Our daughter has been going to Kids Inc. watermark since she was 18 months old (now 5, still attending before & after school) they have always taken exceptional care of her. In the few occasions where I’ve had issues, they were QUICK to resolve and fix any concerns. Her “teachers” past and current always say hello, and express kindness to her, even as far as making special exceptions so she can be included in special activities that’s she has missed out on previously. I HIGHLY recommend this facility. Their menu is creative and ever changing but can cater to special diets or allergies. The staff is always kind and welcoming. I truly trust them with my daughters care. Also, they offer bussing to and from local schools for before and aftercare if your work schedule requires it.

My family just Loves Kids INC and all the providers! Brittany the director is such a sweetheart! Kat always has a big smile for us and the teachers engage so well with the children. They are learning so much and are constantly doing activities with them on an educational level. They are loving and trustworthy. I hate leaving my kids but it makes it so much easier knowing they are well taken care and they love going too! They eat more veggies at school than they do at home! Keep it up girls!!!

My daughter loves it here! She’s been attending Kid’s Inc. since she was 2 years old and will be going on 5 this year. If you’re looking for a center that has amazing staff, reliable, friendly, professional and treat your kids like their own, come here. I promise you won’t regret it! Thank you for everything you do ladies!

After a year at this location we had to move due to the recent management shift. A lot of parents have mentioned that the high turn over of employees is disruptive to the children. The head lady is very much a corporate focused ZERO customer service directed person. Very sad to see the new direction this place is going.

Weve been with this daycare for 2 and half years and have had a pleasant overall experience. All of our sons teachers have been amazing; Ms Bridget, Ms Angie, Ms Sheri, Ms Megan and Ms Paige. We have never once questioned the safety or wellness of our child when leaving him at school. He in fact, loves his school and teachers!Recently the center did go through a change in management, and of course tuition, which is always a hard adjustment for all, understandably so. We lost a couple really great teachers due to this. Since the change in management, we are never greeted anymore, morning or afternoon. In fact, besides a welcome letter addressing the change and tuition increase, no one has ever reached out to us to try to meet us or say HI.Again, overall we enjoy this daycare. Management could be friendlier and more attentive to parents/families, but I guess walking in/walking out isnt the most important part of the experience.

I loved this location, however, the day of spring break start they tried to bamboozle me into signing for a price increase knowing if I did not sign it I would have to look for childcare for spring break at the last moment. I did not sign and they charged me the higher price anyways. When I called for a refund they never called me back. The new owner has horrible company policies and is a slimeball for doing that to me.

I love kids incorporated, I’ve been taking my daughter since she was a baby (she’s 5 now) and we are very happy. She loves going every day and we truly feel part of the kids inc family! I’ve never had a problem with rudeness or anything at all with any of the staff/teachers.The front staff (Stephanie and Jojo) have always been extremely nice with me and my daughter.

Kids Inc. is great! I enrolled my son a year ago at the age of 4 and have seen him do extremely well in their preschool program during this time. My son enjoys attending and participating in all the activities they plan for the children. The teachers, care givers, staff and administrators are very polite and professionally courteous. I highly recommend Kids Incorporated!

My son attended this location from age 2 to 4. He only stopped attending due to my job loss and us moving further away. He has been attending a new daycare for about a month and half which is actually why Im inclined to write this. I never realized how great the curriculum at kids inc actually is. By age 3, my son could write his name, count to 100, recognize letters and numbers, knew phonetics, knew all colors and shapes, and so much more. I am completely bummed because I feel like his learning is stunted at his new daycare. I see no evidence that he is learning anything new. I miss this daycare so much. Also, Ms Stephanie truly cares for the children and the daycare as a whole. She is on top of her game and was very easy to work and communicate with. You can tell she is passionate about being there. If I am able to get him back there before kindergarten, I definitely will.

I had my daughter enrolled in the Fulton location for about a year. I loved taking my daughter here. (She was 1yrs at the time..2015). The staff is super nice and my daughter LOVED her teacher. She would even cry sometime because she didnt want to leave. I knew she was always having fun and learning while I was at work. I looked around at other places and Kids Inc prices are excellent compared. They worked with me when I had to switch which days she went and gave me make-up days when she didnt go, which is unheard of in the pricer places. Now my mom lives in AZ and she watches my daughter, otherwise she would still be going to this day care.

I was considering having my child go to this learning center. After my experience today, this is not even a consideration. Background: I previously stopped by this location during a lunch break (this is close to my office) and inquired on pricing, times, etc. The lady at that time was helpful and provided me with details. I went by today to get enrollment paperwork and from the start it went poorly. When I inquired about enrollment paperwork the response was for what? To enroll my child of course... I advised that the company I work for has an agreement with the learning center and she basically didnt even look initially and tried to tell me that there is a $100 registration. Well, I knew for sure that wasnt correct and after asking she agreed that there was no registration for me. She then gave me a quote for part-time (2days a week care) which is $25 more than what I was previously quoted. She told me not that is wrong and also said Im here 24/7 and I do not remember seeing you, you must be confused or you went somewhere else. No, I have a 1hour lunch break, I dont drive around for hours on end checking out all the day care options around. She also seemed surprised that I would want to register without getting the tour. This consisted on looking into one of the classrooms. Thats it. We walked about 10-15ft to a door and she opened it and I looked in. The whole experience was maybe 10mins at most, but left QUITE the negative impression. I cant imagine ever bringing my child here if I have to deal with that attitude. No thank you. We will go elsewhere even if I have to pay a registration fee.*Excuse the typos / poor grammar, I was quite irritated when I typed this.

I will say that my daughter who is 2 now has gone here since she was an infant in the infants room. She has learned to count to 30, call 911 in emergencies, all of her ABC’s, animals, shapes and colors. They have taught her wonderful manners and she speaks in full sentences. I am constantly complimented on how smart and well behaved my child is and i thank them for most of it since i work full time. The review about Stephanie giving a child a drink from her polar pop is ridiculous. That child is one of Stephanie’s 3 boys that go to the school so her giving him a drink from her drink is irrelevant. They have been very flexible with me and the teachers are so great that even when i moved almost 40 minutes away i refused to move her.I would recommend this center to anyone. Stephanie is one of the sweetest people ever so I’m appalled at the reviews!

This place is ran by super unprofessional “caregivers”. My child was “kicked” out for biting. I was told by his teacher, JoJo in front of other parents. He did have incident reports. I was never told he would be kicked out for this. I was never brought in the office for any type of intervention to correct this. One he’s 2. Their resolution was to isolate him for hours each day. (I was told he was isolated by Stephanie - the owner, a teacher confirmed that it would be at least an hour at a time). They said they had no other options than this. I thought initially, whatever it takes. Then, I realized. Wait. This is child abuse. Who wouldn’t want to bite after being isolated from the group for so long every day. They kept him separated at play time. They made him eat alone. They kept him away at nap time. They always would say he was never provoked. Then they had the nerve to kick him out because he was “unsafe” to the other children. Well, hello! Can you imagine if you were “isolated” as an adult what that would do to you? Clearly this place has no idea how to run a daycare. Yes, I’m mad, angry, hurt, and mostly feel horrible that I allowed this behavior to continue for so long. Little did I know how long each day it was happening, until it was pointed out to me after he was being kicked out by a teacher.

UPDATE: we’ve been at Kids inc since 2013, my third and youngest attends and Kids Inc continues to be top notch. Despite management and staff changes, I trust my little one is taken care of. The communication app they have incorporated keeps me up to date every day. My two year old tells me ‘that was fun’ and looks forward to returning. They have handled COVID so well and I am confident my youngest will thrive just as my other two have.My daughter (2.5 years) has been here for 2 years and my 8 month old just started a few months ago. We love Kids Inc. As with any day care there is staff turn over but it truly hasnt affected the quality of care. There are many wonderful teachers and the director (Stephanie) is always available. I highly recommend Kids Inc. @ Watermark Chandler, Az.

I took my children here about a year ago and took them out after 2 weeks. I had a child in the infant room and I was constantly picking him up with food crusted on his face and clothes even though they ask you to bring bibs. They were brand new bibs and never had been used in that 2 week time frame. One day I had picked him up and he felt warm. When I checked his temperature when we got home it was 102.5, so the staff didnt even notice he was running a fever. I also didnt like that they store the bottles in the fridge without the lids on them.I had a child in the 3s room and she cried every time I would take her here, which is very unlike her because she loves school. I would pick her up from school and she would say things like mama I was listening, how come I didnt get a sticker? the teacher made me put my head on the ground. When I would drop her off I would open the door and let her walk in then go drop my son off, and walking back by her room she was still standing at the doorway unacknowledged by the teachers. I caught her sitting alone at a table one morning while the other kids were doing an activity and the teacher had the back to the class. I asked the teacher one day picking her up who she plays with and she couldnt tell me.They were having trouble with the main door latching and none of the staff seemed too concerned even though it is the only locking door between the outside and the kids. And being new to the school I know they didnt know who I was. On the day I went to get all of their things I didnt have my children with me and walked in with a bag, no one stopped me or questioned what I was doing. When I entered the 3s room the two teachers were on their cell phone and didnt acknowledge me for a good 60 secs and didnt question me when I cleaned out her cubby.Never have I felt the need to go check on my children during the day but here I did.

Wow, this place is still in business? Stephanie was the rudest person to deal with, and I saw her let a kid enrolled there suck on her Circle K polar pop straw. That alone is a health code violation right? (She also has had a few too many of them herself, if you know what I mean). She did nothing about it, but sent the kid back to his class room. Prices also dont seem to be the same, I was told two separate prices, and the later price was way more than the first. Not a place to bring your kids to, hope they go through a management change or something.

This is Truly an amazing Pre school , in my 10 years of working as a Lead teacher in a licensed pre School setting , this center is by far the best! Kids incorporated has established a great team of teachers that have all been here long term .The Director Stephanie is one of the Best directors out there , she is a great Leader to her team and she just adores and cares for the kids so much. She treats every person that walks in our center like they are the most important person in the world . The teachers here pride themselves to be the safest and cleanest center that can be . They take great care of the children and provide great learning activities/Curriculum to help them feel confident and rise to their full potential. If your in the Chandler area , I highly recommend this Pre school to you and your children. ❤

Ive been taking my two boys here for 6 years now and they love it. The staff are great. They take time to interact with the kids and keep them engaged. They offer great meals and snacks and have been one of few daycare centers to actually work with us on several things. One thing, for instance, other daycare centers we had been too seem to have no problem increasing the tuition costs multiple times in the year. It was getting to be that our daycare costs were outpacing our mortgage on our home. Kids Inc has been great in that we dont have to worry about that.Another thing is that Kids Inc. is really flexible when it comes to our familys variable work hours. We dont have to worry about someone not being there to help us out when our days off change. An additional great thing is that Kids Inc stays open until 6:30pm. Most other centers close at 6. Now, 30 minutes might not seem like a big deal, but it has saved us so many times because of my familys variable work schedule. Finally, Kids Inc was the ONLY school that helped us with bus transportation to and from ASU Prep Academy. All of the other daycare centers refused (according to ASU Prep) to transport to ASU Prep because ASU Prep was in the process of finalizing construction in their new building. As for any injury instances, kids are kids and will get hurt through the course of their play. Ive never had an injury appear on my kids that hasnt had an explanation that wasnt satisfactory to me. Safety has never been a concern for me at this daycare.

I would rate this facility NO stars if possible but I had to give at least one to write this review. The owner Stephanie is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. She ignore a court order that stipulated who was allowed to remove my child from daycare and when I voiced my displeasure and insisted she follow the court order she threatened to kick my child out of school. After all of this she allowed an unauthorized person to remove my child from the school.
