I LOVE this place!! Great source for teacher supplies too!! And wonderful put-together-yourself birthday bags that kids think are awesome!!

Very helpful staff, plenty of items to select from. Busy parking lot but to get to a good spot its to be expected.

Great selection and friendly staff!

The two things I didnt like was to much trash in both the store and especially in the parking lot area. The other thing was the place was packed and they had only one cashier so everyone was packed into ones mall area. Definitely no social distancing there.

I went in today and was pleasantly surprised. The outside looks old and in need of a renovation and the doors you walk in through could use an update. But inside.....it was clean! And well stocked! And organized! The cashier was friendly.

Closed too early. I explained that my mother needed to come in the store to pay for the items we needed and they refused to let her in the store. Eventually they let her in but honestly. You cant spare 5 minutes out of the 20 minutes you still open... tragic. Never shopping here again.

Big store, I went almost at closing time there was lot of rush. Collection was quiet a decent. You might need to wait in the line due to pandemic.

There hand cream for some reason works better than the $30 stuff from the pharmacy

Dollar tree on Rt. 40 is a good place to shop there shelves are well stocted all the time and the store staff is very plesant ta all times, which makes my shopping experience great. Everyone shod shop that location

The store is always a wreck (customers might be as much at fault as the employees for this), and always has long, slow-moving lines. Also, drink fridges full of MOLD.

In Covid times and holiday shopping, it was very crowded. There was a sign posted in the front that 49 people was the maximum, however no one was counting how many people were there or entering. The line was long, which is expected, but made us uncomfortable with the number of people in close proximity. Normally, there are a number of things I like to shop for here, but I wont be returning anytime soon.

This Dollar General Store has a lot of shoppers all day long. I shop there often but only recently went to store at opening time and there were 10 shoppers waiting for the store to open and by the time I left, the store had more people shopping. The worst thing about this store is that a lot of shoppers leave products in other aisles when they decide they dont want the product including refrigerated products! I turn these products into the the front end associates to help them out or restock the item when I can.**As a special note: I recently went back to the store b/c I misplaced my backpack. The manager listened to me, even though she was busy and indicated she would help determine if I actually left my backpack there and call me soon as they could. I so appreciated this b/c we all could be in a situation like this and too often we cut people short b/c we are busy . I did find the backpack in an unusual place despite searching over and over and that happens to all of us. My thanks to the Manager and the Front End Associates who showed patience.

Fyi to everyone they open at 8am for over 65 only. They open at 9am for under 65. They really should list this here. There is no signs on the entrance or info on this or their website. It is fine and even nice to do this but I was planning a dollar tree then aldi shop and now have to wait in parking lot for 30 min.

This store always looks like it had tornado run through it. Im not sure they staff enough people for the amount of customers that come in. The lines are long during rush, and you can end up waiting up to 15 minutes to 20 on average. Its fine if you come in early -- but out of the four years Ive been going in here, the shelves are always in disarray, the floors are dirty, and theres never enough product on the shelves. I think if they had more staff none of this would be an issue. I started going to the Dollar tree in dogwood instead which is only 10 minutes north. But its much nicer inside.

This is by far the nicest Dollar Tree I have been to. The store is large enough to allow enough space to showcase all the products adequately. Items are organized logically, by the regular aisle markers found in the chain and in the product near the front of the store. The store is very clean and neat. The employees are friendly and obviously strive to keep the store looking its best.

Normally I dont have an issue at this particular store but I was standing there making sure a set of lights worked for me, as I cant handle strobing lights before buying them and a young girl working not only was rude after she asked me if I needed help and I said no Im fine thanks. She then loudly mouthed off about the reason she asked me if I needed help to everyone standing in line. Hey, I was making sure they worked and I was also doing your job by putting all the lights that had been knocked down by other customers away back on the hangers. Needless to say I didnt buy those lights and will go to a different location in the future. It only takes one rude employee to make a customer go to a different store the future. 25 years in customer service and retail and Ive never treated anyone that rudely. Merry freaking Christmas.

A very good place to buy office supplies, garden tools, cleaners and craft material. You can find new stock as per season, they will update the items according to season, weather and festivals. Better to visit on weekdays.

I dont know why other people say this location is clean and organized. Maybe I dont get the luck. When I come here, usually things are not stocked properly with boxes in the isle blocking the way. And there were few times the floor was filthy and I didnt even want to walk on there so I went around the isle. Well, I come here because its the closest from my home. So I cant compare with other locations.

Not enough workers, they close their lines and only have 1 lane open at the most busiest times of the day. ITS BUSY THERE NOW AND CLOSED THEIR SECOND LANE. 1 CASH REGISTER OPEN. IT SHOULDNT TAKE 20 MINUTES TO GET OUT THE STORE WITH 3 THINGS.

Well, you can always find some great deals here, just like any dollar tree. This one is set apart by the friendly and helpful staff who work here. Its almost like they actually might care about their customers and their job, which can be less common these days. I enjoy shipping this location.

If you get a shopping cart, lucky you! Since they only have 5 of them. I love Dollar tree, just not this location. Long lines because theyre understaffed. Also, boxes can be found at the end of each dirty aisle. They dont have anyone to stock items it seems. Its all terrible.

Found what I wanted, but already knew they had the items (bleach, vinegar, ammonia and laundry mesh bags). Also picked up something new - white eraser cleaning sponges. Well see if they are as good as the real thing.Checkout was slow as is often true.

The place is disgusting. They make no effort to clean. I came in to get balloons for my friends birthday party and stood by the balloon center next to the sign to ask an associate for help, and asked an associate I know your busy, but when youre available can I get some balloons? In my sweetest voice. And she looked at me and told me quite rudely to wait in line like everyone else. Like I wouldve understood an Im sorry maam, Im busy but if you wait in line, I can assist you. Or something like that wouldve been more appreciated. Train your employees basic customer service speech. Id lose my job if I talked like that.

The employees at the store are rude! The line wrapped to the back of the store. A new register opened but he didnt turn on his light. I asked politely 3 timesare you open the guy looked at me with a nasty look like he would like to take out a gun and kill me! He was rude, mean and dam scary!

Digustingly, filthy. I knew I was in trouble when I drove up. When I walked through the entrace it made me feel like running back out of the store. When I say filthy I mean F-I-L-T-H-Y , from the floor to the walls. How much GUM can one store have blackened, hardened stuck to the floor. I wanted to vomit BYPASS this atrocity at all costs.

Horrible! The store was poory stocked in complete disarray, some aisles we couldnt even get down because they were blocked at the end with boxes. I hate to say it...but this is the typical NASTY ghetto store. We bought nothing. I refuse to spend money in a place that obviously takes NO pride in keeping up its appearance for its customers.

Service was friendly, but overall organization and appearance was messy. They seemed to be stocking shelves though. I do not shop this particular Dollar Tree normally, but I found what I was looking for.
