Wow this place is a mess. Should have known from the parking lot it would be terrible. Trash and cigarette butts all over the place. This store is just awful. Items all over the floor and boxes and uboats in the isles blocking products. Found it hard to shop at all with everything in the way. Headed to the checkouts with my slim picks and was about 6th in line before they started looking for another cashier.

Its a very run down store. Its small but theres always freight blocking the isles. However,the cashiers are always very nice and efficient. They are the only reason I shop at the store.

I went to Dollar Tree to get 5 items. When I left, my basket was full, and spent 75.00. Thank you Dollar Tree. Cheryl B

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The poor store was still recovering from being a drive through from the careless driver who took out the front window and door. Im sure it will take awhile to get things back to normal. Im glad no one was hurt in the accident.I like the inexpensive craft projects and stickers that I can find there. And when I cant find a card in my box of cards thats a good place to try.

As I go here, theres some pretty cool stuff especially during around the holidays. The only reason being for 3 stars is because its kinda run down and theres literally a tobacco store right next to it. And one of the workers yelled at a kid for going next to the balloons which I thought was kinda rude.

Quite a few empty shelves and not the cleanest place ever. Staff was friendly and still found some good deals.

Hot. Mot really stocked. 10 minutes to just check out.

This store had a HUGE selection of Christmas stuff. While I sat in the car with our puppy, my wife went in shopping and had a ball! We forgot wrapping paper so I went in myself and the lady at the register was soooo pleasant...even with so many people going through her line.

Dollar store has unbeatable prices. Everything for just $1 each cant go wrong!!Store was very clean and the worker i had was nice and friendly.

It’s the dollar store! Found some good stuff for a dollar. Nothing spectacular. Exactly what I expected.

I arrived at 9:15 a. m. and the store wasnt open yet. An employee was outside on the phone trying to reach a manager to come open. This store is poorly managed, the shelves are always empty with freight blocking the aisles and its not very clean. The only reason I come back to it is because its the closest to my house and the majority of the cashiers are friendly.

The employees are always very rude. When it is busy there is just one register open. Nothing is ever stocked up and I looked at the photos of the store and things looked very stocked, but it is never stocked. The employees are slackers!!! Every time I ask if they have an item they always say no. Also they don´t have many carts for people to use.

Wasnt to busy today.line was short usually there slammed with a lot of people. All the dollar stores are all different .

This dollar tree is really busy and usually a little more picked over than other dollar tree stores in the area. They have a great selection of balloons though

An absolute mess with employees standing around, isles blocked with inventory, 6 people in line waiting to check out and 1 cashier not calling for back up. Its a good thing everything is $1 or I wouldnt be back!

I was impressed that all the employees were wearing mask at the Caldwell store. To say the least most customers werent wearing a mask; which was a bit upsetting. I do believe all Dollar Tree stores should place some sort of sign requesting of customers to consider wearing a mask for theirs and everyones protection. I would shop at most stores that would ask customers to wear a mask. I avoid all business that dont require that their employees wear a mask.

Friendly staff. Organization is hard in this store do to volume.

Location not open at time it says it is supposed to be open. Multiple customers have walked up and left, many more waiting.

Dirty messy multiple loaded carts full of merchandise to put on very empty shelves with no workers to do so

Very nice cashier, He was friendly and quick. I like the Caldwell store, it always seems better stocked and cleaner than Nampas.

3 check out lanes but only 1person checking out 6 people in line. Employees walking around, no help checking out longwaiting .very annoying. I dont use the store anymore, I send someone else.

Very busy tonight and they only had 2 checkers.they had long lines waiting to be checked..it is a Saturday night and everyone was off work and shopping.they usually have 4 checkers but they really came up short tonight and they had freight setting all around in the isles..I dont know what happened to all of their help and why they are not staying hired but tonight was not a good example..🤔

I love Dollar Trees. This particular store has a wide variety and a great selection. However, it does not settle with me very well when the manager and another employee are on the aisle next to me complaining about customers and saying they wish the customers would leave the store so they could hurry and close. The manager here is very unprofessional and thats the only reason Im giving it a one-star.

Always fun items for a $1.00

Came here for a couple things and left with a bunch!!! Love this store. This location seems to have much more selection of cosmetics than most and everyone here is very nice. Only downside is the aisles are kind of cramped because there is so much product and not enough employees. Cant gripe on the prices though!!! Some baby stuff is incredibly cute😁

They keep changing their inventory. I cant find the same thing from one month to the next.

They should stock shelves at 8 or 9 pm. It was hard for customers. Employees had to stop stocking each time a customer walked thru the isles.*Employees were awesome very helpful.You need better quality and more options.

Employee raced my six year old to the bathroom and blocked her way to declare that they were closed. This happened as people were coming out of the bathroom but she still refused a little girl that really had to urinate. Class act.

I enjoy going to the dollar store nothing is over a dollar. This store has been in the same spot for over 20 years now and not much has changed since, I think that is what I like about it so much, my granddaughter now shops there and has been for over 3 years now and she is 12 and she loves the place

Love walking through the store to check out the interesting items with all the odd name brands. This store does get crowded at times but I always say EXCUSE ME and apologize and most of the time I get a smile and a thats ok with a smile.

The store is extremely crowded. But hes covering the merchandize, last time the cashier line was long and one cashier. The staff seems friendly. Always aknowledge the customers. Stocking merchandise should be left for when store is closed. We walked out.

Cool stuff, just have to shop alittle. Got some nice beer glasses and kitchen supplies , buck a hit you cant go wrong.

Always find great deals here. Found lots of stuff for Halloween trick or treaters this trip. I always make goodie bags for them each year and I saved a lot of money this year by buying at Dollar tree.

Run in to get some big bandaids but they didnt have any..Cashier was nice and friendly.

Love it here I think the last person just needed something to complain about. Fyi if there is alot more people shopping there it normally means its a better place to shop. And things are misplaced because of customers grabbing a item and then putting it back but not in the spot they got it from. I know this from working at the youth ranch. thank you...

Store is always messy and theres a sales associate whom everytime I go in the past couple times seems to absolutely hate their job. Theres no customer service experience or conversation unless we ask how shes doing first. And shes rude... I hate this store. Definitely not giving it a third chance

Clerk was rude and when we were overcharged refused to give us a receipt.

Variety is good and the selection changes constantly. But it today because it may be gone tomorrow!
