Horrible Company with miserable customer support. Stay away!This company has absolutely the worst customer support. They leave you on hold for hours if you call, and the same thing via chat. Worst is that they promised to deliver my daughters certificate by 12pm the next day, for which I paid $28, and it never arrived! As a result my daughter missed her DMV appointment. Of course, I tried to call them again, but they just put me on endless hold. What horrible support.

They were very flexible in helping me find a day in my schedule that I could do my three sessions. My driving instructor was Carmela Robledo and she was very patient, kind and helpful in helping me overcome my anxiety and being able to feel comfortable driving. I really enjoyed my time driving with Carl Pollitt. He is a very friendly, knowledgeable, well-versed, and a confident instructor. I took this driving course because I never attempted to drive on the freeway due to the fact that I was scared, so I told him. And upon telling him he assured me that he will help me get over my fear. I really appreciated that he did not display concern and was confident in teaching me how to drive on the freeway. Saying this, he will meet, and accommodate, the needs and goals that you are trying to accomplish for that session. Thus, I enjoyed his service and instruction and I recommend anyone (inexperienced, or somewhat experienced in driving) to request him as an instructor.

Completed my 6 hour behind the wheel driving practice with my amazing instructor Carl Pollitt. I was a brand new driver on my first lesson and he made me feel comfortable and eased me into the more complicated stuff as I was progressing. By the 3rd day I was confident enough to go on the freeway thanks to his help. Overall Carl helped me become a more confident and safe driver.

Just completed my 6 hour behind the wheel driving practice with an awesome instructor Carl Pollitt. I had a little experience behind the wheel but I was still nervous to drive but he made me feel comfortable behind the wheel. After my second lesson I felt really confident because of him and overall he’s a really great instructor.

Instructor Hong was great for the first lessons. He teaches you how to do the right thing at a good pace. I enjoyed my first and third lesson when he was my driving instructor. He challenges you while also helping you. Highly recommend him for all driving lessons

Hong Tran is my instructor, and he is the best of the best. He teaches in a reassuring and confident manor that makes the student feel safe and confident. He teaches the basics that will be on the driving test, but also things that will not be on the test. He goes the extra mile to make sure that the student is prepared for driving on the road with any type of situation, and that they do things the right way, rather than making bad habits. He also makes sure that before the student moves on to another part of the lesson, that they are confident in the skill they are working on at the very moment. He does not push the student to do more than they are comfortable with, and makes the student feel calm while they are learning new skills.

I really enjoyed my behind the wheel training especially because of my instructor Carl Pollitt. Not only was he very friendly which made me feel more comfortable, but he was also very knowledgeable. When he corrected me, he made it in a way that made me learn from my mistakes instead of afraid of repeating them. Through his repetitive use of acronyms like SMOG, I have also engrained these protocols and made them a habit. Apart from this, he was also very kind to my parents and made sure they knew what we were learning every step of the way. Because of him I feel safe and confident in my driving skills and without a doubt, would recommend him to any other student.

My fourth driving instructor, Hong Tran, went above and beyond with his lessons. He challenges his drivers, but makes them feel very comfortable. For example, I was afraid to go on the freeway but he provided a demo for me and I went on and did fairly well for my first time. I highly recommend anyone go to him for lessons!

While the driving instructors were excellent the customer service is a total joke. I am writing this while on hold now for over 30 minutes because we did not receive the final DMV slip after my daughter completed her training. This is after they completely hosed up the non-driving portion of her test....twice! I begged her to use a different company for behind the wheel instruction but she thought it would be fine. What a joke. Stay away if you can. We are completely screwed and now have to reschedule jer driving test, if they ever answer the call to send us the docs they owe us.

I had an amazing experience with my driving instructor, Carl Pollitt. Before I joined this program and the training I just wanted to get over it and I didn’t think much of it, until the first day I had my lesson. I learned so much from him and I didn’t think I would. I will always remember the things he taught me, such as he told me I need I should look over my shoulder, but not just telling me to, explaining me why I should. He told me stories that have changed my life. Looking both ways before going through an intersection. Those stories that he told me changed the way I think and I will always be using the things he taught me. He was very informative and a very nice guy. I will now forever be more cautious because of him. I probably would’ve gotten in so many accidents in the future but now I don’t think I will get into so many. His information really stuck in my head and for that I’m very thankful for the way he taught me and for teaching me in general. Best instructor ever! I will be telling my friends about this program and especially about him.

I had an awesome instructor. In just 5 lessons I learned enough. I started off from driving around in a Costco parking lot, to a residential area, and to driving out in the main roads. I had Carl Pollitt and he was a great instructor over all. He taught me what I needed to know to be prepared for my drivers test and I really recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone to teach them how to drive because I definitely improved on my driving schools. A few errors and improvements needed here and there but overall, I learned a lot in five lessons! :) definitely recommend this instructor.

AMIAH LANDIN- CARL PILLOTTI completed my final driving lesson with Carl Pillott who was very easy to understand and well to converse with. We worked on various parking like parallel, reverse, and pulling into. With his instructions, I was able to park without being nervous in a crowded area. We also reviewed what will be expected on the actual drivers test which gave me a better idea of what will be asked on my actual test. I am glad I gotCarl as my instructor.

I had not touched a steering wheel until a week ago when i passed the paper test, and the only SoCal dmv wheel test i could book was a week away. I quickly bought 3 lessons at driversed with only a sliver of hope that i could learn enough to pass the test. However, in just 6 hours with Amy and James, I was able to go from 0-60 (no pun intended), and today I passed the drive test with flying colors. All thanks to Amy and James!
