Ocotillo KinderCare is more like a family. We were new in the US and took care of our little daughter. They did an amazing job! Taking care of a child that didnt know English, in the rough time of the Corona. Everybody that ask me about a child care I recommend on this center with all of my heart.

We have loved our child’s experience in the infant room. Regina is quiet, calm and attentively tending sleepy, sometimes cranky, kids in the morning, and Lexi has a wiry energy to match any kid who is playful and on-the-go. Obviously, choosing daycare meant our child got sick a lot, but that was expected, and Kindercare professionally handles illness outbreaks. They have one-on-one time, color, play games and read books. But mainly the kids will explore the room all which is almost completely safe.

This is the best place, I am so happy to see Sophias growth since starting here last year. She has learned her numbers, shapes, colors and so much more and oh she is now fully potty trained thanks to the awesome help of her teachers. Sophia shows a lot of love for her teachers and I see it returned as well. I would highly recommend bringing your children here.

I have 3 of my children going here ages 1,2,4 they’ve been going here for over a year now . I love this kinder care I was constantly having to change every 3 months because daycare didnt have what I needed and wanted for my kids . The teachers here have gotten close to my kids and my kids love them. My 2 yr old has autism I couldn’t keep changing daycare every 3 months and finally o found this kindercare where my daughter LOVED her and she doesn’t get attached to anyone because of her disabilities. She’s now moved to the 2 years old but I’m so glad the kept her as long as they could to wean her over to the next room and didn’t just throw off her schedule and throw her to a new teacher she’s never met or seen. Me AMANDA IS AMAZING TEACHER they all are of course and the fact they do get attached to your child is the best part they don’t just choose there too 5 like some daycares and not care or watch the others the watch and care for them ALL.

I appreciate the staff here very much. They are loving, caring and patient with my childern. I have had my kids in the infant, toddler and school age rooms and am happy with their care, they are clean and well taken care of. They serve a variety of food at lunch (including fruit and veggies that my oldest doesnt always eat) so I do bring a small snack for when I pick them up. The facility is clean even during the day when I drop in to say hello. Staff is always easy to talk to and responsive and reasuring with any concerns I have. I would recommend the Ocotillo location.

Would NOT recommend this particular Kindercare to anyone. It seems like the director and assistant director cares more about friendships with certain employees than they do your child. Teachers are on cell phones all the time, My son is now 5 and has not learned much there. They run the preschool area like a daycare, kids have no structure. He reported that a teacher (Susan) hit him, and ever since then that teacher Susan has tried to make my child out to be this horrible child. She retaliated against hime in made the kids and staff do the same. She tried to manipulate the situation by amplifying all of my sons mistakes and speaking it infant of the kids. In his own little way he begged me not to go in her class room in the end. I did not want to remove my child due to a change in environment but after multiple attempts to try to resolve the situation the assistant director Krystal looked at me and said What more do you want. When she said that it let me know my child is in the wrong place and THEY DO NOT CARE. They have accused my son as being aggressive and disruptive, he has been in a new school for 2 weeks now with no reports of this. I asked them can I sit in on a class to see this behavior, it was denied! I asked them are there certain things that trigger the behavior they are reporting they denied it at first until my son told me stories where a child punched him in the stomach and he cried, and the teacher did nothing but make my son go sit away from everyone. No teacher ever reported this to me. another child did when I walked in the classroom. My son told me kids took his toys and hid them in their shirt, so he tried to get the toys, instead of the teacher helping she took the toys from my child and he felt punished. There are so many unfair stories, now that I look back I should have removed my son sooner. I chose Kindercare bc my daughter attended one in Paoli PA and it was wonderful! However this particular location is NOT a Kindercare, they do what they want in there. I would highly recommend the owner look more into this situation. It seems like a group of friends watching kids, not teachers and directors. It saddens me that Susan was able to get Rachelle and Krystal to treat my son like an outsider because he reported her horrible behavior of hitting him. Rachelle the director even called me the day it happened and said my son yelled out Ouch your hurting me I reported it to the regional director and he to seemed like he didnt want a problem, and instead of assuring me told me to look into other schools. He said he would investigate and never called me back, I had to call him back and one of his comments was Our teachers hardly make any money as if that is suppose to make up for my son being treated unfairly. After all was reported They outcasted my son daily, pulling him from actives, sitting him in the office while other kids went to play. who knows what else went on, this is just times I walked in on. Since leaving Ocotillo Kindercare My son is now thriving, feels happy, has not hit anyone, and has learned so much in this new school in just two weeks. I wish I made the change sooner. Parents go with your gut! I do not want this to happen to other child.

Horrible first week of taking my son here. 1st day he came home with pants and underwear on backwards. How long was he like this? 2nd day he had a big hole in his shirt. 3rd day nothing crazy happened...the 4th day when I show up I could not find my child and I was scanning the room as the director sat at a kid table and ate her Chinese with another employee. Some child kept say your mom is here, your mom is here to my son who had been laying on the ground. How long was he upset, laying on the ground. Lack of attention from the staff. Too many kids in one room.No daily report or updates about your childs day. Trying tutortime next.....
