Management is pushy to be put lightly but also never seem to talk to each other. System has a lot of problems that they just lie or dont talk about, but they will always call or ask for more money, sometimes multiple times a day.They treat their staff very poorly and dont seem to do much training as new employees come in. Staff also argues or yell at each other and thinks customers dont notice. Everybody teaches you something different like nobody knows their supposed dance system they are charging for.Completely unprofessional and not worth the huge cost, but also just not a very nice place to be.

The Arthur Murray Carmichael Dance Center is such a friendly, enjoyable place for me to go to. From the Franchise owners Pedro and Jamila to the whole staff they make lessons, group lessons and parties so much fun and at the same time we take the instructions serious! Dancing for me at 79 is the best exercise, I love music and I look forward to going there week after week! Try it - you would like it!

Once again the franchisees and employees at AM Carmichael did a helluva job setting up a temporary studio outside to offer the regulars a chance to get out of their homes and socialize (at an appropriate distance, of course). They even decorated the tents they gave us for shade.Thanks again for all your work.

Very inclusive. The trainers dont judge and make an effort to dole out personal attention evn during group gatherings. The trainers are also very good at remembering names.

AWESOME! One day, five months ago, I walked through the doors at Arthur Murray, Carmichael and simply said I want to learn to dance.I took my first lesson that day and have since made the studio my second home. I am a long time client of this studio and find it to be a port in the storm of life. Many days I am exhausted and stressed from work. All I really want to do is to go home and relax. But, I find the energy to drive to the studio, enter the door, and totally become energized again! My main goal is to have fun and this studio offers me that opportunity. The dance instructors, including the owners are skilled teachers, super friendly and follow a tested curriculum, They make sure that everyone dances during group lessons and practice parties.

This an amazing place. Two years ago when I first came to the studio and met Pedro I didnt think I would be able to dance (I have injuries to both ankles). Six months later I went to my first competition. Its been an extraordinary journey with my Instructor Byron and the rest of the fantastic staff at the studio.

Really fun experience dancing with them. They really tailored my lessons to what I wanted and their staff at Carmichael is very knowledgeable. Awesome experience. Cant wait to go back!!!

I have been with Arthur Murray for 5 years. Every year is more fun as i advance in dancing. The fun never ends. My posture and balance is great. As a young girl, my dad always telling me to stand upstraight. But it wasnt till i started dancing that i was told how to stand up straight. Ihave so much more self confidence.
