This is an awesome preschool. My children have been attending this Sunrise for over a year now. They are literally so excited to go to school everyday. They cant wait to see their teachers & find out all the fun stuff they have planned for the day. My daughters teacher has been at this school for over 20 years. There are a few teachers who have over 20 plus years at this school I have referred 2 of my friends to this location & they are starting soon. I will continue to recommend families to this school.

This has been an amazing school for my two kids. My son is learning a tremendous amount in the preschool class and my two year old comes home singing new songs everyday. They are both happy after school. The staff is friendly and overall this is a great place to send your kids. I highly recommend!

My sons have been going to this sunrise for 5 years. During this time we have seen changes in Sunrise, and all have proven to be for the better. Ms. Carrie is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. She greets my children with a warm hello everyday. Ms. Jessica has been one of the best school age teachers they have had. My kids really enjoy going to the after school program each day. There are many other great teachers that have had a positive impact on my children and given them the head start they needed to be successful in school. I would highly recommend sunrise to anyone looking. Thanks sunrise for all you have done!

I could not be happier with Sunrise Preschool! Their facility is always clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. My three-year-old son truly enjoys going to preschool everyday. Its nice to know that your child is in good hands while youre busy working all day. I would recommend Sunrise Preschool to everyone!

Teachers are compassionate and kind to the kids. My daughter learns new things daily. The communication they provide is great. The daily activity sheets show me what she is learning so I can work on it at home. Overall a great place for anyone looking for a wonderful educational experience.

My one granddaughter has been attending since she was one, shes now seven. Love all the teachers. She was so prepared and ready for kindergarten. Another one of my granddaughters attended for a short time. She loved it. Great school and staff.

My grand-daughter has been at this school since she was 2. She is now 6 and still goes in the morning and after school. I believe she has had every teacher in that school. By the time she went to kindergarten she was already writing her name correctly, knew her ABCs and was counting. All her teachers encouraged her to do and learn.

If I could give 0 stars I would, but to write a review I had to choose one. I am completely disgusted by the unprofessionalismn of the Tempe location off of Minton. I had my four older children in the Mesa location for ten years and Was the only reason I was considering putting my two year old in the program.I had been speaking with the individual named Christy all day and told her when I was on my way to tour for my two year old daughter. I explained to her I was 25 min away but it would be worth it going off my past experience. I get there and was not in the door more than 2 seconds and she was saying there was no room and didn’t offer I tour. I was a director for a child care for 15 years and found that odd. So I walk out to my car and ask my 18 to just call and see if there was availability. Well guess what they told him yes there was, when too seconds before they didn’t. Leaves me to wonder was I being judged because of my appearance or what ?? I am extremely disgusted with the lack of professionalism to have me leave work early and drive 25 min out of my way with my daughter when I could have been utilizing that time touring another faucility

My 2 daughters ages 4 and 2 attended this school for approximately 2 months. I have 10 children and my youngest will be 18 soon. With me always having to work, I have always had to depend on childcare. Let me begin by saying that the experience I had with this particular sunrise has been the worst. First of all, my daughters father was not someone that I had authorized to pick up. His mother was, but not him. His mom came in a total of 2 times to pick up kids then decided to try and let her son pick up...well it worked. He eventually text me talking about my actual acct info and knew everything going on with my balances and any info that had to do with my acct. He stated they gave him the info. Now...he WAS on the DO NOT pick up list. I went in to ask Miranda how this was even possible. Why my acct info was given to him when he was not authorized and why he was picking up. She said that he looked like my husband and she had a long day the day she gave him a print out of my acct. Are you kidding me?? They were absolutely mean to me about the billing. I always made sure to pay and keep them informed. Last week I owed 300. I went in and talked to someone in the front. It wasnt Keri or Miranda...it was the other lady that sits up front. I told her I will pay 175 on a Tuesday and said I will pay the 125 on that Friday. She said Keri stated it needs to be paid in full or you cant return the children. I informed her that I had told Keri and Miranda I would pay the 175 and they said it would be fine. So she then said she will get Miranda and have her explain it. Miranda shows up and in front of 2 parents loud and clear tells me I need to pay the full 300 or my kids cannot return. That I would have to pay the remainder 125 for that weeks tuition. I reminded her that I stated I would pay the 175 and pay that weeks tuition of 125 three days later. First of all, how embarrassing that they scream this in front of 2 other parents right in the middle of the entrance. I asked if there was anyway to ask Keri because I need childcare. The other lady said ok Ill call Keri and let you know. So as Im leaving she pulls me outside and said Keri would allow me to bring the kids if I pay 145 on Friday, that she would just charge me late fees of $5 a day. Then of course yesterday, my first day at a new job I was 15 minutes late picking up the kids because of some new challenges and unexpected turn of events. Im thinking since I never brought the kids any earlier than 1030 in the 2 months they have been there and have never picked up late that they would be so kind and be a little compassionate. NOPE...charged me $40 in late fees. Not one ounce of space in their hearts that would allow them to be understanding and work with their families. Well...today was my daughters last day. Worst experience of my almost 18 years of being a mom.

I thought this school would be perfect for my 21 month old son, it was love at first sight! Little did I know that he would get 7 accident reports in 11 days: 3 bites, 2 facial bruises, busted lip and a scratch. I know kids will be kids but what really bothered us is when my husband spoke to the assistant director about the final incident there was no remorse, no apology and essentially a feeling that nothing was going to change. Also, when he stated if our son got injured again that week we may have to find a new daycare her response was OK just give us a letter with his last day on it. So thats what we did. I have contacted corporate and filed a report, the district manager called me once and left a message stating she would try again the next day with no call back number. Well its been 3 days since that message and 5 days since the initial complaint, so Im assuming they just dont care. So if you are okay with your kid getting beat up and bullied this may be the school for you!

I wouldnt have my baby anywhere else but this Sunrise. The teachers and staff make me feel that my baby is loved and safe.

My Daughter just pulled my 13 month Grandson out of this school, Sunrise Preschool, Chandler, Az after his THIRD day in a ROW leaving with bumps and bruises on his head and face!!! The school did NOT call and notify my Daughter any of the three times he was hurt, they did not apologise, they did not try to help my Daughter understand how and why this happened, they did not ask her if she wanted to see the video playback of how his THREE daily accidents happened, they did NOT do ONE THING to try and help understand this situation. Now this is the DIRECTOR of this school who I am mostly speaking of as you would think that its her job to be helpful in a situation or THREE situations where a child is hurt!! My Grandson has NEVER had visible bruises before from any fall he has had before, as we understand that 13 month olds do fall from time to time as they have just starting to walk, but at this school he has had a bloody nose, a fat lip, a bruise type mark on his head and then another bruise in the same spot on his head AND a bruise on his cheek, ALL happening three CONSECUTIVE days!!!YES, We DID call the POLICE and file a Police report and he will NEVER be going to this place that either Doesnt pay attention to the children OR is abusing the children. Either way this has been a most upsetting and stressful past few days for my poor Daughter and Grand baby. SOMETHING is not right with this school, I hope anyone considering taking their child here will seriously reconsider! The ONLY reason I gave ONE STAR is because I couldnt publish this review without doing so. Sunrise does not deserve even ONE star, these are our babies that they are supposed to be taking care of, this is their Job!! What the Hell are they doing at this place, because it certainly is NOT what they are trained and paid to be doing!
