Hands down the BEST workout and gym around! I have been to many different gyms but CKO Cary is where it’s at. The entire staff is knowledgeable and motivating - both the owner, Liz, and all of the trainers. Every class is different from the workouts to the music, which makes it fun and challenging! I’ve been coming for a year and a half and I am still addicted. Come in and check it out - you will get addicted too!

Great trainers! Do it at your own pace but also very motivating to get you over the hurdle. They offer many classes that fit into my work schedule. Best workout out there.
