Need more help, store could be cleaner with less clutter. Opening on time is a must. Management needs to be more involved.

@ T Graves..The store staff is very friendly. When I come they don’t have Lysol, but I understand why because they only get their inventory once a week and I’m pretty sure they stuff sells out fast. Also they don’t keep Lysol for themselves, they keep some to use for the store. Which is common sense. I know a cashier personally and working there is very stressful because of the customers that come in can also be very rude and disrespectful.

Never have lysol or at least keep saying they dont have it. They say its for employees only.

My loyalty was corrupted by the night manager, he need to be replaced before someone hurt his disrespecting.. Very unprofessional and the cashier are just a joke.... I still want to see him outside.

Yeah once you can get through the aisles, and clutter you might be able to find what youre looking for

Before the remodel the store was always in a disarray. Boxes in the isle. Items on the floor. Its still that way now. isles are always cluttered. Store is uncleaned boxes everywhere. Customer service is poor. Im disappointed because in the more upscale neighborhood the stire are very organized, clean & employees as re friendly.

I was there today feb.26th the store is much better much cleaner.and a new manager donta.donta was ver nice and friendly. And was very helpful unlike in the past the staff was not friendly at all. Donta keep up the good work. I will be coming back to the store.

Terrible I have lived in this area for over 15 years and this Family Dollar has went down. Merchandise on the floor that fell or put there by customers, trash on the floor, unorganized and when I asked for manager was told she was in the back. One person at register with a long line and if there is stealing, which I bet it is, is because no one is on the floor. Absolutely terrible if nothing is good Nguyen to be done dont ask the opinions of customers. Need to send mystery shoppers in there no greeting upon entrance. Needs to be checked out for real.

It was great, they had all the snow cleared and you could park with no problems

This is the Worst Family Dollar store that Ive ever been in. I stopped in after work on Monday for just one item. I stood in that line for 15 minutes before it even moved. While waiting, I stepped out of the line to grab two more things and while I went down the isle, 2 different employess were standing behind boxs, texting away and didnt even budge to move out of my way. This store is very dirty, very unorganized, and very unprofessional. I proceeded back to my spot in line and the line was still in the same place. I noticed another employee, sitting in a chair texing as well..By this time, people were getting very antsy and tired of waiting..I would have left by now, but I needed what I went in for. I finally spoke up and asked the cashier if there was someone else that could possibly help her ring. Another woman came up, ear buds in and talking on her phone.. I couldnt believe what I was seeing.. She never even greeted any of us, nor said thank you..Unbelievable!!! I will never, EVER shop in your store again. This place is a disgrace..

I used to work for this company n I used to love going in there n be happy n stocking my life away till the day got fire from some gurl who talk ingort to me she was boss n etc they took away all my happy of work here n now I dont have job which it suck ball

Very messt place! Cant walk through the isles and can never get anyone to answer the phone!!! Ive called 8 times in one day and not once did anyone answer!!! Ridiculous!!!

This location has the worst customer service! The line was long and when a 2nd person came to help checkout she had the worst attitude! She refused to give me a bag for my purchase!! Rude and very unprofessional. This person needs to work somewhere else because she has no customer service skills at all!!

Carts of stock needing to be put on shelves is ALWAYS blocking the isleways.
