This studio is one of the most welcoming and supportive environments Ive had the pleasure to be in. The studio owner Laura is an angel. She is extremely knowledgeable on a plethora of aperatuses and can break down the moves in to parts to help you understand how your body needs to move to get it right without straining your muscles or causing injuries. She also likes to piece moves together to give you a combination as well as telling you other moves that can easily work together. Ive tried out her level 1 hammock class as well as her level 1/2 pole classes and Ive learned a lot from each. I primarily take level 1 pole and beginner choreography with Jasmine and she is also a phenomenal teacher! Her style and personality really comes out in her classes and it helps push me out of my comfort zone and shows me what I am truly capable of but anything I am unable to do or uncomfortable with she is quick to coach and modify to something that works better for me. Overall this is an amazing studio with so much to offer and if youre on the fence about taking a class after one lesson you will see how supportive and encouraging this studio is. Part of me wants to keep this place a secret but its too good not to share.

I highly recommend this studio. Im impressed with how clean it is! Safety protocols (mats, COVID, etc.) are followed. The instructors are very professional and knowledgeable. Its far for me to drive there but totally worth it because I improve my practice with each lesson. Zoom classes are offered too. Low membership cost makes it easy for me to get in a lot of class time. So far Ive attended silks, hammock, lyra and pole classes. There is even a chance to perform at the student showcase if you want to. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! 5 Stars!

Laura is awesome! I took some pole privates to get back into pole after a few years of not touching one and she was patient broke down everything. I highly recommend this studio over others Ive attended.

Been taking classes here for about a year and I will continue to go here. Lots of different classes to take you to the next level in your dance, art, and fitness goals. Teachers are fun and encouraging, they also focus on foundation and technique. Safety is practiced in all classes. Beginners with no prior experience are also welcome!

I’ve been taking classes here for about a month now and I absolutely love it! The energy there is so positive and everyone is super supportive and encouraging. The teachers are very knowledgeable about everything, especially the owner Laura. She can always spot what you are doing wrong that is keeping you from getting a move down correctly, and is super safety conscious which I appreciate. I highly recommend the classes here.

Great space and great people! There is a good variety of dance styles, conditioning classes, and creative things to try. They have also worked with me through different injuries and life events that took away from my training.

I highly recommend this place to everywhere! Shasta is very brilliant and skillful teacher!
