So I saw a few negative reviews about the staff and thought maybe it was just people hard to please but after going there today for testing I must say ... The folks working there are drier than sand ... Like robots they are ... lol ... There was 1 guy that at least responded to what I said ... Everyone else just blank stares ... It was a nice testing sight though ... Just maybe give a few classes in personality to the staff 🤗

I would not recommend this testing center. The lady who helped me, Morgan, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I tried to ask her questions before my exam, she kept repeating the same thing and refused to listen to what I was actually asking and was dismissive of my concerns. Additionally, she refused to engage in any type of small talk. Ofc its not required, but it would help considering you work at a testing center with anxious students. Completely ruined my testing experience.

Wanted to use the restroom after driving 2 hours to get here .no other restroom except the one in the testing center. Staff refused to let me use their facilities. I had to drive down the road to find a place, unfortunately before getting there I had an accident in my pants. I understand they have rules and regulations, but this was just ridiculous, they should really reconsider their policies and procedures especially for people with special needs.

Very efficient and professional staff. Would recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before exam time.

Make sure you get there early or else you’ll be stuck waiting on other testers.. testing in the morning is the best choice

Rude staff. One of my worst experiences I have ever had taking an exam, they deserve 0-stars. I would rather walk to Chicago than go here again.
