a bathroom. They didnt like that but a child has to us the bathroom when they do.

Have a vast variety. Each store is different. Cashiers/ employees are super nice. Thank you all!❤❤😁😁😁

Pretty awesome I gotta say I walk out of there EVERY Time Saying Man!.. ALL these really cool items that are Name Brand and just so many of them all for A DOLLAR.. I was corrected ,theres a couple of small areas that have $3 + $5 borders but I never came across those all the items I saw that were Awesome were all a Buck!😀

This is by far the best dollar tree ever, its big, well organized, and lots of stock

They are well staffed and keep the line going. Plenty of stuff for xmas stockings and normal things. Store is well stocked neat and clean. Staff is very friendly. Jerry is the bomb and I swear Wayne is always there to help me too. Keep up the great work guys.

I like my Dollar Store but sometimes Im disappointed because they put stuff like the shaving cream they had very small cans and they charge you a dollar and I could go to Walmart and get a bigger can for $0.97 and I think thats a rip-off they should not put it out there you have to be careful some of the stuff is not worth the dollar dont buy it just pass it up but overall the store is pretty good and they stock the shelves and they got a lot but sometimes theyll put stuff out that our isnt worth it thats what you got to be careful for if you feel it aint worth the dollar dont buy it

Best dollar tree I’ve ever been too. The store is pretty big, with a lot of selection and it’s very clean!Edit: I go to this dollar tree to get my magazines for inserts, but lately I guess they dont put a limit on the magazines so they sell out in the first 5 minutes of opening. Please put a limit because this is getting ridiculous. Having to drive all the way to crowely because of this.

Jerry is a great guy. Really helpful. Store is clean and well stocked. You have to wear mask.

I like shopping here. Its not my go to place, but i usually walk out with something when i go.

I went to purchase a few items and get cashback. I was told that my transactions declined. But there is a recipe showing what I purchased. But not my cashback. They keep my money.

Every employee is so nice and everything is always neat and fully stocked.

It was a great experience altogether. Place was clean and that new cashier pantera was very helpful and had a positive attitude all together.

I love the Burleson TX Dollar Tree. It is the biggest one Ive ever shopped at. The people are always nice and helpful. I always find way more than I actually came for.

Very clean and great customer service

An employee was asked to wear a mask by multiple customers that did not want to enter his line including myself. A bunch of us ended up leaving the store over the incident & the employee yelled at us on our way out which was uncomfortable. I don’t stop at places that don’t wear PPE during a global pandemic, it is not worth the risk for a dollar item.

The workers were very nice.

Employee not wearing mask and says he gets a nose bleed if he wears one. He was very rude and arguing with customers. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH.

It change compair to two years ago. I never know the price anymore. Everything was priced a dollar, not anymore

Love this Dollar Tree location! Always has tons of stuff for my kiddos. I like getting somethings here I cannot get elsewhere. We like the school section too. Nice to have activities for the kids to do on car trips and when going to church, etc. Associates always greet upon entering and place is relatively clean.

I shop this store at least once a week..it is clean and they have so many items that larger stores have, ALL FOR JUST $1. You can find a large selection of frequently used food items, a large selection of party supplies, snacks and drinks. I buy most of my cleaning supplies here..All For $1. You can save a great deal, shopping at Dollar Tree before you shop the larger grocery stores. See for yourself and how much you can save.I have to add some NEW Information...They now have added entrees and other dinner items around the store..all under$5. that I saw today. It looks like I may be trying some of them..sometimes you just dont feel like cooking. Comes in handy to have something in the freezer or pantry to pop in the microwave. I like shopping here.

Disappointed in their lack of concern for the new ordinance regarding masks.It states on the door that you must wear a mask to enter store.Not only did many people walk in without makes even the employees arent all wearing them.The Manager said they cant say anything to customers or make them leave if they arent wearing a mask.Well then maybe you shouldnt put the sign saying all customers must wear a mask to enter because it gives those of us that do a false sense of safety.And yes they can deny them or ask them to leave or wear a mask it says it on the ordinance that is just Dollar tree saying that....misleading yet again.come on people stay home if you dont care about others. We are having a pandemic!And do t say for us to stay home ..we all need food and necessities.

Disgusting restrooms.

I love our local Dollar Tree. It always stays neat in there. Which is more than what I can say for others. Even the Crowley one is pretty nice. The people who work there are very friendly and dont move like turtles either. I come here a lot to get my tax free items for work and its always in and out. I recommend coming here when given the chance.

Hey Dollar Tree....you need to take down your EVERYTHING IS $1 because not everything is a $1....you now offer PLUS ITEMS and these items cost $3-5.

Love this place! they have tons of super good deals. albeit, the stuff you get there is of the absolute cheapest quality, this is to be expected though and for most items who cares. I tend to spend way more money that I set out to spend when I go here so be warned this is a common thing for many. the helium baloons section is a super deal for parties etc. highly recommended

I walked in here being unsure. Thought it would be all cheap junk . but boy was i surprised. I was in there about 2 hours. And i found every thing i was getting ready to prepare for , plus much more. And i took my husband back the second time around. And i will turn many more times. Thank you dollar tree. A very happy customer.

Associates were working hard picking up and straightening. All of them greeted me. They wished me a Happy 4th. I heard them telling other customers the same as I was shopping.

I found all the items I was looking for there was no problem there but, I found it insulting that the store employee wouldnt let my friends 7 year old son use the restroom there. We were told there are no restrooms for the public. So my friend took her son to the store next door. After they left I heard the same lady tell two small girls that have been wandering around the store that yes we do have a restroom but its just for you okay and gave them directions to where the restroom is. I found that very rude. We would have bought more but we were upset after this occurrence. All customers should be treated fairly. Especially when its a small child just needing to use the restroom with adult supervision. The lady that told the small girls where the restroom is was a cashier and she had many letters of tattoos across her fingers I cant remember her name but thats how she can be identified and I will remember her. Thank you

Love the store, hate the check out lines! Customers were standing in two lines 7 to 10 people per line & they had two check-outs open. Finally, after standing in line for some time, they opened three other check-outs. My question is this.....why werent they open in the first place? This is the busiest shopping season there is, so why do they make customers stand in long lines before opening up new registers when they have cashiers in the store? Do they not appreciate our business? Sometimes the dollar value for merchandise is not worth the ten dollar cost in time spent standing in check-out lines.

Best location within the Southwest Ft Worth/ Crowley/ Burleson area. Spacious. Items are always in stock, shelves always organized. Friendly staff.

Dollar Tree is on of the only dollar stores where every this is truly a Dollar or less. I take my grandboys there and tell them they can have anything in the store. # big shot

You know what I like about the Dollar Tree? I like to cheap cologne. Im not much of a Cologne guy but every now and then you know maybe you need a little bit of cologne. Theyve got all the cheap knock-off cologne for a buck and when I feel like putting on cologne I always reach for my knock-off bottle of whatever, which I always buy at the Dollar Tree. Oh and I always buy my sunglasses at the Dollar Tree as well. When they get lost, scratched, given away, Borrowed by somebody (whose name we will not mention), or anything else happens to the sunglasses... I really dont care because they cost a dollar!

Not one employee had a mask on correctly. Many had none on at all.Made a complaint call to corporate as well as one of the employees without a mask appeared to be a manager.
