I entrust all 3 of my kiddos will this lovely group of teachers. Ms Christina made me feel beyond comfortable leaving my infants with her and they are all forever in love with her. Ms Denise is my 2 year old sons best friend to this day. And I am eternally indebted to these teachers and this school for my 4 year daughter reading, writing, SIGN-ing, and being so well-rounded socially- she is off to kindergarten as a 4 year old, thanks to her amazing teachers (especially her beloved Ms Nicole)! SO much structure and love in this school. They are part of our family, forever.

First of all, Id like to start by saying weve had extremely unfortunate childcare experiences so far, this is my sons 4th childcare center. Hes 3.5 years old. By leaps & bounds, this is the absolute best one weve ever been at. Talk about professional, educational, FUN, reassuring, and responsive!! Weve only been here about a month, but I feel so much better having my son here than at any other place weve been.I know how many precautions they are taking right now, due to the crazy circumstances we are living through. I feel my son is safe & in good hands every day.

Our daughter has been in the preschool class for the last couple of months and we have only positive things to say so far! The directors, Marla and Andrea, are patient and receptive to my endless first-time mom questions, and never act too busy to chat for a few minutes at pick-up or drop-off time. Its so apparent that each staff member cares about our daughter; they always have kind and encouraging words for her. Weve really appreciated the way the staff handles behaviors as they arise; they talk the child through the situation and what needs to be done differently, and facilitate repairing the relationships between peers who have had a conflict. Even after my daughter has made a poor choice, they still treat her with kindness and are happy to see and interact with her. The staff is willing to collaborate on what is working well and what isnt, and they are open to using strategies we implement at home. Our daughter has been learning so many pre-academic and social-emotional skills, and its been fun to hear her tell her stories about her day! She is so happy to go to preschool each day and is never ready for the fun to stop at the end of the day. Weve felt so welcome there and are happy to recommend this location to anyone!

I have two babies that attend this particular center, and they have been a complete blessing for my kids. They come home nearly everyday with something that they learned. Definitely not just a daycare center; It is truly a center that will prepare all kids for school. If anyone was searching for a center, I would definitely recommend this one! Love it!!!!!

Loved the staff and my kids did too! My girls took a while to get adjusted to a new school but once they got comfortable that’s all they ever wanted to talk about! They loved their teachers and although we no longer attend Kinder Care, my girls miss you all. Miss Brianna, Natalia still talks about you and all the spanish you’ve taught her. She’s very proud lol Thank you guys!

This center goes above and beyond to make your child feel welcome and loved. My daughter has been through 3 classrooms (many teachers) and is starting her 4th. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with everyone. She loves going to school and cant wait to see her friends and teachers every day. The teachers take the time to create and teach meaningful lessons for children of all ages; yes, including infants! We will be bringing our 2nd child to this center as well and are confident that our infant will be cared for greatly by the amazing Miss Christina, just as our 1st born was. We have appreciated how the teachers and directors are quick to respond to questions or concerns and are thorough with their communication.

Our familys experience, over the past two months, has been incredible.(1) COVID Concerns Alleviated: The Center takes all pre-cautions to keep COVID out of its building- parents drop-off and pick-up at the front door, temperature checks, masks, the fewest amount of teachers allowed in each classroom. In his first two months, our child has not gotten sick - not even a cold.(2) Discovery & Engagement: the teachers plan so many age-appropriate, sensory activities to foster child development- we are most impressed by the art projects. I underestimated how much my child could do at 7mo. He finger paints, sticks paper to glue, used a paint brush and sponge to paint. The child-size furniture, play areas stocked with bins of toys, mirrors around the room, and musical instruments, make it a child haven for entertainment.(3) Fantastic Staff & Community Building: we must get at least 4 photos everyday, updates about meals, naps, bathroom, etc. Communication is so simple with the KinderCare app. Also, the Center goes above and beyond to build a relationship with parents and with the community. We had a virtual parent meeting to offer feedback and hear about upcoming events, we attended a virtual parent-teacher conference, the Center is also putting together a Halloween drive-by AND they set aside one night of babysitting (6:30-9:30pm)! I cant imagine what it was like pre-COVID. But they have really gone above and beyond in finding creative ways to maintain community camaraderie during the most difficult of circumstances. We are so appreciative,Thera

I always brag to my friends how much I love my sons daycare. The curriculum at Kindercare really comes through when he is able to constantly surprise me with new concepts and things he has learned that week at school. I also love the phone app that shows me what they are learning about each day, and the pictures are always proof he enjoys being there! The teachers are very communicative as well which was my biggest issue at my last daycare. Definitely recommend!

Being a first time mama and trusting anyone to care for my baby when I return to work was very difficult in and of itself. The North Elm KinderCare has wonderful and always, genuinely happy people. I was instantly comforted and assured that my baby would be happy spending hours there. My family is happy with the facilities and the process here. I would highly recommend this place!

I have two boys (age 6 and 3) that have gone to this Kindercare location. Both of them started about two years ago. They were both initially at Primrose down the street but we pulled them out for various reasons that I won’t go into on this review. Our experience at Kindercare has been far better!!My 6 year old went there for pre-k. Ms. Nicole was his teacher. She was AMAZING. Our son can be quite the handful (full of energy and whatnot). Ms. Nicole was able to work with his individual needs to keep him successful. He started kindergarten last year with a ton of knowledge on numbers, letters, colors, animals, etc. Kindercare definitely helped set him up for success in kindergarten. Our 3 year old started in the toddler room and is now in the preschool room. He has had wonderful teachers in each of those rooms: Ms. Andrea, Ms. Toshia, Ms. Denise, Ms. Jessica, and Ms. Nicole. It’s been amazing to see him flourish at Kindercare. He has already learned a lot about numbers, shapes, colors, animals, etc. He loves going to Kindercare to see his friends and teachers.Everyone at this facility genuinely cares about every child that steps foot in the center. Marla, the director, is great! She keeps everything running smoothly. I know if I have any sort of issue, I can chat with her and it will get taken care of in a timely manner.I want to add a little something on how this center has dealt with COVID19. They have done a fantastic job of keeping everything incredibly clean and safe for both the staff and the kids. They have masks for the staff, temperature checks for the kids, and limit who can go in the center to decrease exposure. The pandemic made me super nervous about sending my 3 year old back after they reopened but I trust Kindercare whole heartedly and know he’s in safe hands.Overall, we have been VERY happy with this location and highly recommend Kindercare!!

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE. I sent my two children here for about three months. They kept complaining about not wanting to go back. I thought maybe they were scared about new places and people at first. I was even “advised” to give it a good three months for my toddlers to get use to it.I started sending my son to after school programs after the 3rd month since my kids weren’t even in the same class or allowed to see each other more. My daughter kept telling how MISS. MEGAN kept tugging and pulling her arm. I asked the staff, they said they would check in more. I doubt they ever did. One day and the LAST TIME my daughter went there was when I picked her up after work and found a strange reddish mark on her arm. She was scared to answer at first but she said in the best way she could that MISS MEGAN held her arm really really tight and pulled her to the line. I was furious. Although I wanted to go in and confront her, I called and asked for an explanation. Without evidence, there’s nothing that can not be done. My daughter complained a lot over the three months that MISS MEGAN was mean and never smiled. The school did nothing as I assume they would. I wanted to get a lawyer but since there was no “evidence” except he say she say, and a picture of my daughters arm, there would be no case. I was tempted to put a hidden camera on my daughter but couldn’t find one that would record a full daycares worth of time. I would advise you to pay extra and take your children where you feel comfortable and to always listen to your kids. There is no explanation for child abuse and if I could, I would have MISS MEGAN arrested.

I love this daycare and my son does too. The director and assistant director (Marla and Megan) are on top of everything. They are very knowledgeable and responsive and always greet us every morning with a smile. The rest of the staff is also amazing. There is very low turnover and even the staff who didnt teach my son knew his name. So needless to say, this is a really great place for kids and I highly recommend it.

My child went here for almost 2years and no doubt the teachers take decent care of the kids, which is the reason me & my husband have retained our child here for so long since its also convenient for our work location & schedule. But I have to say this place is not the tidiest, its old, smells bad and stinks of Poop all the time especially in infant & toddler rooms. Dont say thats normal, its NOT! I have seen other places that are maintained well. Also, if you notice....pretty much all the kids in infant & toddler rooms have runny noses year round and the teachers dont bother to wipe them frequently. So I have seen 1000s of times that kids have boogers running into their mouths...yikes!! I feel so pity for those little ones. The biggest NEGATIVE rating goes out to Ms. MARLA - the Director of the center. Oh my! She has TONS OF ATTITUDE and she looks for every petty opportunity to somehow give an excuse to keep the kids headcount to a minimum, especially around the holiday season and any breaks...just so she could leave early and let some of her staff early so she doesnt have to pay all the staff for full days or whatever! But arent you supposed to be open till 6.30pm if its a day before holidays like July 4th and you havent announced ahead of time that you plan to close early? We are not expecting even till 6.30, atleast 5.45pm for working parents? She also comes up with some excuse or the other to send kids home for silliest reasons like if they sneeze twice, or their body gets warm because they slept inside a fleece blanket, wore a jacket all day long and they feel warm to the touch... she suspects they are coming down with fever and calls you right away and makes the kid stay home for next 2days. If our child was really unwell, it breaks out heart to send the little one to school. But I see no reason to keep them home bored and affecting our work schedules for sneezing, duh!!!The food they offer is not the healthiest choice either. Not that Melissa - the cook, is any bad. She may be just doing her job, but the quality of products they use itself is blah! The food is canned and bland, and I dont understand how difficult is it to use regular vegetables/fruits instead of canned ones?I used to feel pity for my kid & others that they ought to eat that food (they dont allow home or outside food). The management may have to really think if they were in those kids shoes, will they really even taste that food?. Wish they atleast had an option to let outside food, although I understand Kindercare is a franchise.Lastly, very insignificant but makes me question about the work environment. Did any other parents who send their kids to this school ever notice that pretty much all teachers in this school look so lifeless, dull, with subdued behavior and low voices. I hope they get to enjoy their work more. All in all, thankful ONLY for the teachers services. Ms. Christina in infant room was very very good. I wish she looks for work elsewhere, not in this dump. MANAGEMENT SUCKS!
