It is a staples for the love god. What is there to say? The reason I am giving this one 4 stars is that it is usually empty. So it is super easy to use! See you there!

Went there on Wednesday 8/5/2020 after calling in to see if they had the item I was looking for (which was confirmed in Stock) then I drive 30 minutes to go there to pick it up and now suddenly its not in Stock while the sales person and his manager both look dumbfounded. Called corporate and they verified that it was indeed in Stock but that store at their own discretion limits to 1 per person even though their ad says 5 per person. I didnt know corporate stores can make their own rules for each individual store? Terrible management

Best price I could find to have copy’s printed. When I got confused about the pick up time and showed up early the young lady working was a little rude and laughed at me when I said it was fine I’ll just pick it up later. Not sure what’s up with that?The confirmation email says pick up by 6:30. I mistakenly read that as I can pick it up any time before then.

I just feel customer service need inproving. To ask a simple question and still leave as if I hadnt asked anything suggest to me customer service training is greatly needed in dealing with the public and knowing store products when a customer makes an inquiry.

I went to the printing section to get business cards made and the customer service was fantastic. Tricia was very patient with me while I decided which layout I wanted for my cards. She was super positive and is very knowledgable about print layouts. I previously had a bad experience at a different Staples( in the printing department), but this great one has made up for it. This will definitely be my go to Staples for printing services when Im in the area.

The representatives in this store are there to help. Every single one of them. They should all be given a raise. I went into many staples stores and the reps in this store are just amazing.. They all work together and if you need to wait you will get a thanks for your patience like every minute...no jokes. The store is not packed at all so the shopping is very smooth .Just outstanding!

Its a wonderful experience to get ten dollars off for spending ten dollars coupons from staples. FREE FREE FREE items. Love it. Dont forget to use your staples reward card, this is how you get your coupons to get things free.

I wasnt prepared for price of the fax - $1.65 per page. And hopefully, it was innocent, but when I had to stick my credit card in a slot for the fax the fax machine, a young, female worker came over and stood nearby (side by side) to me and adjusted her uniform for about 2-3 minutes. Then, she went ahead used the laminating machine and walked away. Hopefully, there was nothing untoward going on because she and the other employees were all friendly.

Helpful staff, free onsite parking, has a copy center, can make color and black and white copies in various sizes. It is a Great place for small businesses and all persons to create brochures, flyers, booklets, business cards, PowerPoint, personalized envelopes, letterhead and the list is endless. There is a cost for all services which, is self service or services done for you online or in person. Purchase office supplies. All forms of payment accepted (not sure about person checks). Snacks are available for purchase.

Worst experience ever! Young white woman was rude, disrespectful, unhelpful. She loud talked and was condescending ! She made me uncomfortable. Retraining is necessary for her!

Just went into the one on rt 40 to get copies made. Both printers key pads were not working and another printer out of order. Tried to get copies made behind counter but there was a big order being printed. Customer service was horrible. Staples use to be great now its horrible.

I dont frequent Staples often, but I will never forget last February when I went there to have a poster made for my best friends funeral. When I went to pick up my order, I was asked what the item was, and told the lady at the counter it was a picture for a funeral. Without hesitation, she came over and gave me a hug, and promptly retrieved my order. She did not have to do that, but it made my day. I needed that very badly. It is for that reason that I will come back here, because they hire people, not heartless corporate robots, to run this store.

Customer service skills are not good theres no one there that can help you operate the machines when sending fax the general manager is in the store and she act like she knows nothing they need someone that can run the store in a nice way

They have a good selection, but their prices at the register were higher than advertised on the shelves for more than half of the items I purchased...thats a quick way to lose customer confidence.

My Church has a concert every year where we come out of the building have a concert and prayer for the children going back to school, this year we gave away 150 backpacks to the community the children in need. I needed 15 packs of notebook paper to make all the backpacks complete. I go into the Catonsville location and was treated like a criminal, I was told I could only but 5 packs of paper when it was printed on the receipt up to 30 packs can be purchased. Dont get me wrong I really appreciate Staples and their offering low prices on much needed supplies but the staff from the cashiers to the manager, they treated me really bad and raised their voices at me very uncalled for. I felt really humiliated and it crushed my spirit. I left there in tears after the manager called me out the cashiers called me out in front of other people being really loud and unprofessional. I live in Catonsville and I probably will never step foot back into that store but I needed to clear this off my chest. Customer Service skills are very important and how you treat customers really matter. Staples considers me a good customer because they always send me coupons but I will use them at the Pikesville Store they treat you really well there, never had an issue.

Went in to print from our email. Quick and easy. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Awesome.

I headed to this location to return a memory card that I purchased in South Carolina from a different Staples.The encounter to return the product was pretty benign until I mention that the card I had purchased the product on initially was no longer valid and that my bank had reissued a different card with a different number recently. I was told that they could not process a return and that I needed to call a 1-800 number in order to get it executed. After calling the 1-800 number they instructed me that likely a manager could override it. When I spoke with the manager she said that it would be fine and the money would actually just go back on my new card. This happened last night so Im not sure if that is actually what happened.Everybody was nice, it just seemed like a pretty big hassle, and I cant imagine Im the first Staples customer in the nation to ever return a product that was purchased on a card that I no longer have.

Its quiet here, the clearance is on the back wall of the store (for those looking for them), hit or miss with certain items. Staff was knowledgeable of all the product locations within the store.The lighting is low, for those with sensative eyes, but too low for many.

The store looked empty, with seemingly more empty space than merchandise; yet the items I was looking for were right there. Hopefully they are not cursed.

They had good school supplies but everything was high. Me and my fam8ly bought like 10-20 things. And now we are in our way to target to get the rest cheaper.

Staples just isnt the same. This location was a ghost store. The employees that were there were at the register/front of the store. While they were nice, they were no where to be found through the rest of the store.

Unprofessional manager. Items on clearance table actually rang up for MORE than price stamped on item. Be sure to check that your items ring up correctly. They were very rude and unconcerned and said I was inconveniencing THEM. SMH.

The print service is pretty nice, they call me to make sure the paper that I want and the size.

This place is terrible. We called ahead to ask for the email to sent a document I needed to print. The woman on the phone claimed that their machine was broken. We arrived at the location and the black female behind the counter (same woman on the phone) told us they were backed up. And that we had to use the computer workstation that costs money to use. We didnt care about the money but the fact that after I had already printed my document, a customer who was a young black woman came to the counter with the same request. Apparently in the 3 minute period they werent backed up anymore because she got her document printed. They are lucky I dont sue them for discrimination. This place is a joke.

I should have believed the reviews. Bad service at the copy center. First and last time here. Ugh!All I needed was once copy of a document I had on my usb. Once copy...was told machines were broken, that they were swamped. The associate was complaining under his breath about everything that was wrong at his station. A 3minute job took 15minutes. Horrible experience and there wasnt even a line.

This is the most unreliable place to print anything at. It doesnt matter if youre printing black and white or color, doesnt matter if its one business card or an 8.5x11 essay or a 17×11 art print. No matter what it is you need I will guarantee you that they well fail and disappoint you and could care less that they did. There isnt an ounce of customer service anywhere. They will be rude, they will tell you that they basically dont know their job and dont understand how printing works ever. They will rather send you away than help you so dont even bother wasting your time and money at staples. For whatever reason I gave them 7 chances. In one day alone I had to go to 3 separate staples in order to find one man that cared. This place is insane.
