Choosing Building Kidz School for my child is the best decision I have ever made. It have been several months since my kid was enrolled here. There are so many good things to mention about this school. First of all, the school is clean and sanitized very often, so no bad smell. Second, teachers love and take care the kids like their own kids. Third, owner and director are friendly and caring. Fourth, there is a cafeteria on site, so foods are made fresh daily for our kids. The cook has food handler card. Healthy menu. Fresh vegetables and fruits daily. The school also uses Brightwheel app to keep parents updated about the kids including potty report, photos, meals report, etc. Parents will get at least two photos per day. There are music and dance classes every week at no extra cost. Fifth, the tuition fee is reasonable and affordable. The school offers siblings discount, single parent discount and military discount. Lastly, the school is locked all the times. Only parents with access code can enter the school. Also, cameras in use as well. This ensures our kids safety while at school. The only drawback is that the parking lot is quite small. And there are only a few parking spots.

So while needing to find a great daycare sooner rather than later for my little first timer, we came across this establishment. We had asked about live cameras for us to view and were told yes there was, that we would be updated all day and sent pictures of activities being done, etc. After starting we quickly learned um well we couldn’t see live cameras... which we were like okay maybe the question was just not understood and decided to still try it out. At pick up each day, it seemed as if the teachers were in such a rush to leave and get out of there. Just picking things up and not acknowledging the child/parent. Some days we didn’t receive pictures on the app and had to message teachers on multiple occasions for an update as far as what our child ate, if a nap was taken, how he was doing. Which I understand there’s multiple kids and sometimes things get hectic... but I was told those things would be constantly updated which is why it was expected. Teachers told us to take all child’s artwork home and our child only had 2 crafts, 2 in a 2 month period! that led me to think what is my child really doing and learning all day!? I truly am not writing to bash this establishment, but to help them in areas I and I’m sure other parents would like to see more out of. I would have loved to have a more detailed explanation of my child’s day as it is hard for a 1.5 year old to say. Not just what was for lunch but if it was actually eaten and how much of the main course as opposed to just sides, what activity specifically was done so we can work with baby at home as well, how was nap time did we actually sleep the whole time or how long? Maybe detailed daily activity logs to take home the end of each day? On a better note, they do work with you as far as payment and options for that go. And the teacher Miss Gwynn is so great! She seems to have been the only one my child felt okay with as she seems passionate about her career. It shows she is there for more than just a paycheck.

Amazing daycare!!! I have never been to a daycare that cares so much about your children as these people here do! My baby had to have surgery at 6 days old and when I had to go back to work and leave him there I was so sad but I felt very comfortable doing so. They update their app called brightwheel daily and it shows you what your child has eaten, when they go potty, fun activities they do, and pictures of your littles throughout the day. You will not regret taking your kids here! ☺️❤️

If i could give this place a zero or negative rating that would be the appropriate rating.My 5 yo son has been attending this facility and was recently scratched repeatedly on the face by another child, we’re not taking surface scratches, he is scarred on his face and was bleeding. My son asked what he did wrong for the kid to scratch him? I understand kids fight, but where was the call to me? Why was I not notified immediately like his mother was (we are separated)? When I questioned one of the workers at the front desk(Seems to be a manager or lead teacher), she was not only condescending but talked to me as if I didn’t deserve to know what’s going on. She stated that each parent would be noticed on their custody days. An excuse to pass the blame on policy, first off you have no idea of what custody days are mine and second handing off the responsibility to someone else shows this faculty’s level of incompetence and extreme lack and disregard of their responsibility to the parents and care for the children. How the hell do you run a business showing disregard for care when it it’s the name DAY CARE. Don’t bring your kids here please.
