Nice for a quick printing job. I asked for help and they helped me and I overheard them being friendly and helpful to other guests. Nice and clean store.

The manager Alisha was absolutely unprofessional. Called asking about my return that has yet to process to my card. She was rude and pretty much called me a liar when I said other companies don’t require 3-5 business days for a refund. She argued like you would expect a new sales associate to. I see why companies like this are going out of business. With these kinds of return polices and customer service standers, Amazon will be the number one for many years to come.

Today I went to the Burleson Office Depot for third time to return defective print powerFirst two times they said that did not any power to use as replacementToday talked to a very rude and not very good at public relations General Mger Mari. ( she refused to give me a full name)After more than several attempts to get replacements or refund. She refused until I told her I was recording the conversationThen Mari got a little more into giving me co policy that explained it was policy for Corp to put up as many road blocks as possibly to keep from standing behind product they sellBeen a customer for over 30 years. I went earlier to print some documents and accidentally left my USB drive (which contained sensitive medical information) plugged into the self-service printer. I called beforehand and the girl on the phone said she’d hold it for me, so I went back about half an hour later to pick it up. I walked in the door and began walking in the general direction of the front desk (I didn’t say a word to any of the customers or employees, nor did I step in line) and the girl at the desk said if I was waiting for the printing service I was going to have to wait in line. I told her I wasn’t there to have anything printed and kept walking (away from the desk). I turned to ask her if there was somewhere else I was supposed to go to pick up a forgotten item but she cut me off and told me “there’s other people waiting, get at the end of the line”. I told her I literally was not there to wait in the line for her desk. I would’ve had no problem waiting in line of course, but I don’t appreciate being snapped at/bossed around by someone who literally did not know what I was at the store for! I work in customer service too so I understand it can get hectic but there was no need for her to snap at me for just glancing at the front desk before she even knew why I was in the store.

I was able to go into the store and find someone quickly to help me find what I was shopping for. The sales person was very helpful and I truly appreciated it. The only issue was, there was no one at the register to wait on me and I had to wait for about 3 minutes, other than that it was a good experience

I needed a new printer for my pet sitting business and had a few questions. Sales Rep Andrew helped me choose the best laser printer for my needs. He spent enough time with me and even looked up the toner costs, letting me know which would be less costly to maintain. I really appreciated that extra effort. Thank you Andrew for your help.

Ive shopped at Office Depot for years. They have much of what I need. I get to know the staff a little and they are nice people, always helpful when I ask. They have been good with warranty issues as well, keeping it simple for exchanges. Definitely my go-to place for office supplies.

The staff was really helpful and patient with me when I spent an hour and a half picking out a desk. They called different stores, went over shipping options with me, helped measure, compare, and didnt try to rush me out of the store with any old thing. The staff rocks. Every time I return they are just as helpful. Ive visited other locations and never received this level of service.

This place is literally around the corner, so convince is a premium. I also had an electrical service account, at one time, so I like to return capital to those from which I received whenever possible. Plus 2 for Office Depot. This past Christmas, both of my grandchildren wanted a new desk. My grandson entering college, my granddaughter entering middle school, which ,by the way, must be post graduate masters level from the 60s that I attended.Both chose a different desk, but both at Office Depot. Not only did I receive a good deal, thats when I found out about their rewards program. Alls well and good until today, my printer went on the fritz and I had to get a document to a friend overseas. Around the corner I went and sure enough, Office Depot made it happen

I didnt get the employees name but he was very helpful even though they were very busy. All of the employees were friendly and professional. I had a resume and cover letter printed on resume paper and mailed it in a USPS envelope right from the store. I will definitely use this store again.

I couldnt find help and they are so overpriced on everything. I wouldnt have gone there but I was rushed for time easy in easy, and I paid for that!!

This store has excellent customer service and every employee Ive encountered has product knowledge of the item they have or are at least willing to go help you look. This is rare in todays retail market but this store is above average in helpfulness and understanding of what your looking for.

Well organized and picked up. Inventory faced and maintained. Helpful staff that is knowledgeable on most of the inventory.

Always short staffed ! Long wait time in printing section. I ago there twice/week and always had to wait for 1/2 hour at least !

Fast service lots of products

Made a few orders there trying to give them the benefit i mean some times some people working in the print area might be better than others and we can all have bad days. NOPE. first time i ordered prints of a digital painting they said hey lets do it on cardstock...i said i wanted a high gloss...for a digital painting so photo quality was what i needed. they also did it on normal paper for some reason. second time they couldnt scan and print an 8X11 and have it print as an 8X11 for some of my dogs paperwork i didnt complain on that one as i could cut it down easily enough . but the absolute last straw was today i ordered a book of laminated pages i got a call saying they couldnt laminate the cover and back i was fine with that they said they would put a clear cover over the non laminated cover cool fine i go in the next day to pick it up i am at the counter they keep letting someone behind me interrupt me while i have items in hand to buy and things to pick up its not hard to just say hold on sir let me finish up here by then im annoyed i get my stuff and leave get home and its not laminated, none of it theres just a plastic cover sheet i know for a fact i selected laminated pages online. I would rather order my printing now online from places outside of burleson because this . i called about it and nothing was done.

Cant say enough good things about this place been doing business with them over 2 years do all my bulk copies here for church activities isaac and brit are fantastic every time I go in there

Not sure how to put this. I had my computer worked on. It cost me $194 to get it fixed including a year subscription for Mcfee. I had Mcfee already on my computer thru AT&T for free. They told me that I needed there Mcfee subscription because AT&T Mcfee wasnt the full Mcfee. I talk to AT&T and they said you fell for that. They are the same except AT&T is free.

Though I visited close to closing time, I was in and out quickly and received great customer service.

Theyre out of stock of at least 1 (if not more) item(s) I need, every single time I go in there. Theyre not the most helpful or friendliest staff either.

I have to have an enlarged calendar for work every month ....every time I go in They charge me a different price anywhere from 14. Something to 5 Something...its ridiculous. Last time I mentioned it the girl behind the counter said we can always charge for enlarging it too....Sheeze!!Customer Service is dead now we get threats! Ofcorse its the only one now, south of Hulen and into Burleson..so I dont have alot of choices.

Hard to believe this place beat Staples. Office Depot never fails to fail. They rarely stock the technology items Im looking for and now their in-store pickup service failed too.

Every time I have gone in to get copies, or faxes done; they don’t ask which pages or how many need to be done. They just do it (the whole stack of papers you bring that is part of a masses) and then charge you. The communication is so farce. Then mess up email addresses that are send confidential information. They don’t confirm before sending, so your personal information just got sent to who knows who. Then make it sound as if it is your fault. Disgusting! I will not do business here again.

Worst store to ever get product from. You call and make sure they have it and the incompetent people there dont know what your talking about. And this isnt the first time theyve done this have been using them for my business but I will be going somewhere else and they seem not to care about customer service. Hope this place goes under soon will be sending all my referrals somewhere else

I went in yesterday to exchange my kindle all I wanted to do was upgrade to the HD I got it as a Christmas present and the person that got it for me was told he could exchange up to 30 days after the receipt day. Well came to find out they only do exchange within 14 day period, I have been out of state thats the only reason I waited. I speak to the manager chelcea and she knew nothing about customer service all she said was We cant do it We cant do it I find it really bad how people become manager with the poor job they do.

Talk to one of the female employees over the phone, send in my copy job, oh itll be done by end of business today, waste a trip up there to talk to a different employee, oh, I havent even started it yet, at end of business. Its office depot. just what you would expect. Came here for labels for my DYMO printer, and they had what I needed.

Stood in line to pay, was told Id have to go to another line if I was using my debit. Same cashier told ladies behind me it was a cash only line then he started taking debit. When I called him out on it he said it was cash or card line. I told him to make up his mind and he turned his back on me...jerk.

Got what I needed (two items), but the prices were kinda high.

When shopping for my daughters school supplies this was the only store i found inn the area with the manila paper she needed.

Had to wait in checkout line to Ask for someone to help me.

Why the coupon???? They sent a coupon for 20% off one item. I bought things and EVERYTHING I bought was not qualified under the coupon...... ummmmmm.... why? So, dont give the coupon!

Isaac is the bomb !!! Has helped me cut, paste and copy emails so I can resend them out!! I’ve had him the last 3 times I went and he knows that store inside and out!!! Wish management would hurry up and promote him!!! Then they would have to replace him and I’m sure they don’t want that.
