I had a large print order with time constraints. I came to this location and Vanessa in print services was outstanding! She went out of her way to ensure not only the quality of my print job but also its timeliness which saved the day. She was professional and made appropriate suggestions to make a quality product. I hope her manager sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves!

Friendly staff, clean store, helpful at the printing area, store has just about everything including alcohol wipes. Wish they had the plexiglass guards like other Staples locations though especially since they let customers in without a mask.Printing services are easy to use and if you’re not comfortable using the self service option you can send an email to one of the employees and they’ll print for you.

Always easy to go in and get what I need for my business. Never had a negative experience here.

I want to thank DJ for all his assistance today in retrieving a receipt from over a year ago so I could file a warranty claim on my printer. He went above and beyond and I will definitely return to this store.

Went in with my daughter so she could print some items for a school project. She required different size papers and both color and black and white. It was super easy to take care of everything from one printer. She printed directly from her USB drive and I was able to pay from a reader on the printer.A gentleman working in the print area answered our questions and made sure everything went smooth. I really appreciate the convenience and cost-effective solution that Staples offers.

In comparison to Office Max, this place is stellar. The staff are very kind and thorough. I return here quite often to get my books bound and the staff are always legit. I recommend them over Office Max and every other place, as the people there do not seem to care as much and are not as highly trained. I got a killer deal on ink, and I pretty much always enjoy the interactions with staff as they are straight to the point. Andrew, Kathy, and the guy with the long beard (I regret not knowing his name but he is super cool) are always helpful. Plus the binding is much faster than office max, who made me wait nearly an hour just to add a plastic cover and back slip to the already bound book. You guys are awesome I appreciate your work

We asked at the print counter where the tracing paper was and the clerk called to find out, but instead of taking us to it told us what aisle it was in. We found it two aisles over. We were the only customers in the store with three employees. I like the business cards we ordered, nice job.

Helpful employees, and high quality print services. I had a poster, banner, and engineering print made today. All three look good. The store was clean and well laid out.

The staff here are extremely helpful. They make every thing easier. I am grateful for all their help and knowledge.

Forget the printing service, when you are charged per minute to use the computer and if the internet is slow, or the printer stops working in the progress, and a staff tries to figure out what is going on even you give them a hint it might be out of paper, you are paying for all of that time. Also choose your printer wisely, if you accidentally print at a color printer, you will end up paying double for color, even if your documents are black and white. I had to pay $4 for just printing one black and white page. Better off with Fedex.

This store has terrible customer service. I was cold transferred to the Supervisor because the printing specialist couldn’t answer a simple question of how long it would take to possibly get business cards made. The previous store I called actually was competent enough to answer questions and treated me like a customer. “We have 2000 jobs in out queue I would say it’s possible mid morning”. This store has 10 jobs but wouldn’t say anything and couldn’t earn my business. Terrible I would never go there and the Supervisor should take an etiquette class to clear up the attitude she gave. Not professional and I hope Staples actually reads this and does something about it.

They are able to print large format and match the pricing of my regular printer although they have been snippy a couple of times about the price difference, they are usually very friendly. A couple people in the Print/Copy Center have been there quite a while, theyre knowledgeable, friendly and they remember me. :-) I wish thy opened earlier, by 9:00am, Ive usually found my product at Walmart, found another way or printed my plans somewhere else.

*update*: Lenard made it right by offering me a full refund and making sure his team doesnt make the same mistake again. He restored my faith iin Staples and I will be back to shop here again!I was really disappointed with the print service. I paid $80 to have 60 pages of professional matte flyers printed out and they were all bent on the ends. I complained and they said thats how their printer prints on thicker paper, is that it bends it. They told me they would give me a discount which was only $3 off... They blamed it on their machines saying they need new ones. What they should have done was told me about the issue before they even accepted my order! I would have expected this from office Depot but not Staples. Im extremely disappointed in them.

I ordered a computer from staples and had it delivered to this store. the computer was a special price that the add stated there was a different pick up date from the one my email told me, so I called for clarification. I spoke on the phone to three different people who had no idea what I was talking about before the manager Lindsey came on the phone. During our call this woman interrupted me several times and spoke down to me. When I finally got a word in with her I got to communicate to her that I was only calling for clarification. She seemed to think that I wanted her to produce a computer our of thin air, which was not the case. I simply wanted to know when I could expect this computer, and make sure I would get it. Lindsey ended up offering to head the order and make sure that it comes in on time. My husband and I got an email that told us our computer came in a day early, so naturally he went to pick it up. When he got there he began working with another employee, who radio called Lindsey, who then came up to the front and snapped at my husband telling him I told her when she called that it would not be here until Tuesday. She did not introduce herself, did ask any questions. just snapped at him. So he showed her the email and asked her why he has this email if it did not come in. Ultimately they went back and forth about this computer that WAS in their back store room. I wasnt going to leave a review after our call because everyone has bad days, but this woman on a different day proceeded to treat a PAYING customer like they were stupid without gaining a single bit of insight before hand. The fact that this happened twice on two separate occasions proves that this was not a one time thing, or someone having a bad day. Lindsey, the manager, is rude and disrespectful and I would urge anyone from the corporate office to look into her behavior. Also for all the customers reading this, I have learned that office max will price match anyone and their customer service is very good. No one deserves to be treated the way this woman treated us.

Copy center staff has terrible customer service. Strike 1. Last time I needed a rush order, the store was locked, despite hours stating they were supposed to be open. Strike 2. Their online ordering system doesnt work. Strike 3.

I ordered (3) engineer prints on colored paper from this staples and I had to email them the file. So I email Them before leaving my house (San Tan) and then I had to drive here so it was 40 mins. So I get here and I go inside and John at the print counter was helping me and I said I emailed in some files. And he said no you didnt in a rude tone and didnt even check the computer to see if I did. And I said uh yeah here is the email and showed him and he told me I had the email wrong so I had to re-email it to him. After doing all that again, I then asked if I could browse the store while he printed or if he needed me and he said no go ahead. So I go browse for 30 mins just waiting and come back and he hasnt even started. He told me he had the files, here is the pricing, and showed me a paper w/ 14.99 for tomorrow pickup and $19.99 for today pickup. And asked which do i want? And I said uh today cause I just drove 40 mins and waited 30 mins to pick these up. So he said ok Ill get started. So I wait and got thinkin that online said they were $2.99 each and that didnt add up to $20 so he finishes and hands me a recipt and the total is $58.99 and Im like uh. So I go to checkout and I asked why is it so much cheaper online? And he said oh cause we always want Ppl to order online and Im like well thats a hug difference in price, and I showed him the price and he said oh thats BW you needed color and I said no this is quoted for color and showed him and hes like oh I printed you posters cause paper prints cant do images. And I said well you should have told me that before you printed cause I wouldnt have gotten these (there printed on paper for $20 a piece, I could have ordered a decent photo for that!) and hes said That he sid and Im like no you didnt mention one thing about it being a poster and you needed to tell me each was $19.99 and he said I did I wrote it, and it legit looked like a @ sign next to the price and never once told me verbally each! After telling him that Id just pay for these but I was super upset he never Once said oh let me Give you a discount he was a complete smart ass towards me and I said Im going to call your manager whats your name? And he said Oh here Ill just call her for You in a Complete smart ass tone. And Im like uh no Im calling The actual company.I advise never to go to this staples and all honestly just avoid staples in general cause its a rip off and their workers have NO sense in respect or trying to resolve the problem they caused. They are RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, and not worth your time or money! BEWARE!!!!!
