People are there are nice and the store is always clean. They never answer theyre phone though. You can call them 20 times and theyll never answer you. Kinda ridiculous.

Theres no policy and store managers arent refuse restrooms to customers

We went here to buy supplies for people that where hit by the Hurricane. The manager Karen gave us such gooddeals (I wish I could remember the guy that helped out) and the employees were so helpful . I CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH.

I love this place for the most part. Just feel as if they need a more accessible place for injured people. The carts are outside and the door is not automatic making it very difficult for myself and Im positive worse for handicap individuals. The employees are very caring but seem to be under staffed.

Jade just sent me out of the store at 9:54 saying that she couldnt help me because she closes the store early! The sign says 10pm.

I go to this family dollars because it cleaner one in town and the store is always has what i am looking for a the wait in line is about 2 mins l like the family dollars

The store is clean and organized BUT the older lady that works the register sometimes always seems to be ticked off about something. I cant stand people in customer SERVICE jobs who are rude to the CUSTOMERS. This whole town seems to have a problem with customer service. If your unhappy with your job then get a new one.

There was no public bathroom because they dont let people in the back where the bathroom is at because theyve had too many people to walk by and steal their BAC stock so instead of walking a customer back there that needs to go to the restroom they would just rather tell you no
